The first time, Ricky tried everything while I waited to fix my chain before determining I needed a new one. The bike was then ready in an hour. Today I went in twice - first looking for toe clips for my bike and, while I was there Ricky checked my tires and filled them for me. I went back in after my ride today as my gears were slipping and offered to leave the bike as I knew they had a backlog. Ricky insisted on taking a look while I waited and was able to adjust it on the spot. Great service and expertise. Highly recommend. (They also seem to have a good selection of bikes and accessories for sale).

The service there was as well when compared to their Fenwick Location. The fellows there do repairs quick and correctly. The sales there are great. He made some adjustments to the gears for my wife, and he helped me change the handle bars and seat to make mine more comfortable. The next day, my wife changed gears and the chain went into the spokes damaging the derailer. I took the bike back to him and he quickly put the bike up on the rack and said "we are going to make this right". I returned about a 1/2 hour later. He readily accepted responsibility, installed a new derailer on the bike, and tuned it up again. We all make mistakes... the most important part, is what you do after you make a mistake, that matters. Thank you Jesse for being a man of integrity! Bob

On Saturday morning, my first day, I made a foolish mistake but Continental Cycles bailed me out. I filled my tires with air. Five minutes later, the rear tire deflated--psssssst! I did not bring an extra tube or tools. I read some reviews on YELP and came up with Continental Cycles in Ocean Pines/Berlin area. I removed my wheel, hopped in my car, and strolled in. I told the two men I recognize this is the busiest season. I showed them the tire and said I checked Zizzo online and it said inflation should be between 85 and 110 psi. I had filled it to 90 psi. "If you can help me, great. If not, I understand." The young man looked at the tire and said I over-inflated it. "This is not the original tire." (I had put fatter tires on for gravel). "The air rating is 40 to 65 psi. It's a BMX tire. If you leave it with us and come back in an hour, we'll have it ready for you. It will cost about $18." I was absolutely delighted! When I returned in an hour, my wheel was ready. I paid with a little extra gratitude. The older gentleman walked out with me and re-installed the wheel on the back of my folding bike which had been in the car. What did I experience? Two men willing to help which included efficiency and a great attitude. Also, I might say, a fair price.

My sisters-in-law and I rented ebikes on 9/20 just…read more2.5 hours before we wanted to begin our ride and ebikes and more met us ahead of time on Assateague Island (we did this in the off season so it may be more difficult during the summer). The bikes were fully charged (can go 70 miles on 1 charge) and came with roomy saddle bags to hold all our stuff. In just under 4 hours we biked to all the trails and saw everything we wanted. It was a great experience all around. Communication was excellent from the first email I sent asking questions about the rental process to the delivery of the bikes to the pick up of the bikes. I could call the driver directly if we had any problems, which made me feel safe. We had a great time and ebikes and more made it easy for us to go on this ride.
