Joesfino saved the day! This is the second time I worked with him and both times the service was great. This time, was exceptionally amazing, I will give him 100 stars if I may. I had a bad move out cleaning and carpet cleaning by another company on Thursday and I desperately need someone reliable to fix the carpet job the next day because the tenant is moving in Saturday. I emailed Angel's carpet care at 12:21am Friday and just hope he will see the email in time and has appointment open the same day (high hope I know) 2:15am Josefino emailed me back and said he could fit me in the same day but not until 5pm. He said it will be dry before the tenant move in on Saturday. I was so thankful and took the 5pm appointment. Around 2:30pm he contacted me that he finished other appointments early and could come at 4. He actually showed up at 3:40pm and start the cleaning. He took his time to take care our carpet and the end result? Amazing! Our carpet is clean again! His price was cheaper than the previous carpet cleaning on Thursday but the carpet is far more cleaner than before. He truly care about his customers and his business.
