The "other guys" did punch a hole through the roots growing in the sewer line, but said it would recur within a week if we didn't have hydrojet and pipe liner put in asap. The "other guys" came back the next day and showed me all this stuff with a camera and I asked wh?y is there such a small hole through the roots you are showing me? Why didn't they get all the roots. So between that and their $7,000 quote to do everything, I called back Aquatech. The man's voice who had answered the night before sounded honest so I was happy to ask them the questions. He gave me so much information the next day and said he could have his guys out to do a proper job the next morning, which was perfect for me. They were professional, not so "shiny" that you wondered what they were selling. They did a great job, fair price, were polite, helpful and everything is going well. A FRACTION of the $7,000 quote from the "other guys" and I am so happy. I will definitely be calling them again when I need something! Great work guys, thanks!!!!!!

I called Noble after another plumber not only didn't fix the issue of a phatom-running toilet, but ghosted me when I called to have them come back and do the job right. (Guess they figured they couldn't charge an arm and a leg to fix something they failed to fix the first time!) The Noble tech called 30 minutes before he arrived, and fixed the phantom running toilet that the other plumber failed to fix. The tech (Omar) then went on to investigate a backed-up kitchen sink and inoperable garbage disposal. I asked if he could just remove the garbage disposal and not replace it, since I don't use it anyway. After discussing several options with me--and thoroughly explaining the costs, pros, and cons of each approach--I ultimately opted to have the new disposal installed. (The pipe configuration under the sink would have required a lot of rework if I did not just replace the disposal.) Nice that he didn't just go with the most expensive option (not installing a new disposal--which I initially wanted) and nstead gave me less-costly options. Omar was extremely conscientious--double and triple checking both the toilet and the disposal/sink before he left. So nice to know I no longer have to put up with plumbers who are incompetent, overcharge, and ghost customers. Noble is now my go-to plumber!

Eugene did an ok job as the pipes are reconnected and working. Since he was here, we needed shut off valves replaced as they were leaking. Eugene got them replaced. After he left, we discovered another shut off valve that needed to be replaced. Called Eugene back for this and he was willing to come back for this but that would take time. As we didn't want to wait, we had someone else come in. This second plumber noticed Eugene's work on valve replacements were not done properly. Eugene only replaced the front knob part of the valves when he should have replaced the entire valve and charged for full parts and labor. NOT very professional. I'm now not even sure if he is licensed? I usually don't write reviews but thought I should let it be known. Additional remark Greedy? You didn't properly replace the valves. Only replacing the front knob part, which is what you did, solves the immediate leak problem, but the whole valve should have been replaced to prevent any further problems. How is that greedy?
