Pre-COVID, I would avoid a one-hour long commute to work on occasion as my employer partnered with Star Space as a remote working location for their employees. There are numerous working environments (some formal, some informal, and also includes an outdoor patio that has WiFi connectivity) that are all set up with external monitors and peripherals. The printing is fast and there are conference rooms that can be reserved in advance for a small fee. There are sometimes community events meant to bring together those using the co-working space to get to know each other and exchange ideas. Post-COVID, they have aligned with proper precautions for the county and I feel completely safe working from there. There is a key fob that you can use during and after-hours, truly making this workplace accessible 24/7. Their kitchen is also fantastic. It is usually stocked with many single-serve type items (think cheese, hummus, pickle pouches, fruits, trail-mix type snacks, and beverages galore). Microwave, kitchen, and non-stop coffee. (There is oddly a premium coffee machine up front that I have NEVER seen been used as they charge a fee. This seems like it is a waste and should just be made available for users to make their own coffee.). Lunch is usually via a group DoorDash, but I find it easier and cheaper to often order separately and have it delivered to the the front door. All-in-all, Star Space is a wonderful co-working space that allows me to work outside the distracting environment in my own home, but not having to commute to my regular workplace or to another distracting environment like the library or coffee shops. They have great receptionist too. Highly recommend!

Some of the new talents were only 7 years old!!!! They were so passionate n knowledgeable n informative. Their presentations were outstanding, met a young gal whom wanted to create a better app for diabetes, not just glucose testing n monitoring, app would show other indicators earlier n hopefully prevent diabetes. Another boy wanted to use aloe Vera to clean up our pollution. We voted for a gentleman that wanted to make a nasal spray that prevented dementia. Unfortunately there were a few empty tables so we didn't get to see more inventors n entrepreneurs. It was an amazing opportunity to meet n see these new ideas, hopefully they will pan out in the future. Looking forward to it next year to make more discoveries.

To enter the convention center you enter from level 3 so best to park on level 3 if possible. We arrived around 10:45am and level 3 was already closed off. This year we noticed more exhibitions of both domestic and international travel. If you're in need of ballpoint pens and reusable bags, this is a golden opportunity. We spoke to several exhibitors for more information on potential destinations. We spent about 1 1/2 hours walking around. There's food available for purchase, and an area to sit down to eat.

While the space is not that large has comfortable working areas that are bright and welcoming. Ann also makes the space welcoming by being approachable and by sharing special treats. I do wish there were more soft areas ie couches for lounging however the out door patio sort of makes up for that. I loved stepping outside eating my lunch on the patio and overlooking the lively downtown.

I didn't realize they had a Pruneyard location, I didn't even realize there was a second floor at all in the center structures. The Sunnyvale spot was okay. A lil too busy and frantic for my tastes. Some of the folks there...should not be there--I'll leave it at that. They were not good coworking space neighbors. Got to Campbell. Day 1, worked a few hours, realized it was awesome and signed on the spot to grab one of the last available spaces. What was the clincher? Just quiet, professional neighbors. BEAUTIFUL central skylight of endless natural light--it's so beautiful. Natural light is far superior to fluorescence, your brain will thank you. Also, Trader Joe's downstairs. Bruh, 'nuff said. Maybe I'm getting old (OH NO, I'm an adult...new sponges and Trader Joe's commute times matter..). Samatha, the manager was really accommodating and took care of us. Wifi, printing, access--all super smooth. The office coffee is excellent, Philz. Someone's keeps disappearing my sparkling sodas but eh, can't win them all. Men's bathroom is in another section of the building, this could be better -- not the greatest, the door jams too. Easy fix, ridiculous they let it just carry on like that. I feel like I've gone back in time three decades cause that bathroom is stuck there. There's also a dope podcast room with a green screen with excellent acoustic sound isolation (and that's coming from a sound engineer and producer). What else? It's just a happy vibe. It feels like stepping back into time in SF Bay Area to happier pre-Covid days. Happy dogs, sunshine, kids running around, outdoor dining, old couples watching the world go by, hot babes coming out of yoga and pilates, ice cream scoops on waffle cones and my poodle hyperventilating like a psycho to say hi to the other dogs. Here are some quick notes from my visit: - Super hard to find if you're strictly following Apple/Google Maps. Basically you need to walk straight into the main corporate office building doors. If you are in Santana row, you cross the street using Olsen Drive and it's the large corporate building immediately on your right. You walk through the main doors and the food hall is on your left. - While I was there I had the Nitro cold brew, it'd rate it 4/5 stars, pretty smooth flavor! Was slightly too acidic though. - They have tablet kiosks to order breakfast and lunch. The menu changes over at 11am to the lunch menu. Prices are reasonable (probably subsidized for the office workers). Not all of the items on their main online menu were listed on the tablet when I tried to order for lunch, the menu was much more limited than what they mentioned would be available on their website, which was disappointing. I ended up getting a burrito and while it wasn't anything special, it wasn't terrible either. It came with some salsa and was pretty sizable. Just lacked that extra oomph of flavor. 3/5 stars for the chicken burrito. The ordering process was a bit ambiguous, but you basically order on the kiosk and then wait at the pickup counter for your order. It is served by default in to-go containers. They have a good selection of bottled drinks as well. - I used their "gym equipment" wifi while I was there LOL. It was the easiest to connect to as it was unsecured and it worked perfectly fine. - The staff wasn't super friendly, but not rude either. They were just doing their job and that's cool too! Overall I'd definitely recommend this place if you need to get work done. If you're a corporate worker nearby it's not a bad option either to get some lunch. Even if you work nearby at Valley Fair/Santana Row you can bring your colleagues here and enjoy a meal in their space if you want a different vibe.

As soon as we were in, there were wall to wall cast-iron skillet pots pans everything you can think of cups plates, bowls, and cooking utensils. Before I arrived, I told myself, it has to be blue if it's not the blue that I want then I have to leave it. Lucky me I found my items in blue. I bought two pots one skillet a rice cooker and a couple of other items. All my items were either 50% off or 40% off. Yes I did spend a pretty penny, however, I have exactly what I was looking for and I didn't pay full price.

They have all these cool conventions that they used to have in San Diego and other places and they've managed to bring them here. There's a huge space indoors. Plenty of restrooms. Super clean amenities. This place has been around for years. I remember back in the day they had this volleyball convention. I think they fit something like 25 volleyball courts inside this place. On top of all of that, it's connected to the Marriott, which is actually pretty nice. During the holidays, the Marriott decorated the lobby, and it was just a nice five. If there's a Convention, hear that you're interested in going to I highly recommend going. It's just easier to get to than one would think. Highly recommend.
