Ordered from this place because it was a recommendation from our AirBnB host. We ordered over $100 worth of food. Waited THREE HOURS to get it. I ordered through Slice and they weren't able to get in touch with the restaurant. Finally I was able to and the young woman I spoke with initially was very kind and apologetic. The food still hadn't arrived so I called back. The next woman I spoke to was so ridiculously rude. I asked her to call the delivery driver to see where our food was and she said "I don't know what delivery driver takes what food and we have 5 drivers, you want me to call all 5 drivers?!" We ordered from here last year on vacation and waited an hour beyond when our did was to be ready. Did was decent so we gave them another try this year. Our food was too be ready in 45 minutes so we showed up 40 minutes in. The app showed our food was ready but we ended up waiting nearly another 30 minutes. Our order was brought out and we checked it while we were there, saw that the dessert we ordered was missing but opted to just leave and not have our food get even colder. This place is an absolute train wreck. My family ordered from this establishment on our holiday getaway in the Poconos. It was one of the only pizza spots around for miles as we were situated in Albrightsville. We ordered 4 large pies for our hungry crew. The bottom of the pizza crust was black, and although the flavors were passing as decent, the cheese did a number on my mom's stomach (she's sensitive to oily foods). Reading the reviews in the area I wanted to keep an open and think that all the bad reviews were just snooty people from the city and New Jersey. So the photos of the pies on Slice looked good for this place so I decided to order. The mozzarella sticks were ok and I would order them again. The garlic parm wings were absolutely amazing. The pizza that's another story. i got the peirogie pizza and my wife the bbq chicken. Her pie didn't have a lot of chicken and this was hidden by the amount of sauce placed on the pie. This place used to be a solid option. Got a very simple order, pierogis, cheese fries and garlic knots. Ordered takeout, went back to the Airbnb and they didn't include the cheese sauce or onions for the pierogis, had to drive back. Upon return, the fries were super soggy, onions were not fried and the garlic knots were terrible. I had to doctor up the whole order to be edible. You will have a much better experience with Gagliano's Pizza down the street, this place does not make food with any love or care and expensive. read more

The food is very good, I'll give them that but they are cutting back. A cheesesteak used to have meat falling off of it. The last one I got, although delicious, only had half the roll with meat in it. I ordered 12 wings and only received 9, I didn't feel like driving back so I just sucked it up. They are making it difficult to place an order. They're so involved with Slice that your call now goes to a Slice call center and then it goes to the restaurant. We call once again for them to tell us that our ticket was lost and they had to place our order again. The pizza, and especially the fries are great. Their cheese steaks, not so much. I asked for a Pizza steak with fried onions, and I got a cheese steak with sauce and onions. Although I would not complain most of the time, since that is my go to sandwich, I purposely asked for a pizza steak because I knew I did not like their regular cheese steaks because they use that yellow soupy cheese, which in my opinion, makes it taste awful. If they stuck with white American cheese and melted it throughout on the grill, it may taste better. There were plenty of fatty pieces of meat in the sandwich as well. I had to cut my losses and just throw away the sandwich. I wanted pizza cheese and the toasted roll that comes on a pizza steak but it didn't happen.
