Thankfully, I found this company, and they were able to come out within 30 minutes to check the leak. They were able to turn off the water and came the next day to fix it. I was even able to get an old toilet replaced in the same trip unscheduled. A few days later, I needed a follow up on the kitchen sink which they responded right away to fix free of charge. It was much appreciated. No issues since. Standard prices but better offer to do several projects in one appt. These plumbers do excellent and really well priced work and I can't recommend them enough. I've used them twice now, once for the drain lines from my house and we just brought them back to do the supply lines. They are responsive, quick to schedule and their prices are significantly better than anyone else we have found. I really appreciate his ability to get a lot of the up-front work done online via the yelp app. Majid arrived on time for the appt with his tech. He called in advance, which I appreciated, and gave me time estimates for getting parts as well as completing the replacement of both valves. Majid replaced and installed my water heater to a tankless model last year (2023). He was timely and communicated well. We had a good experience with his services. What we did not know going from tank to tankless was that your flow needs to be 2.0 GPM to turn on the tankless heater, vs you can get hot water with even the slowest flow. A few months after the installation, we thought we smelled a gas leak, Majid came out to scan and cleared that there was no leak. All under the 1yr warranty they promised. read more
