For over 2 weeks, I kept having clogs and leak from our toilet, I know, gross. I contacted Khan and he stopped by the next day to check out the issue and troubleshoot. Initially Khan diagnosed it was a misalignment from our main sewer pipe with City main pipe using his fancy technology. Khan actually showed me the issue as he was diagnosing for transparency. However, to be sure of the diagnosis and not to charge me for unnecessary service, Khan revisited with his colleague and they confirmed that it was the old sewer pipe rusting and retaining waste due to the rust, see attached photos of removed pipes. Khan and his team replaced with all new PVC pipes, all in one day within 5 hours. The total cost was fair and reasonable They were all respectful and professional. The dishwasher technician told me that the valve was bad which was causing my issue. Ray was able to come take a look, assess the issue, provide a quote and come do the work within an hour or so. He was so through that he wanted to know the reason why I was requesting the work and then was also able to give me a ton of information on possibilities of why the dishwasher wasn't working. He swapped out the valve and test ed everything for leaks and just made sure I understood everything and checked everything before completing the work. The dishwasher is still broken so I still have to reach out the the warranty technician who previously came out. But Ray did let me know what I might suggest to the technician and if they weren't ab;e to get it fixed, he would be glad to come back out to see what he could do to get it solved. I called a few different plumbers that were highly rated on Yelp but they were all closed or not available when I needed them. I called Save Plumbing and Wally answered. I described the problem and he told me he could be there in 1-2 hours. I can't describe the relief I felt knowing he could help me out. I sent him a couple pictures of the damage and I asked him to give me a heads up when he was 30 minutes away so that I could plan my time accordingly. He wrote me back with a quote for the repair and texted me when he was 30 minutes away (it's a small thing to do but I've had so many contractors say they would do this but then they just show up or call when they're 15 minutes away). True to his word he came in about 2 hours. Wally arrived with his son. He was warm and friendly. I showed him to the bathroom and I asked him if I could watch him make the repair. I wanted to confirm for myself that this wasn't a repair I could've done. After seeing the process I was very happy I called Wally and didn't take the DIY route. Wally and his son were great. He did a thorough job. He replaced the angle valve and the supply line. He also replaced some other parts like the compression ring so that everything was new, which some plumbers wouldn't do because it's not critical to the issue I was having but it is a good thing to do for the long term. This was hands down one of the best experiences I've had with skilled laborers. I found his price to be very reasonable. I will definitely call Save Plumbing again when I have any plumbing needs.
