There are a lot of products, plants, and service options, so you could spend an entire morning here! Emma did my blowout, and I felt totally taken care of. My hair hadn't been washed in about a week because I have it colored & am waiting for my new shower filter so that my hair doesn't get brassy from my bad water. She was so sweet, asked me what products I usually use, and I left with my hair looking as good as it did the day I got it colored. I loved the curls she added. Then I went to get my nails done, and they look better than they have in 2+ years! The quality of my French tip is amazing. I went to the store right after, and the man at the checkout counter told me he loved my nails & that they looked so clean. Thank you, ladies! I need more Saturdays like this.

Then I got a call from the salon letting me know an appointment for 30 mins later had cancelled and they could fit me in!!! This was not only good luck, but a sign of great customer service! They were very attentive to get me started with removing old polish while waiting for my technician to finish with her previous client. The stylist started out combing my hair completely to the wrong side/part until I corrected them. That was another giveaway--not even asking the client or observing the part as it's normally worn. The haircut itself was pretty uneventful, but uneven. I was left with some strands longer than others. Some pros are the nice staff and ease of online reservations. They weren't very busy when I was there and the staff members were loitering; I felt on display as the only client in their salon at the time. The pedicure stations looked nice, as does their spa services, but I'd skip the haircut.
