So much fun to come here and bowl with friends on a weekday night! It's unlimited bowling for $25 per person starting at 7pm (as of March 2026). The equipment was a bit old - sometimes the game would automatically reset before we could make changes, and the bowling balls got stuck a few times. That said, it was nice that they let us keep playing past 10pm (closing time) so we could finish our last game. Definitely will be back again B) read more

Here on a Friday night which would obviously be busier, but there are 8 groups waiting over an hour to bowl and 10+ lanes that haven't been in use this whole time. We left after waiting 85 minutes with barely any movement on the list. Ridiculous. It's also not clearly marked when you walk in that the line at the check in desk means nothing and you need to scan the QR code for the waitlist so we waited in line for 10 mins before even getting the memo to put our group on the list. Staff is nice enough, but why aren't people able to bowl when there are plenty of open lanes and a long waitlist? Is it to make people wait around and spend extra money at the bar and arcade? Lame. Staff was clearly not having it tonight - messy with the draft pours (mostly foam), and took all of our barely touched beers and dishes away before we could even finish them. Came here with three other friends on a Saturday night for some bowling and maybe pool. Front desk was nice and told us how it works, putting a card on tab and playing until you feel like calling it a day. The bowling alleys were pretty nice with couches and a table, but I have to say that it was pretty cramped. The main reason why my rating was on the lower side for this was because the pricing was so expensive. My friends and I played 2 games and costed us $140 which was $13 per game per person. The pool tables costed more so after we saw the price we just left. Vibe is decent and good for bowling parties but it's out of my budget! read more

Just okay. The bowling itself was fine. Didn't have any issues with the lanes for the most part. The entire experience just felt like a huge sales pitch when reserving lanes and once at the alley. One of our anticipated bowlers had gotten sick but because I had signed some "contract" and paid half the deposit I couldn't adjust the number of bowlers anymore (a day ahead) so I had to get more drink tickets. It doesn't make anyone want to return or recommend this place. Turns out when we got there, the "contract" they had wasn't even right. They had us down for 8 people instead of 9 (originally 10) and they hadn't updated the contract to say 7 drink tickets instead of 4. What was the whole point then, basically just to nickel and dime. Went bowling here for a inexpensive Groupon special. The service was extremely good, the man at the front counter was very kind. However, the actual bowling was disappointing. The lane I was at (lane 4) was ever so slightly crooked, so every ball we threw banked to the left, making every throw unpredictable. What started as an unsuspecting night of bowling turned into hours at the arcade and many drinks later. Price for bowling isn't bad, about $35 a person for 2 games and shoes. Arcades games are pretty reasonably priced too and come with an easy loadable card. Their bar has a wide selection and their prices are great compared to nearly anywhere else. Before heading home we shared an app platter with pretzel bites, wings, fries, chicken strips, and mozzarella bites. Not the most impressive thing but pretty much what you'd expect from a bowling alley. Still good and did the trick to satisfy our hunger. We were here for a birthday party last weekend and was a lot of fun for the kiddos. I highly recommend this place for its large size which can accommodate quite a large gathering. All the kids were in high spirits and thoroughly enjoyed bowling and munching at the same time. Service at the front desk was a little slow. It took longer than expected to get our shoes even though it wasn't super busy. Also, the food was pretty average your typical frozen pizza and slightly overcooked fries. This was my first time at Bowmar lanes in Cupertino since the pandemic! Apparently the majority of the mall is gone actually all of it! But the bowling alley and Benihana's are still around! Lol they have a number of bumper bowling alleys and it's all set up via touchscreen, which was honestly rather confusing since there was nobody to walk me through The set up process. I am not too text savvy and a couple of the children bowling we're not able to get bumpers. Oops! I did, however, find a number of the bowling ramps set up so the younger children in my group did not have to attempt to pick up the minimum 8 pound bowling ball, nevertheless, there were a number of arcade games as well as ticket or prize-winning things that preoccupied the group. The only other thing I would think that is awkward was a number of the posters or advertisements on the way to the bathroom showed perhaps young adults playing in bikinis and board shorts. My kindergartners on the group asked me "why are those people naked?" Ughhhh awkward conversation to have with a five-year-old, but that was their perspective for their five years on this earth. The bathrooms are pretty far away and it's a wrap around through the arcade as well as beanbag toss, and I want to say pool tables or something else. Regardless of the posters, it seemed more appropriate for middle schoolers and teenagers as well as young adults. We all enjoyed our time, and they have a great root beer float!! Lol another plus is you do not have to rent bowling shoes and you get to wear your own tennis shoes!! I guess there's a couple of great things that came out of Covid?! Lol. read more

I'd never been to this location before since I live near the one in San Jose. We stopped by around 8:30 on Thursday for their unlimited bowling deal. I think it was $25 for unlimited games with shoe rental for the night, plus we got tokens for some arcade games which is an added cost. The place was clean, and the games were well-maintained. They also have pool tables and a bar. Drinks are a bit pricey, but bowling is very affordable. The food options are classic American fare--mostly appetizers, salads, flat bread, and burgers. We had a great time, lots of laughs, and stayed until about 10:30 pm. The bartender was super nice, and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly, which I really appreciated. We'll definitely come back! I'd highly recommend this spot for big groups, family gatherings, or even a date night since it has a mix of food, drinks, and games. It was closed from the general public and was only open for reservations during those hoThe food was decent and the strawberry lemonade was delicious. It was a great event, but it was overly hot. The thermostat showed 80 degrees and everyone was sweating. This was the biggest deterrent for wanting to return to this location in the future. I came here for my birthday with my family and had a great time. The staff are friendly enough, food & drink selection seemed good but we didn't try anything. The lane itself was fully functional and featured nice animations between bowls. Pretty standard experience. I'm not a regular bowler but if I were I might have a complaint about the lack of ball selection. There were no odd weighted balls, only even. Each ball had 2 sizes of finger holes, which is nice, but there were no other options (e.g. only S or M for 6lb, only M or L for 10lb). The facilities are kept well; hardly do I see lanes out of commission and it is pretty clean for a bowling alley. Good ventilation, spacious, and plenty of bowling balls of all sizes. The lane booths are tiny and there's no area to store your shoes which makes the space even more congested. Pins also have cords attached to them, and I guess that's fine if you're not serious about bowling. Weird vibe altogether. Overall, not good. The first time I visited was in Atlanta and was in awe with how endlessly big the space was. The Bay Area could never... until I found out there's one in Cupertino. My friend was visiting town so this was a decent activity spot. They offer weekly specials so it ended up being under $30 per person for 2 games and rental. We were there for 2-3 hours so that's a solid price for an activity. Wish we got to try out the other games. The lanes were pretty packed when we went. Since we were a small party we have to share with another party. Not a big deal but it felt a little weird though since they were spaced so closely together. If you have enough people, then the spacing would feel intimate. I'm a big fan of fries so I had to get them. They sucked but it did the job. Wouldn't spend the money to get them again tho. Party bowls require 4 people so we couldn't get it because it was just the 3 of us. Like please just let us split it.. Got single drinks instead that came in a cute mason jar. The taste was smooth but could have used more alcohol. Lemon drop shots were not it tho.. pretty unpleasantly sour. At the bar, there was a bunch of older men chilling and it made me feel uncomfortable getting stares. Saw a couple really giving each other like that one vine (if you know you know HAHA). read more

After using the restroom, I chatted with Larraine at the counter to see if she could help us out. I saw there a few lanes open (but assumed some were for reservations also). She worked her magic and we were able to get slotted in! Below were the rates based on the receipt: $11.29 a game on weekend for (weekend premium) $6.69 shoe rental weekend $5 socks A few people in our group has summer league passes (which includes 3 free games a day + shoes) for a flat fee, which is a pretty good deal! This place is huge - and they were super organized from the check in until we left. They have a ton of lanes and were hosting so many parties that morning. And he responded, "twice a week but that's not going to help your bowling anyways." What's with the snarky remark when I was asking a simple question? On top of that, we happened to have the appetizer plater and our tenders were burnt and the top of our fries were the only fries seasoned, the rest underneath was just plain old fries. There were plenty of open lanes, yet we were placed next to a group that kept walking in our lane as we were bowling and they were literally making out while standing in lane. Super fun and great for groups! Knocking a star for long wait times and less-than-great cocktails. Came on a Tuesday night around 8pm and was told they weren't giving out lanes until 9pm, which was a little weird but fine since Main St Cupertino is walking distance and good for snacks. They also have a texting system so they can alert you and you don't have to stand around waiting. Actual gameplay was seamless and a lot of fun, and shoe rentals are about $8 per person. There was a special on the long island iced tea, but it tasted super watered down to the point my group and I were wondering if there was even any alcohol in it. Checking out / closing out the tab on our lane was a bit frustrating because there were staff helping with shoes and checking new groups in, but nobody to help check out. I loved the decor and how friendly the staff was. The parking was a bit hard to find due to maps, but once we found it, there was plenty of parking on a Saturday midday. The outside doesn't do justice on how it looks on the inside. I love how you can order food and beverages on a tablet on your lane. The lane where you sit did was small compared to other places, even for a party of six. The lane didn't stop working on us, not once, which was a plus for us. I went here to hang out with a friend on a Saturday afternoon and was surprised it wasn't as busy as you'd expect. The front desk staff was nice and respectful. The shoes however, incredibly dirty and should probably be updated. As you can see in the pic, they seemed to have been worn outside at one point? Not sure. The food was decent even if my monster cookie melt was a tad bit undercooked. They also advertise signature milkshakes but were out of oreo and snickers. If you're looking to simply bowl with kiddos and don't need a few particulars, then you should have a good time! They also advertise event planning for parties so this may be a good idea for birthdays for kids since there's also an arcade. read more

Our company had our annual party at this location this year and boy am I glad we did! I found the place to be very clean and have nice atmosphere. I decided to stop by the bar and get a beverage. I was greeted by a smile and a very friendly attitude and I could never forget her name because we have the same name Jennifer. I picked a beautiful looking drink from a picture off the menu and it looked just like the picture and tasted wonderful. I went to join my party and the food was coming out and I guess Jennifer was also helping with that . The food was hot and fresh and tasted great! I probably ate more of it then i should have lol. I will be bringing my kids here cause I know they will have a good time I am not a professional bowler but if I could get those bumpers my kids will use i might of get a better score! I don't bowl anymore. But I still drink whiskey. So when I had a 75 min wait at a restaurant across the street, Bowlmor was the closest place that I found with a full bar. The bartender was very nice and the pours were heavy. It's not the cheapest place to go for drinks, but if you find yourself thirsty while waiting for a table at any of the restaurants around the Vallco area, I highly recommend stopping at Bowlmor.
