This is also because To leave it would add $30 a day to my bill. I was completely shocked at the blatant fraudulent behavior and intentional actions they took to be sure my vehicle remained in their possession. . They claim to also close at 5pm and the hours listed here say 7 pm. They also after getting my tow truck to leave without my vehicle and me, that they could do it right then (5:40pm)!! For an extra $275!!! The complete disrespect and disregard for my financial situation,my property and my well being was totally unacceptable . I had the money for the bill , I was there at 2 pm and again at 4 pm to pay and they rather operate fraudulently for as much $ they can. After I walked in 100 degrees humidity without any help whatsoever .to return the following day to hope they would apologize and do everything they could to right their wrong I was told to leave and I owe even more for the evening that it sat due to their own deliberate practices .. Unreal and unlawful, I am now again sitting in awe at this and still have not been able to recover my car. I'm calling this in to the DMV compliance unit for towing co. I can only hope it doesn't become out of reach to pay and retrieve my only car. SCAMMERS..

The driver backed up not only once but multiple times, leaving huge deep ruts in the yard. The driver made no attempt to inform the homeowner of the damages. The company denied responsibility for any of this despite two witnesses and photos. Total lack of decency and integrity.

THE BEHAVIOR BY THE OWNER WAS SO EXTREME I HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER TOW TRUCK TO TOW ME FROM HIS SHOP! When my vehicle was towed, I requested it be taken to a specific location. The owner refused and instead suggested an alternative--to use his shop--assuring me it would be a better and more affordable option because he was a local small business owner. I agreed based on that representation. Once there, the final charge was nearly double what was discussed. Additional fees were added without prior disclosure, and the taxes appeared to be calculated incorrectly. When we asked for clarification regarding the pricing, the owner's tone, demeanor, and behavior became unpleasant and aggressive. He insulted us by calling us names despite the fact that we were simply asking for an explanation of the charges. Transparency, accurate billing, and respectful communication are essential in this industry. Based on this experience, those standards were not met, and I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when dealing with this business.

Chris explained to us that the dealership was in his family for over 80 years and that they wareanty their vehicles bumper to bumper for 60 days. There was a couple things that needed to be fixed and he had them corrected quickly. I brought the car to the dealership and a couple things came up that needed replacing. He took the car in right away and had the corrections looked at with no worries. My wife is very happy with her new car. Thank you Chris for a smooth transaction.

When none of it appeared on the service records, I asked, and was told the work was done in-house. When I arrived to test drive and put a deposit down, they had double-booked us with another couple trying to buy the same car. During the test drive, the salesman admitted the tires hadn't actually been installed yet -- their policy is to put the bare minimum street-legal tire on the car, giving you about 25k miles, unless you pay extra for better ones. There was also considerable confusion about out-of-state registration. One person told me I could transfer my plates (which is correct, and my insurance agent confirmed it). Another told me I would "go to jail" if I got in an accident on the way home. I paid $199 for a pre-purchase inspection at Quality Subaru -- the shop that had serviced this car nine times since 2023. Their records showed none of the advertised work had been done. Their inspection found all four tires worn to 5/32 and scalping, both front axles needing replacement, oil leaking from the front engine cover and both valve covers, transmission fluid leaking from the oil pump cover, a cracked drive belt, and an alignment issue. When the report came back, rather than the person I was emailing with or the person that was there when I test drove it calling, a third employee called to refund my deposit and tell me they knew I'd want my money back and would sell the car for more. My deposit was refunded. But the work described in the listing had not been performed, and I only found out because I paid for an independent inspection. Get a PPI and ask for the service history by VIN.
