I highly recommend Mary cardona's service. I tried for 10 years to get anyone to refinance me but they all said I didn't qualify because of the new loan programs that have changed because of the market crash in 2008. Mary was the only one that was able to do my refinance and with excellent service and with a very low interest rate of 4% which is unheard of for a jumbo loan also she got me $35,000 in lender credit which was amazing.
