Thanks to the team there i was finally able to stabilize the pool and i learned a lot from them during the process, they answered all of my questions with great detail! Based on that painful experience I won't ever engage their services for even cleaning the pool. We have moved on and won't reconsider them any further. They burnt out our brand new pump, claim parts and pieces were broken for our new handle piece that we have no access to and did not tighten the pipes properly. Overly priced and inefficient. We actually spent more money opening the pool through them than we would have hiring them for the season to clean the pool and I had no choice but to hire another pool company to check their work because this was such an uncharted process and I didn't trust them after all was said and done. They had no problems with running my credit card and even charging a late fee for payment although we wanted to ensure their work was proper from the next company hired, a delay of two weeks payment which is crazy since they delayed our pool opening by at least a month with their mistakes. Stay far away.

This was the biggest construction project we've ever done - and it was the smoothest experience…read more From the start Chris, the owner, gave us the most realistic overview of the timeline and total costs - without selling it or sugar coating, so we were going in totally prepared, no surprises. He wasn't kidding when he said we had to start permitting process in summer 2025 to open in time for Memorial Day weekend 2026 either - getting construction permit processed was the biggest wait. Now we opened just in time for summer - and she's a beauty! Pool Boss team coordinated the whole project from start to finish - the designer Michael helped us get the plans and measurements exactly right, even taking into consideration our future addition plans for the property. Tina filed and coordinated a million permit forms for us. Matt & Dan were very patient helping us figure out the on-sight restrictions. The construction itself was very quick and fun to watch (the digging was done with surgical precision!). Special thank you to Joanna for very clear communication throughout! The scheduling and ongoing notifications to keep us apprised of the progress were very helpful! We went with PB's recommended contractors - JBJ for electric (super professional - and again, helped us run everything with future construction projects in mind), and United Stamped Concrete for landscaping (Felipe's team did a phenomenal job with out stamped concrete patio and grading, great attention to detail). The orientation with Eduardo was super clear - we've never operated a pool and he patiently explained every single detail about the equipment and maintenance. The equipment can be controlled from an app too - very convenient and we are looking forward to Tyler making it even smarter. :) Thank you so much! It was a very big (HUGE) decision for us - but we are so happy we trusted you. Our three kids are having the time of their life - this pool brings us so much joy already!! P.S. We went for the Crystal Quartz liner - so pretty, as if you you're in the South of France!!!

Despite the good first impression , where I was attended with great care and affection by a company called family , I was very disappointed after the episode that I will tell you next . In August 2021, at the height of summer, I looked for the company to hire the weekly maintenance services in the pool that had just opened. I was instructed to put my name on a waiting list as soon as it started, which according to the words of the person who answered me would be in February 2022. I returned my call on the scheduled date and for my surprise I didn't have the least attention from the owners / employees, I call them owners/ employees since they call themselves a family business . after leaving my number more than once to receive a call back, they never contacted me and when I managed to speak with a responsible person, I was simply informed that there were no more vacancies for the desired service. my question is . why was I not informed of this in August 2021? I waited for approximately 9 months and I didn't get what I needed and worse, I felt treated with neglect. maybe because my pool is small compared to the pools they're probably used to dealing with. very disappointed in the way I was treated and the expectation I created

We are first time owners of an above ground pool which was not properly closed by the prior owners…read more I chose this company because of the fabulous reviews by people like us that needed hand holding opening a pool. Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers. Chris was cool calm and collected through the whole pool opening experience, assuring us it was going to be ok and he did, in fact, open the pool despite the multiple obstacles that he encountered. We are very happy!

I met with them during the opening and trusted their professional recommendations. Once I was no longer there supervising, however, it became one additional charge after another. They identified plumbing issues and recommended that I pay to have the plumbing redone. I followed their recommendation and paid the additional cost. Yet the leaks that were part of the reason for addressing the plumbing still weren't resolved, and I was then faced with attempts to charge me even more. I have no problem paying for legitimate repairs that are clearly outside a maintenance contract. My problem is paying $3,098 for complete seasonal maintenance, approving additional work they recommended, and still repeatedly being presented with more charges while the underlying issues remain. For anyone considering them, my advice is simple: get every detail in writing and question every additional charge before approving anything. They got me this season. Never again. Stay away.
