Via text we set up an appointment, and he was not only on time but also courteous. He texted me his timing twice before he arrived to make sure I knew what his arrival would be. He then pre-treated difficult areas and proceeded to power wash the job as promised in the time as estimated. He was punctual, courteous, and polite throughout the process. The first time, I was super pregnant with my first baby and had a couch from my old apartment that had all kinds of smells trapped in it. By the time he was done, they were completely gone. Fast forward to now -- pregnant with my second, and we fostered a puppy for a few months on top of having a toddler running around. Between the accidents, the spills, and just the general chaos, my heightened pregnancy sense of smell had me noticing every single thing. After Guy was done, the house smelled brand new. He took the few spots that were in the master bedroom. AND....the bedrooms were dry 3-4 hours, and the living room should be dry in 4-4.5 hours! My carpets have never been that dry, that fast. It looks so embarrassing and gross. They came out a 2nd time and the carpets turned out even worse again. They now blame it on stains below the surface. Their machines apparently pulled up stains from below, but then couldn't remove them from the surface? After the second cleaning, they warned me that a couple small stains might come back after drying, but those and new ones showed up. They offered to come out a third time but couldn't promise anything, but I fear it will look worse again. They refuse to refund me. I now have to pay even more to have this fixed along with my added time, which I don't have. I booked them because they were a service through Costco, but that was a mistake.
