First thing, I've been a PODS customer since 2012...and have used PODS four times now. 2 times for out of state moves. I have had nothing but 4 or 5 star service until now. This latest move using PODS has cost near 20k with storage all involved. I had a carefully planned out delivery of POD drop and pickup today, which was coordinated with the service department. They were supposed to come pick up 3 PODS anytime after 11 am....the movers got here at 9:20 and started getting the first pod cleared. However, Mike Wiles...the Grove City Manager (urban crest) didn't call, he decided to have his first driver show up @ 8:30 to pick up a POD. All three large container PODS were lined up on the driveway, one after the other. The POD closest to the house was empty, but the one with the heavy furniture was closest to street. Brewster showed up 2 1/2 hours before he was supposed to despite notes in the system left by the service rep, and Tracey, the driver who set the PODS. A simple phone call would have eliminated the waste of a drive for his driver. I told the driver to come back in 2 hours, and that would be enough time to have not one, but 2 of the PODS ready for pickup. All 3 Pods were emptied by the movers and were ready for final pickup by 11:30 am. But because Mike didn't follow the plan set by the service department, he moved my previously scheduled drop off of 3 more pods in the late afternoon three days later, which is right before xmas. Nevermind that we were depending on those 3 pods being delivered today so we could utilize what's on those pods before Christmas. The thing that really upsets me is, we had a plan in place with the service department, notes were made for the managers to follow. If there were any questions, maybe you'd think to pick up the phone and talk it out. But nope, Mike did his own thing and lost a customer for life because of it. This company, I've spent over 40K over four moves with, and this is how a repeat customer gets treated? The thing is, if his driver named Brewster, just showed up at 10 am rather than 8:30 am, he would have been able to take the first pod as scheduled. Brewster couldn't have been any nicer, I felt bad for him to make the drive. Tracey, who delivered the PODS, all 3 three days ago was a rock star. She was awesome. However, you'd think they would be able to atleast do a swap on the last POD pickup, but MIKE can't seem to figure it out. Almost as if we are being punished for not having the first POD by the street cleared for pickup at his time, not mine. Brewster did mention that there were notes on the times, but nobody followed them. Waiting another week for the 3 PODS really has made this move inefficient. All of this could have been avoided if the manager just picked up the phone and tried to figure out the best way to make the customer happy and keep a busy schedule in place. I paid for movers to be here today....had they picked up the PODS when they were first scheduled, then movers would have been here still to clear atleast one of 3 PODS being delivered. To be clear, this was a 6 POD move from out of state. Clearly the customer service department locally in Urbancrest is not as good as the customer departments in other states. These guys don't know what good business is. Zero attempt to help the customer. I'm not even talking about where they placed the PODS in the first place. In Florida, they walked the PODS around a circular driveway, here...they can't walk one up next to another because that would require getting more time dropping off and picking up. Don't believe them when they say they can put it anywhere, they will drop the POD where it best fits them for the fastest pickup. Ask me next week if I'm happy with PODS after I get my last 3 dropped off. AS of right now, I'm pretty disappointed. The ease of scheduling online and calling a service rep, awesome....until the local manager named Mike doesn't follow the plan set in motion. Normally, I don't write such scathing reviews, but a lot of people were screwed today due to one person's actions. Set up on line was easy however Alex, the delivery man was extremely rude and unprofessional. Called me a racial name and lied to me about how he could place the unit (wanted to place it facing the woods making it impossible to load things instead of facing the driveway for easy access). He said he could do it that way but that it would cost me extra. I asked how much extra but he couldn't tell me. I asked to speak to his supervisor but he said he "didn't have time for all this that he had a busy day". When I refused the POD he then called someone named Mike but wouldn't let me speak to him. He then dropped the POD and left!! I called customer service and spoke with Kert. He said he would escalate it but that was days ago and I have yet to hear from ANYONE! I want this POD picked up. I don't want to give this business money. There are too many other business options who don't treat people this way. Could SOMEONE PLEASE COME AND GET THIS POD? read more

I hired PODS to move me across the country. The representative and several different representatives of this company provided me with fraudulent claims that they would be able to delivery to the storage unit. I spoke with the storage unit and they stated that they have has PODS delivered to their location and there was plenty of space for them to delivery the POD. I called the day before to confirm everything and they stated that it would be delivered to the storage unit. I received a call the day the POD was to be delivered at 0630 and the driver refused to deliver it to a storage unit due to "risk of vandalism to the POD" and I needed to have the POD delivered elsewhere. I would have never hired them if they did not delivery to the storage unit. I was in contact with Customer Advocacy-Resolution Specialist and she gave me the runaround and stated that they had miscommunication and its the drivers right not to deliver to certain locations, even though there was plenty of room for him to drop the POD. Not only that but the driver insinuated that my mom was fat when he told her that "you might want to get someone skinner to squeeze in the pod to try to get the pressure of the door". This company should not be making fraudulent claims. Moving is not easy and they made my move 10 times harder and more difficult than it needed to be. read more

Pods Ohio facility at 3241 Centerpoint Drive in Grove City Ohio doesn't go the extra mile. After a 767 mile distance between our previous home, I was informed that Pods would not deliver, as promised, the container to our residential new home because it's not within 50 miles of their storage facility. I was told they'll only go 50 miles. (Our new home is 52 miles outside of Columbus.) So after months of storage charges and the original 767 miles which we already paid for, they say I can come unload the container as I wish and make my own arrangements. 2 extra miles out. 2 extra miles back. Congratulations Pods on not going the extra four miles after thousands of dollars invested and a ton of storage fees. read more

I give the PODs service center in Columbus a high three or low four for their customer service and would give their national call center a negative two. If you are using them to move local I doubt you have an issue, If you are using them to move between franchises and cities you will have issues and I would never recommend. My PODS positive was the franchisees. I found the local center, drivers, and employees very positive and friendly. They were punctual for drop off and pick up. They were friendly on the phone and if they said they would call you back or you left a message they responded and followed through. I worked with Columbus and Toledo/Fort Wayne franchises and both seemed to care about the customer and what is in your POD. My PODS negatives have everything to do with the franchiser and their national call center and governance of the inter-franchisee communications. When you call they give innacurate and conflicting information, don't follow up on call backs, and generally don't care about the truth, your property, or you as a customer. When it came to the delivery, the franchisee did everything in their power to help me as a customer and their national office did everything in their power to screw up the delivery and anger their franchise and their customer. I had to reschedule movers three times and take two additional days off work because the national call center was clueless. With a franchisee having locations in two cities the national office moved my POD an additional 65 miles because it was 6 miles shorter to deliver from franchise location #3 than franchise location #2. It took six days to move a pod 180 miles because of crap like this. National call center tells me my pod is in one city and a second city tells me he is looking at my POD and they are wrong. National Call center says franchisee is wrong, Franchisee says there is nothing they can do because National says this is the way it has to be. Lots of upcharges that when national becomes involved which is disgusting, deceptive, exploititive and one of the reasons I will never use them again. If you are using them for a state or national move, I highly recommend you call the local PODS and also call your destination PODS as you can not trust the national PODS to take of your property or you as a customer. So in short if you are using PODS locally I think you can have a good experience if you don't mind paying a premium. Their franchisees seem to care and are responsive. Unfortunately for the franchisees there is not a national PODS to leave a review on so I have to combine all of my experiences with the company in this review. If you are moving cities, states, or in between franchises I would not do it again in a million years. Their national offices are clueless, heartless, unresponsive, they will lie or make things up when they don't have an answer, and I would not use them if they offered to pay me to use them again. read more

PODS is great. I'd never moved this way before and it's the best way to do it if you're only moving a small house/condo/apartment. I had plenty of room. It's a little more expensive than getting a U-Haul but worth it. Here's why: 1. Call to order your POD. The POD gets dropped off when you want it, and it stays as long as you want. You can take your time loading stuff in to it. This is really good if you are having friends help you move: you don't feel rushed and you don't have to worry about keeping people too long. I had my POD for four days and that was plenty of time to move boxes and stuff out at my leisure. By the time "moving day" came, I only had the big stuff I can't move myself to put in to the POD. 2. The POD gets picked up. No waiting around here either. They give you a window time of when it will be picked up but you don't have to be there. 3. The POD goes back in to storage OR goes to your new location. For me, this was great. I was homeless for almost a month so I had my POD put in to storage while I did some traveling and until I could get in to my new house. That's ONE move in to the POD and ONE move out. No messing with renting a U-Haul, putting your stuff in to storage, renting a U-Haul again, etc. 4. Renting U-Hauls sucks. I hate it. They suck to drive, and I always end up running things/people over in them everytime. No worries here, as you have nothing to drive. 5. No rush when POD is dropped off. You get the POD dropped off at your new location and unload at your leisure. I hate being rushed and I'm generally slow to get anything done so this is perfect for me. BAD STUFF about PODS: a few things were broken...a ceramic tissue box holder and an expensive lamp. But I didn't really like either so it wasn't the end of the world. Both were, in fact, gifts. But still, PODS do not travel as "smoothly" as they say they do, so be sure nothing fragile is loosely packed and everything is in its place. Another problem I have is that they really, really limit their liability to the point where if anything happens you're screwed unless you buy their expensive insurance. Also, their fees are arbitrary--I only moved about 1.5 miles from my old location and the price to drop the POD off at the new location was a lot more, and when I asked why they couldn't tell me. That's about it... I'd definitely use PODS again. read more

This is the most greedy, unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. All they want is your money! I arranged for my pod to be delivered to my new apartment. I received the OK from Pods and from my apartment complex. The DAY BEFORE my pod was scheduled to be delivered, I get this mumbled voicemail that my pod could not be delivered the next morning due to the location of the delivery. ONE DAY BEFORE. I scheduled my pod delivery 1.5 weeks prior! And my full service 2 months prior--I explained to them everything I wanted and the final city destination. They said it was doable. I found out later through former disgruntled individuals in my new city that Pods will not deliver on anything other than a driveway or parking lot in that particular city. Why not tell me this before?! Pods knew where I was relocating. I cannot imagine how many other people they've screwed over with their crap. Customer service was impossible to get a hold of (I tried over 5 times and waited for 30 minutes each time). By the time I finally got a hold of someone, it was 6 pm the NIGHT BEFORE my move. They were completely unprofessional. They offered no support and no solutions. I was promised a phone call regarding a relief or reimbursement of some kind within 48 hours. It's been well over 48 hours and still no call! Moreover, because of their greed, negligence, and complete disregard of professionalism, I was forced to spend thousands of extra dollars on my move! My mom nearly had to be hospitalized from the stress! I have used a lot of storage pod facilities, but none have been as unprofessional as Pods. You would think a national company like this would not have to resort to shady tactics to get clients. If I could give no stars I would! DO NOT USE! They are cheats and liars! read more

PODS completely dropped the ball this weekend when delivering my pod to my home. When I scheduled delivery a few weeks ago, I had specifically stated I wanted the container 3 feet from my garage door and as far over to the right of my new driveway as possible. The picture below is what I received. The driver even called at 7am the morning of delivery to confirm what I wanted and this is what I received. It's a good 12 feed from my garage door and almost smack dab in the middle of my driveway!!! So glad I paid $154 for this! When I spoke with customer service, they never called back like I requested and when they finally did only relayed that the driver had to park it there due to weather conditions. IT WASN'T RAINING OR WINDY!!! They then proceeded to tell me if I wanted them to come out and move it in two days to the spot I originally asked for it to be in, it'd be an additional $50!!! Why would I pay additional money to have them put it where I asked them to??? They said they can put it wherever they want these containers "at the drivers discretion " so don't waste your time telling them specific areas of your driveway that you want it in because that won't happen and then they'll just try to charge you extra to move it there a few days down the road when where they put it is a pain in the butt. Not worth the time, money or headache! Use a different service! read more

UPDATED 11/22/21 In addition to terrible experience mentioned below, the saga continues. I called to dispute the monthly rate for only having the Pod for partial month. (see below - I was told at time of booking that I would be charged for the full month up front, but to call back once empty pod was picked up to receive a credit back for days in the month not used). The rep who took my call started an incident report. She gave me the # to call, along with the incident report #. Today when I call customer service I find out that the incident report # was not submitted correctly! I had to spend another 20 minutes on the call explaining the reason for my dispute. Was told someone would call be back in 24-72 hours. The 'bait and switch' tactic continues = shame on you Pods. A customer shouldn't have to work this hard for what is right. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Original post 11/19/21 1) Properly train your associates. I spoke to one associate online who said one thing. Then spoke to another one moments later who told me what the associate said was not allowed by the company. This happened on multiple occasions. 2) Have better connection to local office. Only once was I able to be in communication with local office - it is nearly impossible to get in touch with someone local. 3) Train your drivers to have better customer service. They are the front line of your business when they deliver. I understand that unplanned setbacks may arise; however our experience with your driver was unprofessional to the point we considered calling the police. 4) Again, re-evaluate your sales training. On my initial call I was on the phone for almost 45 minutes just to get a quote. The sales person just kept talking circles and throwing out numbers - it was hard to understand what the actual quote would be. 5) My experience with your business felt like bait and switch. I speak to one person about something and when they update my invoice they somehow deleted relevant info that was confirmed by another representative. 6) Overall I WOULD NOT recommend this company due to their lack of consideration for theirs clients. Unfortunately "PODS" is so common when looking up services I would recommend if you need services go with your local smaller named company who takes pride in their business. Terrible experience, going to cancel before it goes farther... I called to get an estimate, wonderful customer service. Called back to schedule, again, wonderful. They promised I would get a call *and* an email confirming delivery time (3 hour window) the night before delivery. I placed order on Tuesday...for delivery on Friday. On Thursday, I got no call and a mysterious email saying I had requested changes to my order, and to log in on the website for more info...when I logged in, no explanation and no 3 hour window... I fought my way through the phone system, still no confirmation of delivery time, by now it was Firday morning, I needed to leave to work...finally got a woman on the phone, from national I suppose. GONE was the polite professional customer service...she had no idea what was going on. At first she claimed my credit card didn't work - why didn't they call me immediately? I insisted she run it again, surprise, it worked. Then she says we cannot deliver to Upper Arlington - I say Whoa, I live next to UA, but I am in Columbus. Then she says they couldn't put it in my driveway, I said, I know that, I asked for it on the street... Then she said the local Columbus office says they won't deliver it because it was "unsafe to place in the street". I've seen these in my neighborhood before!! Then she claims they might do it if I get a permit from the city. I don't know what is the truth. I am talking to the city about a permit, but after reading these reviews, clearly the Columbus Ohio PODS office has some serious issues. read more

My experience with PODS has been nothing less than spectacular. The professional office staff were there with me every step of the way. Including working with me and my hectic schedule. The delivery deiver was prompt and courteous. With everything going on in the world today, it was refreshing to finally experience a "normal" business transaction. In regards to the actual POD, I was impressed with the minimal effort loading due to the ground level access versus transporting everything up and down a ramp or trying to balance everything on a lift gate. When you are renting a pod, please make sure you give PLENTY of notice to have the Pod delivered and picked up! Remember...you will be dealing with 'the Middle Man' at ALL times, the 1800 #...hence alot of confusion, delay, and underlying detail that is not important enough to the middle man to relay to you as the customer. They (the middle man) refuse to give out the actual number to any local pod dealer rhat will be handling the pick up or delivery of the pod that you are paying for, and it's not cheap. read more

The pod arrived on time in Florida, but that was the last good thing about it. They came to pick it up early without calling me. They held the pod in Florida for approximately a month. The pod arrived in Grove City Ohio and though they knew my address, found they could not deliver it to Marion, Ohio and asked me to have it dropped somewhere and unload it and transport it to my home in Marion on my own. I have no idea what I was billed and believe they billed me for delivery to Marion, because I'm no longer in their system. I had to pay an extra $850 to have the pod unloaded and reloaded and delivered to my home. Shame on them. They do not know how to do this job and shouldn't be running a company. Also their CSRs are working from home and unable to do their jobs sufficiently and accurately enough on their home computers. read more

It is now 12/2 and I still don't have resolution (after numerous calls). On top of that, PODS is now stating that I have a past due balance for storage (of the POD...that the franchisee is refusing to deliver). After speaking with PODS customer service, I was told that I had to call the franchisee directly to work this out (and they are not open until 2:30pm on a weekday). At this point, I have paid for a driver, labor, and U-Haul to drive to the facility myself, unpack, repack and drive home...and I'm just trying to schedule a time to get my belongings. This company at this location is about worthless when it comes to business practices. They have refused my delivery date, and the only way I knew was by calling to reserve an AM time. And by the way cost an extra 30bucks. I gave them a date little over a month out, and the excuse I got was DOT regulations and we only delivery on Tuesday's in the area. Well how can I have it scheduled on a date and they don't deliver. So I asked when would I have been notified about this. They said the day before when the scheduling goes out... that's real nice. Now I won't be able to get it unloaded in time to not be charged for another month because they only go out to this area once a week read more

As an update to this week's post, after I posted my husband had a three way call with the city who granted the permit and a PODS representative. The end result of this call was that we were to block off the opposite side of the street with cones for delivery and once the PODS were delivered we would place barrels with lights at the front and back of the PODS. They then set a delivery date of 6/7. Minutes ago I received another call from PODS informing us that they will not deliver the containers b/c the local office deems it unsafe saying there isn't enough room. The irony is the street the PODS were placed on in Miami, FL where they were loaded is too narrow for parking on either side of the street yet there was no problem. We now live on a street that allows parking on both sides and two cars can pass at the same time. The other irony is that no one lives in the two houses to the west of us and during the day there are no cars parked on the end of the block we are on but mine. And I can park easily somewhere else. On top of all this the hours of operation of the local site is inconvenient for all customers who work 9-5 jobs. And why would any one ever risk using PODS when PODS can simply decline to provide the service we paid for. Go with a traditional moving company who will simply deliver your goods to you. read more

I have never blasted someone online, but wow, I was so disappointed with my PODS experience. I planned to use them to move out a 1BR apartment in Columbus, store for 1 month, then delivery in a new city the following month. First, I called a got a quote, which seemed a little high (why do you charge more to store the same POD in the same location for the same length of time, just because it's going to be delivered to a different town? I was already paying the long-distance delivery fee on top of that!), but overall doable. When I called back to book a few days later, however, they could find no record of the original quote and the new quote for the same service was almost twice as high. They also "weren't sure" and "can't guarantee" that they would pro-rate for storage of part of a month (i.e. 3 extra days). Your company either prorates or you doesn't - how is this not a standardized policy? Anyway, I still went ahead and scheduled the container drop off and tried to schedule the pick up. I was told not to schedule it at that time, but instead to call the week before to schedule pick up. Fast forward to then: I called to schedule container pick up, was scolded for not scheduling it months ago, and was informed that they couldn't pick up until the middle of the work week, after my lease in that apartment had already ended, and only during work hours when I couldn't be available to make sure they had room to pick it up in the parking lot according to their space requirements. And to keep it there until the next weekend was an ADDITIONAL cost. At this point was about $1600 in the hole and told them to cancel the whole thing. Got a U-haul, paid movers $250 and had it moved into a private storage unit. To top it all off, even though I was told I would not be charged for the POD in any way when I cancelled, they charged $450 to my credit card. I called customer service, complained, and they did refund the charge. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

This was our first experience using PODS and overall it was VERY good. The reasons I did not provide 5 stars include: Customer is not provided a 3-hour window for PODS delivery or pick-up service until late the day before. This created 2 problems for us: 1) It's nearly impossible to schedule movers when you are required to have the container picked up same day. We ended up loading the Pod ourselves because of the time restriction. 2) On the receiving end, we learned (the night before) that the container would not be delivered until late afternoon, which meant we would still not have the TV for our appointment to set up cable. The final issue was with the website: after the initial container pick-up, I was locked out of my account online. I kept receiving e-mails directing me to find more information about scheduling and charges by logging into my account, but was never able to log in again. I had to contact PODS directly to get a receipt for my charges. However, there were many GOOD experiences: the convenience of not dealing with movers and their time constraints, being able to fly to our destination, have the container delivered to our doorstep and unload at our leisure. Due to late day delivery of our POD on the receiving end, we arranged with PODS to go to their Grove City, OH location and get the TV out of the container in order to save our appointment with the cable technician. They pulled our container down and had it waiting for us when we got there - that was HUGE for us and a great move on their part with regard to customer service. We flew back after the move and did not even have to be there for the pick-up of the empty container. A big "Thank you" to all the staff in Customer Care and the Grove City, OH facility for accommodating us to make this a very good experience! read more

I give PODS, Grove City Ohio employees a 5 star review, they were on time, helpful and very curtious, however, PODS nationwide phone number a zero review as I was sending my Columbus Ohio items to Florida for storage, not Grove City. The national sales staff lied to me up front about a $10,000 insurance policy on contents being included in the price of my monthly rental, it IS NOT!!! The sales staff also did not tell me about taxes. I totally understand taxes when dealing with stores and other products, but when your're quoated a final inclusive price via phone that price should include all taxes and fees, we should not be shocked by it at the end. What a huge disappointment to receive the monthly storage bill $70 more than quoted, therefore the anger I feel is definitely warranted. ASK ASK ASK every detail question when dealing with PODS. Beware of the extremely overpriced charges!!!!!! I just bought my first home as a single mom and I thought using this company would make things more convenient. While it is easier than renting a uhaul and storing your belongings in a standing storage unit, the price they charge you, along with their lack of transparency isn't worth it! I ordered their biggest unit (which is extremely small in my opinion, as I could not even fit my living room sofa, love seat, chair, dining table and my daughters dresser in it) so it's a good thing I was throwing those things out anyway! I requested two months of storage and was charged 275$ (200 for what I thought was two months use along with a delivery fee and lock) I thought "not bad! Its doable" little did I know that price was just for ONE month. I was charged another 200$ PLUS when I requested my things be redelivered to me the fee was $156!!!! WHAT?! No where in the invoice email they sent did it say the redeliver fee was 156$! not to mention they over charged me for a THIRD month when I didn't even use it for any more than two! In total they charged me $857! I had to call them and complain and get my money back for the third month I did not use. SAVE YOUR MONEY and do it the old fashioned way. read more

We had an almost perfect PODS experience. They actually performed exactly as they said they would in nearly every instance. I would recommend them to anyone. The warhouse facilities were very clean, everyone appeared when they were supposed to, competent, careful, and VERY courteous. The one problem we encountered was quickly and politely corrected. I want to warn anyone who is thinking of using PODS as a moving method. The contract they have you sign is only there to take away any responsibility they have if damage is done to your driveway. Their practices are shady having you sign paperwork stating you gave consent prior to the damage being done but don't discuss what could be done or offer you to sign it until after the damage has already been done. So I guess this pretty much gives them the right to destroy anything on your property they deem in the way of the PODS unit. What happened at our house is they drove up onto our retaining wall and separated our retaining wall from the driveway foundation and cracked the cap stones as well as the driveway. This was a brand new driveway by the way to a new house so there was no cracks or separation of the retaining wall prior to the PODS being placed. The manager I spoke to about this Adena states that there is supposed to be a protocol for when the driver does not think he can get it into a space. They are supposed to inform the owner and ask if it is ok to continue and this was not done. They later after the fact also without telling us of the damage done had my mother in-law (not the owner or the person who contracted PODS to move the storage unit) sign a paper that was in fact the one he should have had us sign prior to the damage stating it was only for the grass/yard related damage. He never actually asked us (the owners who were there) to sign the paperwork because he was trying to sneak out of there without us finding out. He had my mother-in-law sign it who was unaware of anything that had happened and never made aware of by Tom the PODS driver. My mother-in-law felt so awful that someone could be so deceitful and that she did not know this damage was done to our new house that she was in tears. I called the PODS department and filed a complaint. The manager Adena that called me back (5 days later) went out there to take a look. She stated that she did not feel this could have been done by the PODS driver. We had multiple witnesses watch him drive up onto the retaining wall and afterwards the damage was present. She stated that the contract that you sign gives them the right to drive anywhere on your driveway and they are not responsible for any damage. I would be very weary of signing anything with this company. They have these contracts to take all responsibility away from their company if any damage is done. read more

I will never use Pods again and I will tell everyone I know not to use them. Not only was I dissatisfied with the local Columbus office, but also the national sales office. On a Thursday I received confirmation of my Pod to be delivered on the following Saturday. The Pods people had confirmed my address and it's ability to accept a Pod on the street. I proceeded to book and pay for a moving service, I paid for city permits and I cleared the use with my local police and city departments. The Pod needed to be on a city street with cars on both sides and the city department brought out barricades for both sides of the street to allow safe travel for other cars. On Friday afternoon Pods called while I was at a funeral and when I checked the message that evening I learned they would not deliver the unit and they did not leave any information on how I could follow up to understand why. I spent a few hours that evening trying to get ahold of national and local representatives. The national representatives were the only ones who answered the phone, but they could not do much to help. They committed to contacting the local office and told me someone would follow up with me. The next day (Saturday morning) when the Pod was scheduled to be delivered no one called me. I called the local office and no one answered and I was transferred to the national office that could not help me either. I drove to the local office and no one was there to help me despite alleged business operating hour of 8-noon (according to the national web site). I began looking for an alternative solution. Despite short notice I was able to get Bins to help me and they delivered on their commitment and arrived on Sunday morning with a portable storage unit at the time they promised. I was very impressed with Greg and his team at Bins. They were very professional, prompt and less expensive than Pods. I recommend Bins to anyone looking for portable storage units and I advise you to steer clear of Pods. read more
