Came here for the first time with my family. Ordered the fried catfish and fried shrimp combo w/ shrimp and sausage gumbo, mahimahi, bacon and cheddar burger, a full rack of ribs, fried green tomatoes w/ grits, huuuuge onion rings, key lime pie, and bread pudding. The bacon and cheddar burger was under seasoned and tasted ok. Everything was delicious. The ribs were super flavorful, tender, and fell off the bone. The mahimahi was cooked to perfection. The fried catfish and fried shrimp were fried perfectly and the portions were a good size. The gumbo had a little kick to it, but delicious as well. The desserts were delicious. The onion rings were massive and crunchy. The fried green tomatoes were fried and paired nicely with the grits. Waitress Abby was fast and friendly. Lots of tables and chairs to dine at. Lots of parking as well.

Overall, great experience and even better food. We had the Firecracker Shrimp as an appetizer. Amazing sauce, not spicy but very favorable. I always add a side of ranch because the combination is perfection. I had the Fish Daddy's Combo and really enjoyed the chicken tenders and the Coconut Shrimp. My friend had the FD Cioppino & Linguine. At first hesitant because of the price but thoroughly enjoyed it. Plenty of leftovers. For desert, we had the bread pudding. It was light, favorable and definitely worth it. We went around 3pm so it was less crowded. We had a great server. She was attentive and she did the one thing I love out of my servers, she refilled my drinks without being asked to. I appreciate when a server is monitoring her tables and making certain we had everything we needed.

Came here the other night with a large party and the ambiance is great for a special occasion. It is clean and nicely decorated and the prices are wonderful!! Service: The service was mediocre for a large party. They were friendly except brought us only 3 appetizer plates for a party of 12...They would constantly forget things and bring it out late too. Calamari: The calamari was a big hit! The portion was great and it also comes with fried zucchini which was surprisingly good. The calamari only comes with tartar sauce though. FD Trio dip: This appetizer was meh. I don't know what I was expecting. No one really touched the salsa. The spinach dip was extremely spicy. The queso was the fan fave though. Steak: The steak was somewhat tender but it had a nice grilled taste to it. The mashed potatoes were good! You can choose any two sides with your meal and it was a great portion. Tried the rice and it was also good. The french fries were not that great and a little worse than fast food quality.

Single meal day and Fish Daddy's the choice. Selected a fried green tomato appetizer with a mango jalapeño margarita and trout, red beans and rice main course. Ended with a bread pudding desert large enough for two. Staff were attentive and quick with requests. Recommend stopping in for a drink or meal when in tow

Fancy vibes bwith amazing prices. The inside was clean and elegant. We came in last minute with a large group. The staff were very accommodating and everything tasted great (including my rum pirate drink). Not pictured was the bread pudding- it was so goood, we ate it all! My annual group stated they'd add this to their rotation.

Great ambience and service. The staff is really friendly. There is a diverse collection of entrées, but it seemed like the type of fish is limited to catfish and salmon. There are other type of seafood like shrimp, crawfish in étouffée, fried oysters, etc. I really liked the mule cocktail because it had ginger beer in it.

So we were wanting seafood today and decided to give this spot a try. We were seated immediately and our server Josh was right there for our drink orders. I got the house frozen margarita and my son got a Michelob Ultra that was super cold. I ordered the fried crawfish Cobb salad which was absolutely amazing. The salad itself was crisp and fresh. It had tons of avocados which is a plus. The crawfish had a great flavor although it was pretty salty. I only say that because I'm not a huge salt fan. I couldn't tell if they had salt added after frying or if it was actually in the batter and that was why it was salty. But.... It was still very good! It came with a dressing that tasted like it had horseradish sauce in it. It was good, but I think next time I might get just a Caesar dressing or ranch. I am kinda a plain Jane country girl. Ha ha My son got the fish daddy combo. It had grilled salmon, blackened catfish, blackened shrimp and broccoli and Brussel sprouts. All the seafood was amazing. Great flavor and cooked perfectly. He is on a keto diet so this was all on his diet. The only thing he said he would do different, is to tell them no rice because there was a very generous portion of rice under his fish. Also, he said he wished the Brussels had been cooked just a little longer. This was a definite win and we both said several times we wanted to come back. The portion size for the money was great. The atmosphere was also very inviting. It wasn't loud and it was easy to carry on a conversation

    Mexican shrimp cocktail

Food was excellent service was impeccable ambience so beautiful relaxing. The food was great. The gumbo was outstanding the Mexican cocktail to die for.

Not overly themed, enjoyed the decor, music wasn't too loud, Breanna our server was a tentative to our needs, filled our glasses Upon request quickly, the onion rings were extra crunchy, and the ranch dressing was a complement! The grilled salmon and catfish was under seasoned the coconut shrimp was great!

Deliciously crispy fried fish, it tastes so good. Especially that corn ball. Although there was only one, it was very delicious.

Fish Daddy's Combo: fried shrimp, blackened salmon, and blackened shrimp

As a local, this is one of the best seafood restaurants in town. I was disappointed to see the low yelp rating so I wanted to share the great things about Fish Daddy's: - excellent seafood (grilled, blackened, or fried) firecracker shrimp appetizer is our favorite! - great bar selection (double Blanton's for $17, hello!) - ambiance is wonderful with the aquarium and layout - always great service - friendly, informative and attentive - amazing price for what you get This is a regular spot for us so I cannot say enough great things. You will not be disappointed!

Atlantic salmon with buttered corn and mashed potatoes

A gorgeous place - that's a right balance between upscale and college-esque. I had the Atlantic Salmon with buttered corn and mashed potatoes (just $18 w/o tax or tip)! The corn was exquisite and perfectly complemented the slightly tangy fish. My server was prompt and courteous. We were seated instantly and served within 5 minutes. I would recommend and come back.

When we arrived, the first thing I noticed was the views over Bryan/College Station, they are truly amazing. We were there not only for a birthday but to watch Texas A&M kick off their season. They had the game on several TVs around the rooftop and with lots of comfortable seating, watching the game was almost like watching it at home. Credit here goes not just to the setting, but to the exceptional team on duty Mattie, Georgia, and Jordan. Their service struck the perfect balance: attentive without hovering, genuinely enthusiastic, and clearly invested in making sure guests felt welcome. It's rare to find staff whose energy elevates a night just as much as the food or drinks, but they pulled it off effortlessly. Speaking of drinks: Reveille's bar program is worth lingering over. We sampled a variety of their specialty cocktails alongside the classics, and not a glass disappointed. The food followed through with equal strength. Chef Keith Snook deserves applause for a menu that blends Texas heartiness with elevated execution. The Short Rib plate was rich and tender, the Texas Charcuterie board felt both rustic and refined, and the Pork Belly Burnt Ends were smoky, indulgent, and perfectly caramelized and were the kind of dish that lingers in memory. Reveille isn't just a bar; it's a destination. Whether you're there for the food, the cocktails, the football, or simply the view, this is a spot that delivers on all fronts. We'll absolutely be back, and next time, it won't just be for a special occasion

This time, I can't leave College Station without trying the 1791 Old Fashioned. All I can say is this particular drink is in my top 3 hands down and I had many old fashions in my time working at my current job (on my day offs, of course). They put a teaspoon of brown sugar to tone down the strength of the Whiskey (Buffalo Trace) but not for the Whiskey to lose it's purpose. I will most certainly get it again. They also have a food menu just in case you want to order something to eat. Next time I'm in College Station and staying at The George Hotel, I'm coming back. Good job everyone that worked, this past Thursday and Friday night.
