Having worked 15+ years in the food industry, substituting proteins isn't a new concept. Additionally it makes it hard to want to try other items since they are all packed with proteins I don't eat, and I have to pay the up charge to substitute, and I don't want to pay $20, only to be disappointed, so I stick to my usual. I will continue to recommend them, and occasionally visit, when I have the craving. I hope to see a more cost efficient substitution added.
