    When I was remodeling my house in 1992 I wanted a picture to hang above my master bed. I went to a…read moreSugarloaf "juried" craft show and bought this piece because it reminded me of my farm past. It cost a pretty penny back then--$308--but I don't put a lot on my walls; thus, I wanted something nice. (Today, this sells for $495, matted and framed!) Fast forward to 2018: I noticed lots of "bubbles" in the original photograph, basically delaminations from the backing. I located the artist, Nick Zungoli, in upstate New York via the Internet and sent him digital shots of the piece in its less than perfect condition. He graciously responded that he would, without charge, send me another copy. Actually, this reproduction, above (I noticed on his site), had a sharper image than my original--due to digital reproduction, he said. I liked the muted colors of my original, but find this a little more exciting. I accepted his generosity and am pleased to sport the picture again on the wall. I am also pleasantly surprised and thankful that this artist stands behind his art work for 26-plus years!
