When it needed service, the company said it no longer goes into Phila. I am having difficulty getting service on it (I have no idea why companies don't service Aprilaire humidifiers, but so be it.) So, Dwyer--who installed the humidifier--will not service its own item, so I'm in a fix to have it repaired, let alone having a company that does not stand by its product.
