Massage was just a bunch of pushing around and leaning on me so it was not relaxing at all. Pressure was inconsistent and at times painful. Stretching and bending limbs around when they don't even know if you can easily bend that way and because of that it makes you uneasy as to what they are doing next which makes it not relaxing at all. It's not cool, they can really hurt you if you aren't careful. I've been to one of the massage schools for students to get their practical time in before licensing and I don't understand how places like Lilac get a license when their technique isn't even close.
