    Salmon Regular Poke Bowl

So so delicious and clean!! The service was fast and kind too! Definitely recommend for poke in cstat it's my favorite place to go!!

I looked into different places I would like to try while in College Station, and Poke Stop was on the top of my list. The food was OK, but the drinks and customer service were great. The location was easy to spot, and the place wasn't packed which means no wait! We ordered a Goju Poke, Poke Stop Trio, Poke Stop Classic, and a Taro Milk Tea. Out of the three Poke bowls, the best was the Poke Stop Trio. Although it was the best, I thought it was a little bit spicier than expected. As for the Goju Poke and the Poke Stop Classic, the protein was lacking in flavor. However, the lack in flavor could have been remedied by the addition of sides or seasonings, which were offered up front by the kind gentlemen! As for the Taro Milk Tea, it was flavorful and delicious--something I would definitely order again. Overall, I would probably visit again, but I would add more seasonings and extras to my bowl. The portion wasn't filling enough for either one of us, but the drinks were a great addition to the food. The best bowl we ordered was the Poke Stop Trio, but even then, it wasn't the perfect bowl or the best I've had. What was great about the Poke Stop Trio was probably the Crab Salad (there was no shrimp available) and the spicy salmon. The sad part was we were expecting to try the noodles (because noodles aren't offered at other poke places we've tried), but they were out.

Came here for the first time. I was born and raised and Hawaii and recently moved to this area. I was surprised to have driven by and noticed this place. When I saw the word, "poke (po-keh)," I was like, "a fellow braddah owns this shop," buuuut I was wrong lol. They didn't have too much selections. I ordered a spicy ahi, but they had aku (another type of tuna fish) instead. Coming from Hawaii, my quality of any Poke is normally super fresh and premixed. Their poke service style is not what I'm used to and reminded me of like a Subway type service where you tell them what you want from the break of the fish, toppings, and sides. It's different, but it wasn't bad. I know Texas won't have the freshest of fish so I accept that lol. It overall was pretty tasty considering the fish texture. As a bonus, it even sold Aloha Maid juice from Hawaii, but it was kind of pricey lol. The staff are super friendly and fast. They told me they visit my home so they know what I'm talking about, it's still cool that they have a poke shop. I will definitely be back when I'm craving for a bowl.

    Regular bowl $13

I stopped by a couple of weeks ago on a Friday, right as they opened at 11am. I was immediately greeted by a very polite and friendly gentleman. As someone with terrible vision, I love that the menu is large enough to read from a short distance. Right as I arrived at the front of the line where he was waiting for me, I could see the price of a regular poke bowl, above his head, was $13. I believe this was a recent change. To be clear, I did not find this surprising, as prices have been going up everywhere with all this inflation. I was just glad I could immediately notice it and decide if I wanted to move forward with an order, instead of finding out after the bowl was made. Even with the price increase, I didn't find it unreasonably high. That's pretty in line with a lot of poke places where I live in North Texas, at least in certain cities. I also found the portion to be more than fair as 3 scoops of protein are included, and many poke places only include 2 in the initial price. They had plenty of toppings and they only have an extra upcharge on 4 of them, like mango and avocado. They didn't charge for extra scoops of toppings or crunch either. While there were about a dozen proteins to choose from, I went with my standby and got 2 scoops of salmon with 1 scoop of the crab salad (kani). They had all the toppings I expect and prefer. While I was in the mood for a more citrusy sauce, the yuzu ponzu hit the spot. There weren't a ton of crunchy toppings, but I was more than satisfied with the garlic and onion and got extra of those. The bowl was very good and I couldn't even finish half of it in one sitting, so I had more than enough for dinner later. While not the best I've had, it exceeded my expectations for what I would get in College Station by a fair amount. When I got to the end of the line where the register is, I saw a little sign advertising musubi for $3.50. While that's at least $1 more than I feel musubi should ever be priced, I have seen many places sell it for $2.75 for years (also too high in my opinion) before this round of inflation. Plus, I LOVE musubi and won't ever turn down an opportunity to get it. When I asked about it, they were actually making it fresh right at that moment, in the back. I waited maybe 90 seconds before I had my musubi in hand. I've had musubi at a lot of places, and it doesn't typically compare to my grandma's musubi, but it's still a nice and nostalgic snack. This particular musubi had a lot more sauce on it than what I'm used to, and the nori didn't have quite the snap I was expecting, it also extended over the entire thing. So definitely not like grandma makes it, at all. However, it was delicious! Different than my expectations, but very good for what it is and I inhaled it in the car... literally, lol. The staff was so kind and the food really satisfied the craving I was having, so I would definitely stop back in again!

This is the second time I've been here and I'll be back again! Delicious food, excellent and quick service. Friendly staff. I ordered a regular bowl (3 choices) and they provided great portions. It wasn't too busy when I arrived for a late lunch. It is somewhat pricier than I'm used to but it was worth it.

FINALLY a high quality, fresh poke place! I was a bit upset that they were out of white rice when I came by for dinner, but their spicy salmon is delicious! Much better than Honolulu, will definitely return!

My family and I were in College Station for a graduation and thought we check out Poke Stop. We were greeted by a lady and she asked if we knew how it works. Basically you can build your own bowl or choose one of their pre-set bowl option. What really caught my eye was the amount of protein they give you. A regular bowl is 3 scoops of protein and 4 scoops for a large! That's a lot of protein y'all! I've been to other poke places and the max they scoop is 3 for a large bowl. You can also mix and match your protein. I opted the spicy ahi tuna and the spicy salmon. Both were delicious! Dress your bowl with different option and many many toppings! Fresh ingredients and fresh fish! They have different types of Aloha Maid drinks. Tony was ringing us out and I asked what he suggested, he said his favorite was the Pass-O-Guava. I gave it a try and guys, he did not disappoint! I chit chatted with Tony a bit, he was sweet and very humble. Gave me some background of how the place came along and the story about some flavors of the shaved ice. Do not opt out of the shave ice. You will regret if you do! It super soft and fluffy! I choose the most popular flavor, Li Hing Mui! Wish they had a poke place + shaved ice in my city, but for now I'll continue to dream of their Li Hing Mui in my sleep.

Breakfast taco and street taco menu

This is my favorite poke place in College Station!!! I lived in Hawaii for 7 years and this Ahi is the best I have seen in town. I used to live on University and I would always make the 15 minute drive to eat here. Now that I live down the road I am spoiled. My favorite thing to get is the Kani Salad (crab) on my bowl. Most places have the Kani Salad as a side option but here it can be one of your protein options or all 3. Even better is there are breakfast tacos in the morning and street tacos during the day. Please stop by and check them out. Jaime is very nice and always talks story with us. We go for the tacos at least once a week or more. Wish I could give them infinite stars.

Tried out the new dish today, Japanese Curry. It was so delicious! Definitely better than Tanaka Ramen Curry

Once the table was set, most of us ordered unsweet tea and it was tough to drink. It tasted like stale Whataburger tea. I asked for lemons and Sweet N Low but they only had Splenda. She brought out the sides for our table and the kimchi was okay...nothing that had fermented long enough. The cold radish was a highlight. The potatoes were tough and I did not even try the jelly... For our entrees, all of us got bulgogi except for my mother who got the spicy seafood soup. Our friend tried ordering the sautéed chicken but the waitress literally said, "is it your first time? You get bulgogi. I promise." She completely hijacked his ordering experience and ended up with a dish he didn't like. None of us liked our food (except my mother). "Mom, y'all (referring to me and her) make better bulgogi than this at home," said my brother. I don't disagree...the texture was rubbery and it was tasteless. This being my 3rd time here (I always get some form of bibimbap), I expected the same quality. The presentation was nice but so much was lacking. Great service, C-tier food.

I've been wanting to stop by the Oh My Gogi! food truck next time I was in Houston in the weekend,…read moresince I heard a bunch of great things about their food. I had no idea that they recently had a food truck in Northgate, so I decided to check them out. TASTE: During my visit, I decided to opt for their Bulgogi Beef Fries, which I typically get at Asian fusion food trucks as a benchmark and since you technically can't go wrong with bulgogi beef fries in general. I had my share of these kind of fries from the west coast to those in Austin and Houston, so I had a good range of good and bad fries. I really liked these fries though, since they were my style. The fries were nicely firm but weren't oily. The bulgogi also had a nice texture and wasn't chewy like what I find at places with similar dishes. It also had the complete works like your spicy mayo and garnishes. One thing that I did notice about the fries was that it was nicely seasoned with some sort of spicy seasoning (?), which I don't recall seeing often in similar fries from other places. Long story short, great tasty bulgogi beef fries. SERVICE: It's a food truck in a food truck park, but the guy taking my order seemed cool. VALUE: Reasonably priced at around $8 and about the same as the other Asian fusion places that you find in the bigger cities and at restaurants in town with similar dishes like Nam Cafe. If this were open for lunch or more weekday evenings, I would have no qualms in making this a frequent spot. ATMOSPHERE: I visited around midnight for a late snack break on a Saturday night in the summer, but it was unfortunately surprisingly empty. But since it was spacious and well-lit with music blaring on the speakers, I think it would make a great atmosphere for a group of friends to eat and hang out. VERDICT: Overall, strong recommend from me. I want to go back to try their other foods. Only bummer is that they are only open on weekend evenings from Thursday to Saturday, so you have to catch them at the right time. Glad they have a food truck like this here in town, because I typically only get this taste when I head to the major cities in the state.
