I've had Ohana Shack a few times before, door dashed for lunch and one other time when I had my last haircut, popped in for some Spam Musubis (they were out today). Walked in and every table was packed! Girl at the counter was super friendly and was patient with me while I tried to decide what else to get (my mind was set on Musubis). I saw the Salmon Furikake on the menu and asked her what she thought of that dish... she said it was her favorite so I took her word for it. Let me tell you-- it's damn good! An explosion of flavor in my mouth. Freaking delish. Idk, might've been because I was starving as well but nahhh... that's some good stuff. The rice portion-- meh. But that's probably the norm for most people lol I, however, like a lotttt of rice (that's a me problem, I know). Their Mac salad, perf. Other dish I've tried is their Kalbi Short ribs... really yummy as well and their Musubis-- well, they were sold out today so that should tell you. The Ube Horchata is decent. Not too sweet. Anyway, I cleaned that Salmon dish entirely. I'm satisfied and was inclined to come write my review. It's a yes from me.

One bite of the tofu katsu and, Wow. Best tofu katsu in my life. Honey agreed and was impressed. The sauce on the tofu katsu is really good. The rice balances everything out. This is the closest thing we have to Hawaii and it's amazing. They have steady traffic. The people know what's up. We loved the food and can't wait to come back. Keep up the great work!
