The BEST poke bowls i've tried so far in Fresno. Their fish & other ingredients are always fresh. A small is around $15, but fair for the amount of food, quality, & fast service. I absolutely love this spot. I came from the Bay Area where it's easy to find poki spots. It took me a while to find a quality poki spot until I came across Poki Stop. They have a wide variety of protein, sauces, and add-ons. I ordered through Yelp for pick-up on two occasions, and they completed making my order before the specified time. I appreciated this a lot because the last time I visited, I was in a hurry to get to another engagement. Thanks to them, I was on time. Aside from that, everything was fresh and delicious. What i like about this place is it's in this little store area next to other food spots, so plenty of parking to go around! It's a quiet spot and decent amount of tables if you're looking for a quick dine in! Now onto the bowl, I normally order a medium with 3 protein scoops (tuna, salmon, and crab) and pretty much every single topping available. I do wish they had like a creamy sesame sauce, but I get sesame oil and I believe eel sauce! I especially love their tamago so highly recommend that in your bowl (it's a sweet egg). Great place for poké. They have generous portions, doing a great job at filling up your bowl. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming (!!!!) and get you your food quickly (literally a quick stop lol). Few differences I noticed compared to other places: they do ask what tip you want to leave and select it for you, which is a great short term tipping strategy on their end. Their cucumber slices are slightly chunkier--1st world problem, I know. Also, thai tea is listed on their drinks menu, and a picture of thai tea with tapioca is posted where you pay. Unsure if the boba is something that should be requested separately (in case you expect it). I got the medium bowl (3 scoops of protein) I got the shrimp, Salmon and Smoked Octopus. I got the base of brown rice and Kelp noodles topped with Fire Poke Sauce. So delicious and its actually got a slight kick to it which I love. Its a mix of a kewpie mayo with spice and teriyaki sauce. It wasn't sweet, just elevated. Mmmmm! I got the edmame, massage, fried onion and furikake along with seaweed salad. A medium was big enough for 2 meals. Lunch and Dunch. Mmmmm! Plenty of parking out front in a strip mall. If you don't know what something is, the staff is really friendly and will let you try sauces. This stop was exactly what poki should be. All the ingredients were super fresh. The service was swift and perfectly sanitary (hooray for tongs). The options were many and the portions generous. As with most poki, the bowls were fully customizable. The cost per bowl was precisely what we expected. We're leaving this poki experience with ear-to-ear grins and completely full bellies. I love how convenient this place is next to Crunch - a solid spot to go to after getting a workout. The inside is clean and the staff are extremely nice! One thing I noticed is that they are generous with their scoops and do not skimp when it comes to the protein part of the bowl (much appreciated). They have all the basics for a solid poke place - I got the salmon and scallops for my small bowl and thought it was super good and filling. Love how they also allow you to sample their sauces if you want too! Definitely a good place to go to if you're ever craving poke! My favorite poke place in Fresno. I don't even live near here but I will make the trip out to eat it. It's always so clean in there. I know there's not much going as in toppings/protein. But poke is supposed to be simple. It doesn't need a lot. There are other poke places out there that are good but they're doing too much, The flavors end up not working together. But here I never have that issue. Everything always taste fresh and I'm never disappointed when I come here. I always leave happy. A must try. read more

The food here at Poki Stop is very fresh, always skeptical when it comes to finding seafood in the Central Valley, but amazing fresh delicious options! Portion size for price is great, a large bowl is seriously a large (5 base options). We had double salmon, spicy imitation crab, scallops, and shrimp with our choice of sides to pair with that. Our server was very nice especially when it came to decorating our bowl. This poke spot was very busy when we arrived, about 5pm on Memorial Day, by the sound of it they also do delivery which would be great for anyone that needs something like this but doesn't want to go out. I wish I would have gotten pictures of my meal before but that should let you know how amazing it all was. Must try. read more

NEW, BUT MAYBE SHORT-LIVED Ambiance - clean and limited seating. Quiet. Very similar to an empty tiny taco shop. Friendly staff. Price = cheaper than others around town Medium Bowl - here's the thing. The rice and bowl is fine. The fish is standard quality, but significantly less in quantity. The sauce and toppings are where this becomes a problem. The sauce is SO LIMITED AND SPARE it only covers fish. Its also overly mayo based. Not enough zing. There is no sauce left for the bowl condiments. They obviously want to cut cost here and have not considered a dry bowl and how bad that is. The toppings are 1 TINY SPOONFULL of each topping. And I mean tiny. They literally want to charge extra if you want more than 14 edamame. POOR DECISION. If they do not change the business model, they risk losing all of us who go to Poke places religiously. It is not a good sign to get home and have to add quite a bit of Ponzu sauce at home.
