Ordered from here a couple of times and sometimes it's a hit and sometimes it's a miss. The mangoes especially, depending on the season. BUT with all that said, overall it's a pretty solid bowl. I like to do the custom make your own bowl with Salmon because that's my favorite but they have a lot of premade bowls to choose from. I chose salad with spicy salmon and all these delicious sides (mango, kale, cucumber, onion, edamame, onion crisp, kani salad, kimchi, dried seaweed with their special sauce). It's quite straight forward and the staff is fast at preparation. You can choose to up to three proteins, the photos shown only contains one protein each but they are already pretty big. Mainly giving 2 stars because of the protein, which are supposed to be the star of poke dishes. There were only a few small pieces of tuna. The scallops were awful and tiny. They were taken out of the freezer and served. The scallops tasted like ice cubes because of no seasoning or anything. They were still probably thawing because the scallops melted and made my bowl slightly watery. The rice was not like sushi rice, which was what I ordered. It tasted like it was cooked on another day and wasn't fresh. I barely got any lettuce. My bowl was mainly poke special sauce. I didn't like the sauce because it might have had honey mustard and was way too spicy. I had a hard time having the poke because of the sauce. It would be nice if we could fill out sauce level on the card. I believe the bowl was slightly cheaper than other poke places I have been to, but I rather pay more for higher quality or have the expensive ingredients not on the menu for the time being with inflation affecting food prices. There was a sign when I came in the place about inflation affecting the restaurant. I feel like this place does better in deserts and drinks. A lot of people seemed to be enjoying deserts even though the restaurant's name screams poke. My bowl definitely felt like it was lacking a lot of things and more like a rice bowl. Honestly surprised that I have not wrote a review for them since I have been here so many times. It has been amazing to have a poke place in my neighborhood so that I don't have to trek out to the city every time I am craving poke (which is fairly often TBH). I have been here pre and post-COVID and currently, they are actually having 15% off if you order from their website!! I find that they give you a lot of toppings here and I find that you definitely get your monies worth. My go-to order is a rice bowl with scallops, cucumbers, corn, kani salad, seaweed salad, masago, onion crisps, chilli pepper, roasted seaweed and I usually go with sesame shoyu or citrius ponzu for my sauces. Their salmon here is also great! I find that their seafood is pretty fresh and they always make your order super quick. Pricing wise is prety good - it usually comes out to be $11-$12 which I think is pretty fair. In addition, they also have drinks and desserts that you can order to go along with your poke bowl. Overall, I have been here SOOO many times and will continue to come back whenever I am craving poke! read more

Poke bowl; This used to be my FAVorite go-to poke bowl place. But for some reason the quality AND quantity has gone down so drastically. I used to do 1 scoop of fish and it's more than enough but I will go for 2 for a morale BOOST but today, I asked for 2 and I'm APPALLED at how little it was so I had to ask for one more scoop. 3 scoops of protein still looked less than what I remembered my 2 scoops to be. And let's talk about their protein - the scallop basically tasted like NOTHING. It's just a bunch of chewy nothingness. You can put it into their bubble tea and it can easily pass off as a weird jelly topping. Bubble tea; I ordered a Dirty Taro Tea. Damn is this MISLEADING. There's no single trace of tea in that thing at all. It was basically mashed Taro and milk poured out from a can of evaporated milk. But okay, the Taro tasted authentic and not artificial BUT that was it. They should not name it a tea if it is just going to be Taro with EVAPORATED milk. I am pleased to let you know that this still remains true! Poke Rice Bowl, Poke Burrito, or Poke Salad, take your pick! I went in big with 3 proteins poke rice bowl option (of course!) - Ahi Tuna, Salmon, and Octopus. Toppings and Mix-In's are unlimited - so I went with avocado, green onions, cucumber, masago, seaweed salad, kale greens, cherry tomatoes and topping it off with roasted seaweed. For the sauce, I went with their special house Poke sauce. Everything was mixed in well perfectly and it was delicious! By the way, this poke bowl was a large portion but I finished it by myself happily to my very last bite! It is always great to see that this is an experiment turn success! I will be back! read more

I haven't had a poke bowl in so long, so ordered recently from PokeBowl Station. They offered both signature combinations and an option to build your own bowl, and on the side you could get bubble tea and other drinks. I don't know if the menu and pricing is exactly the same if you order in person, but to build your own poke bowl for delivery, the base price was $8.95, which included rice/salad, 10 toppings/mix-ins, 3 sauces, and 3 crunches, and all proteins were additional (most were $3). I got a brown rice bowl with salmon, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, cucumber, edamame, green onions, kani salad, red onions, seaweed salad, shiitake mushrooms, sweet corn, sesame shoyu sauce, fish flakes, onion crisps, and roasted seaweed, and all the ingredients tasted really fresh. I really liked that so many toppings were included in the base price, and that outside of avocado and wasabi caviar, none cost extra. While everything was good, it didn't have as much flavor as some other poke bowls I've had before, but maybe next time, I just need to add more sauces. Would order again! read more

But my friend who also got the same thing as me only spent 17.35. They only gave a little of the a little amount of protein. It's hard for me to give a one star because the food is so good but buyer beware*** I had ordered two poke bowls on grub hub that came out to be $40 including the tip. The store stated that it's too far to deliver and cancelled the order (to be put back on my card in a few business days). I called back and asked them to prepare the order and I would come to pick it up myself. When I got to the restaurant, a woman was cashing a bunch of teenagers out, I got in line and when I got up to counter I said I'm the Grubhub girl here to pick up my order. Another woman rushed to the register and said she would take care of me. The order came out to be almost 37$, I tapped my card and grabbed a menu and walked to my car. As soon as I got to my car, I asked myself WHY on the prices and checked grub hub vs. menu I took. They literally charged me grub hub prices even though I just called in to pick up. I went back inside and asked why? Which nobody could even answer. They refunded me the $37 (few more business days) and ran my card again for $28. Thats $105 dollars out of my account today for poke and an almost-shake down for $9 "just because". Honestly, really bad business move to overcharge when your menu is posted on a chalk board behind the counter, also pretty unprofessional and upsetting. Definitely won't be coming back, and I advise everybody to double check prices they are charged, they don't give an itemized receipt, just a paper saying amount that you paid. It was "only 9$" but why? I drove to get it? Just because you could steal from me, you will? Great ethics.
