I was greeted promptly when I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon in June, but that was it. Since reading the poor reviews about the customer service, I decided to take this into my own hands and approach the sales lady with questions and get her more engaged. I entered the store in flip-flops, a T-shirt and jeans by the way. So it probably was pretty obvious that I wasn't going to buy anything. I think that they may have the wrong personality behind the counter at this store. They need to have somebody that's more engaging with the customers. After a few questions and breaking the ice the sales lady did ask me if I would care for a cup of water or coffee. That is a nice perk to offer your customers, but it almost felt awkward. I feel like if the woman would take the time to offer every customer a beverage as they entered, they would feel more welcome. The store isn't exactly flooded with people. I was the only one in there until a couple of ladies came in about 5 minutes later. Perhaps she's afraid she would be spending too much time making beverages , which is understandable. I will return to the store, because I love what they have here and it is well laid out. I definitely get a lot of decorating ideas from walking into the store. They offer rugs, linens, bedding custom furniture, clothing, soaps, table decor, coral, candles, etc. Update: I have had a few more opportunities to experience this store throughout the year (2016-17).
