I once got a speeding ticket for 56 in a 30. I wrote elsewhere about that being a flagrantly inaccurate accusation. I also got charged with a peeping tom charge that I didnt commit. A Detective said he would call me back after I met with him. He said it would take 10-14 days to do his job. He never called back after investigating Erick at Room One Eleven (Old Town McKinney) for assaulting me in their bar. The detective never called back. I called his office four times and left voicemails. No call back. Employees and friends Room One Eleven left defamatory reviews against my business as well.

I called on Friday and I the Police Dept of McKinney went through nonemergency. Those police officers don't care about elderly or anyone else. They have to call that should be logged in or the dispatcher is not doing her job correctly. I don't think they understand how serious disability abuse is. That this person lie to me and said she was dying and pregnant and needed weekly $400 treatments. I didn't notice she was gaining weight. So because I am older and I lost my daughter. I fell for it. Then I don't see her having the normal symptoms. I walk over to her apartment and ask her husband if they are pregnant. That's only one of all the money she took. And I don't want any calls or any responses because that's how you guys are. Since the neighbor that I didn't know stole my dog, you have treated me like crap. I hope a police officer ever goes through this with their mother or grandmother because you won't put up with it. Of course, every police officer that comes to my home which is been just twice, but they're all under 30 years old so they have the same mentality. They don't care what happens. They just chase tickets. We've lost all the greatedt police officers from the 80's and 90's. They were brought up differently with much respect. They cared for the elderly and for the children. They treated us like their family. To boot this is what they do for a living. Fraud against disabled and elders. They are married and they're only 28 years old and this is their gig. It's pathetic what our youth has turned in. Back to dispatcher. I asked her to please have a police officer come by my house on Friday. I wanted the police officer to see what kind of condition I was. I'm 70 pounds and 4'10 even told the dispatcher please have them come here. I wanted somebody to see what I looked liked and to place a restraining order because I can't go out of my house. I'm afraid because she got obsessed with my mini schnauzer that she will take her out of my backyard. I can add that to the restraining order that you couldn't respond to. McKinney is also a blue city. I would not have stepped foot in McKinney. Democrats are mean and all they care about is money and nothing else. This is why the police officers are so non-caring. I called to speak to a supervisor at the McKinney Police Dept. The way he was speaking to me and how rudely he was. I thought I was speaking to a police. I'm not sure why I'm not understanding why I cannot be transferred to somebody upper management. The last time I checked, we did have freedom of speech. I am moving from McKinney because there's two kinds of police officers out here. The wealthy and the middle class. Middle class means nothing to them. He declined. He stated that since nothing was taken, there was no reason to investigate. He said that the police are reactionary and not proactive. Asked him if he was okay with that. I felt ridiculed and doubted and extremely offensive that they did not believe a senior citizen and practically stood up for the neighborhood thieves instead.. The DPD (North Central) responded very quickly and luckily, it wasn't a burglary but was a motion sensor glitsch/malfunction with our system. This is the first time something like this has happened to us and while seeing police at our house probably worried or surprised our neighbors, I just wanted to give a big THANK YOU to our officers, not only in our area but citywide. I also realize and am relieved that our particular incident was very minor compared to what so many others have had to deal with and have possibly needed the police for. They have a very hard, all-consuming and sometimes thankless job (especially these days) where sadly, too many people are all too happy and quick to complain and criticize while forgetting that these officers are human beings and have voluntarily chosen this as their career/job, many giving up holidays, nights, weekends and lots of other times with their loved ones. I'm so incredibly fortunate to not only be a part of such a great neighborhood (and city) with amazing neighbors but to feel like we're being kept safe and helped by these hardworking men and women. Thank you Fire Fighters current and from the past, for all that you do and have done for us! The main item on their agenda is keeping us safe, rushing into blazing fires, keeping fires contained, saving lives wether in a fire or not, helping paramedics, raising money for great causes to a number of unsung accounts of heroisms. You folks put in long hard hours, staying in constant shape, always backing up your fellow fire fighters, and ready to roll at a moment notice! We thank you! There are even the country volunteer fire fighters that should be included as well, they may not have it as tough as the normal fire fighter, but most are will to put their live down to help others. I have seen fire fighters roll up in their fire truck up to lower end grocery stores and a couple of them will go in to shop off of their grocery list, while a few stay back ready to roll at a moments notice. I have heard of the meals at fire stations get better and better over time, they use their recipes "and are constantly improving or they get razzed from their fire fighting brothers and sisters." If you happen to run into any of these folks, stop them and thank them! Thank you again, for all that you do!

Currently extending around 52 miles that partially surrounds downtown Dallas like an outer beltline, the PGBT goes from Rowlett to Grand Prairie. The tollway is completely person-free, having been the first in the United States to switch to electronic only. As for the road, I stuck to the right lane and set my cruise control to the speed limit. Cars blew past me the entire time. Do they not do any sort of speed enforcement here? Everything's bigger in Texas, including the speeding. I am not looking forward to getting a bill in the mail because the Texas system does not work with the North Carolina Quick Pass. It's really disappointing that these agencies can't all work together to fleece drivers uniformly!

We used the kiosk to check in, waited about 15 minutes in a clean and fairly quiet waiting area, and were able to get new plates for two vehicles in about 15 minutes. The staff member was friendly and efficient. We'll use this office again when the need arises.
