I cannot say enough good things about our home inspection and Robert. This is my first time buying a home and as anyone who has gone through this process knows can be very scary and overwhelming. Robert, was extremely professional, before we went into the home for inspection he explained what he was going to do, what he was going to check and then said he would sit down with me and explain everything. He was very efficient, took about 90 minutes, took pictures of all parts of the house and property, then sat down and explained his findings. He was unbiased in his presentation and gave me the facts. I felt 100% better after he explained everything to me and showed me all the pictures and answered all of my questions.
