Though he did explain that our 22 year old unit was likely reaching the end of its service life. These guys are very straight shooters in an industry with some sketchy common practices. My mother and i tried to explain this several times now but its not sticking, flow pro you need to contact sue menke and achedule a servcie to fix the primary shower for the amount that was removed from the first visit when it was incorrectly passed over. the owner is top notch tech, unforttunely that has not totally rubbed off on the other guys yet This needs to be made right !! After the part was received, the technician was there within a couple of hours and replaced the part. Alleluia there is hot water again! Despite the nightmare of not having hot water for a few days, RRP was very efficient while saving us a lot of money.
