Harry called me back promptly & let me know right up front that he was fully booked until August. But he also eased my mind by reminding me that the toilets were all put in at the same time, so more than one could have components wearing out at the same time. Since I only had leaking to the bowl, I changed the flappers & now they both work great! Even though he was very busy, he took the time to call me back. Even though he was booked until August, he listened to what I said. Granted he didn't try to diagnose over the phone, but his common sense, honest approach prevented me from calling another company for an emergency that I didn't have. He was right.
