I've been coming here for years, which makes this review disappointing to write. Unfortunately, my last 3 visits have raised serious concerns about safety and consistency. Each time, my cuticle area was injured, and during my most recent visit, I left with multiple cuts that were actively bleeding. Instead of a relaxing experience, the entire service felt stressful and uncomfortable. I understand occasional mistakes can happen, but repeated injuries point to a larger issue with technique and care. I'm sharing this in hopes the management takes it seriously and improves client safety. For now, I won't be returning, but I hope to see better standards moving forward. read more

Overall low quality salon. I asked for a an extra face mask and they claimed they didn't have any to give me. Even though half the workers in the salon were wearing one. Seemed cheap but okay. Never had a salon not give me a face mask when I asked for one. I wanted a regular pedicure. That's what I asked for when I walked in. They automatically started giving me a gel pedicure just because that's what I had on previously. I was really annoyed by this: I wanted to be able to take off the polish after a few days. The manicure was fine. The basic one is cheap so I wasn't expecting much. The gel pedicure was more expensive and the overall polish at the end was a bit thick and didn't look that great. My review is long overdue for an update. I have been going to this nail shop for 4 years. I stumbled upon this place because it's really close to my house and I happened to get REALLY lucky to have Eric do my nails. Ever since he did my nails once, I have never stopped coming here. He just UNDERSTANDS the assignment, every single time. I consider myself a picky person when it comes to details and he always delivers! I get acrylic with gel --I show him an inspo picture and he always exceeds my expectations! For my pedicure, I've had many different people do them and I always like how they turn out. I usually just get regular polish for my toes and I have no problems with chipping. The nail shop in general is clean and everybody is friendly! I highly recommend calling to make an appointment but I have also don't walk-ins before and they are accommodating. I went to this shop yesterday and left my new baby for the first time to get a pedicure. I never write reviews, but I woke up at 3am in pain and my toe is horribly infected. My pedicure experience wasn't bad however,I did notice the lady doing my toes had dropped a tool during the service and put it on top of her cart. I was just relaxing on my phone and I looked up and she was cleaning a tool in the water where my feet were. So, I wouldn't recommend for cleanliness. read more

This place is horrible. I don't remember the names of the two women who did my manicure and pedicure, but I am very unhappy with the service they provided. I have never received such poor service anywhere else before. I simply asked for a classic manicure and pedicure with no color. I already have an ingrown toenail issue and asked for help with it, but she made it worse by cutting my nails in a U shape. She also didn't trim the cuticles properly. I don't know how I am going to fix my toenails. As for the manicure, she didn't take care of the cuticles properly, and the shape of my nails turned out very uneven. I had to redo my nails myself when I got home. I don't expect technicians to talk to me while they work, but these two ladies seemed completely unhappy. They gave off a vibe like they just wanted to rush through the job without caring whether the customer was happy or satisfied. Very poor customer service! Do they expect every customer to pay $$$ for fancy nails like gel or other types? Otherwise, it seems they don't care because you're only paying for a basic classic manicure and pedicure. I always leave a fair tip wherever I go, but for the first time, I didn't even feel like paying for the service I received. Unfortunately, I still left a tip despite the terrible service, because when you go to the front desk to pay, they look you in the eye and expect it. The lady cut his toe so bad that it made him yell out which proceeded with the "nail tech" and 2 other employees laughing. She never apologized. It is a good spot don't get me wrong but TOO EXPENSIVE!!!!! If you got money to spend and have nothing planned for 2hrs this is it. I got a pedicure and full set costing about $114. Which is okay to some, like oh long nails and a pedicure okay not too bad. But what threw me off guard is how expensive the full set was. I didn't get them extra long, I got them very VERY short in which I could type for work. I asked for French tip and it took about 2hrs...... my pedicure got done in 20-25mins. Just imagine sitting in a chair for 2hrs for French tip on the smallest set of acrylic nails. For me sitting there so long some of the white tip was thinner than others, and she didn't notice until I pointed it out. Not only that but they charge $5 to remove the cuticle skin??? I've never heard a shop charging for removal, especially since they are the ones drilling around my cuticle making the skin come up. So heres what I paid... Full set shortest nails ever not even medium length $55 Cuticle removal $5 French tip $15 pedicure $25/30 gel $10 Mind you I got the basic pedicure no scrub or anything, just gel. I was happy with the service but WAYYYYY overpriced. No wonder people are going to at home nail techs for $75 I could've gotten XL nails, French tip, charms , and a design. Next time I'll just do that, I will not be coming back. Felt like I got scammed for paying that much for these short nails. read more
