However, our experience with Caroline was totally different. First, she took the time to get to know us and work out all aspects of bringing a bulldog into our home. We ended up purchasing an adult bulldog which has been a complete joy in every way. With an adult, you can tell what kind of environment they really grow up in. Britches arrived to us as the most healthy 2 year old bulldog our vet has ever seen. She is absolutely beautiful, and has the best personality you could ever ask for. She is playful when you want to play, yet relaxed and calm when you want to just hang out. Super smart as as well which was a real surprise for a bulldog. She's learned 5 new tricks just in the past few weeks! Incredibly gentle and kind with small children its like this dog can read your mind. Not at all stubborn like most bulldogs, this dog will sit and smile when we give her a bath or dress her up in some ridiculous costume. She bonded with our family really quickly, gets along great with our other dogs, and is a member of the family now. She comes with me to work all the time and has a real fan club - everyone that meets her falls in love with her. Caroline was with us every step of the way and I would be happy to provide a personal reference to anyone thinking about purchasing a dog from her. This is cageless boarding. Our rat terrier was with no more than 4 other small dogs at time. He had a good time and is still recovering 2 days later from all of the playing. We received a tour of the resort and we were impressed. You can send your dog to the spa and be bathed before you pick him up. They also have a "taxi" that can pick your dog up at your home if necessary. Extremely professional and competent. I wanted to update my review because this past weekend was the first time we asked them to give him a bath and trim his nails the day we picked him up. THIS is how it should be done you guys! Tucker smelled SO good and was so handsome in the bandana they put on him. This is still the best of the best!!
