The elevator would not go down and when I tried the stairs, the only exit was marked with an emergency only sign on the door. I tried calling the main phone number and there was zero way to speak with a human. And I tried the emergency button in the elevator but there was no volume in the speaker and the person on the other end sounded like they were on Mars. So I was locked in their facility on the third floor with no way to get out and none of the phone numbers for help worked. I exited through the "emergency only" door. And now I'm moving my business elsewhere. Best part? They raised my rates just recently. Nope.
