This is my regular nail place. 99% of the time I've had great work done. I get acrylics with gel polish and occasionally pedicures. They have a ton of color options and the techs work pretty efficiently. They give a discount if you pay with cash too. read more

I've gotten my nails done numerous times before, but no place has ever been as detailed and in-depth as this one. David was the sweetest and did a wonderful job with my manicure and pedicure. I came in on 5/22 for a full set with my friend who was getting a fill, we had to wait awhile but that was okay as i understand. The lady who did my nails burned and cut my skin with the file, the shape was crooked and uneven. After i left i realized she never put a top coat on and the paint started chipping. I had to repaint my accent nail because there was hardly any glitter on it. They charged me $30. They then charged my friend for her $20 fill plus my $30 set, when she went in to get it refunded they denied ever charging her card and told her to wait for the "state money" to come in. She had to dispute the charge with her credit card company. My nails have now started popping off and my ring finger peeled off like a sticker. My index finger is cracking. I have been getting acrylics for almost 2 years now and i have never had nails start breaking off after only a WEEK. I will not be going back. read more

I've had my nails done here about 5 times because it's near my home and they accept walk-in's. Each time they did a poor job but I kept going back, giving them the benefit of the doubt. However, the last time I went in I had an appointment for a Gel full set. When I went in to schedule the appointment earlier in the week I requested gel, not acrylic, and I was assured this was not a problem. When I arrived later that week for my appointment, the manager confirmed I wanted gel and reported this to the nail tech next to her who was going to do my nails. However, the nail tech then pulled out the acrylic and was about to start on my nails when I again explained I requested gel. When the nail tech was done I was shocked at how terrible my nails looked. The gel was packed on so thick that I thought she was joking when she informed me she was done. Not one nail was filed the same length or width and most of my fingers had gel covering well past my nail beds and my cuticles, it was BAD! Just before paying I asked to speak to the manager. When I showed her my nails I explained I would need to go elsewhere to get them fixed. The owner was very rude, rolled her eyes and said I could make an appointment some time the following week to have them fixed. She then informed me she (the manager) was the only one who knew how to do gel nails and the woman who had done mine had never done gel before. The manager informed me she had instructed the nail tech with NO prior experience to "try her best". The manager then justified the situation by stating the nail tech HAD done her best and it wasn't her fault. I then asked why I was not initially informed of the nail tech's lack of knowledge regarding gel nails at which point I would have decided to either reschedule or wait to have my nails done by the ONE person in the shop who is educated on the gel process. The manager did not answer but instead walked to the register, gave me my total (no discount or apology), then asked how much I would like to leave for a tip! I would have had better service and better looking nails had I gone to a nail school. I will never go back. read more

I am honestly surprised at the good reviews for this salon. Maybe it was just an off day, but the lady I had was awful. She was clearly in a hurry and both cut and burned me with the nail drill. My nails came out unevenly filed with some round and some sharp edges. I will not return. read more

I found the staff to be rude both on the phone and in person. I believe I spoke to the same woman twice on the phone and she also worked the front desk when customers came in. Very, very unfriendly to the point that she seems annoyed that you are there. The nail tech was mediocre at best, nothing special, sloppy polish application, sloppy acrylic application, not up on new trends in nails, I had to show him what shape I wanted, he had never seen it before and did not do great creating it. Then had to show him what I wanted the polish to look like, said he understood, then wasn't even close, had to have him remove it and just do plain old polish. Really nothing special here, no talent, no pride in their work. I won't be back and don't recommend them at all. read more

I'm going to give you the full experience I was blessed with today. I took my six year old daughter in to get manis and pedis. The lady at the front said to pick colors & got our pedi baths started. She ushered us to them & began working on my daughters, telling me someone else was coming soon and would be doing mine. The lady looked at the pink shade my daughter chose & told her it was too light, so my daughter chose a different one. The lady said that was too light as well, so I just told the lady it's what she wants, that's fine. After she completed painting my daughters toenails, she went to another customer who was being worked on by someone else & started unwrapping her hands from tinfoil. She did not wash her hands between touching my daughters feet & handling that other lady's fingernails. When she came back, I told her my feet were pruning, so she finally got me a towel & had me put my feed up (35 mins of soaking my feet btw & still no one else came to work on my pedi). Another customer walks in asking if they have time for another mani/pedi, the lady says yes & starts filling a pedi bath for her. She comes back to my daughter & starts clipping her fingernails for the mani portion. I saw her using the same clippers she used for my daughters toenails & just as I was about to say something, the real horror show began. My daughter started screaming & crying & was bleeding. I immediately got up & said we're going! But, the lady started wiping the blood off WITH HER BARE HANDS!!!!! No gloves, no towel, no bandaid. HER BARE HANDS & she wiped it on her dress!!! Obviously this is when I realized it was worse than I thought & I tried to get my daughter out of the pedi chair, but she was still trying to wipe the blood! I had to physically push her out of the way, so that I could pick my daughter up out of the chair. Still, she kept trying to grab at my daughters finger & wipe the blood. I yelled at her to stop & grab her a bandaid. I set my daughter down in the waiting room & grabbed our shoes & a handful of tissues. By this point, the lady grabbed a bandaid & was trying to put it in my daughters finger & my daughter yelled YOURE SCARING ME, still crying & bleeding. I again, told the lady to leave her alone. Meanwhile, not one other employee or customer stopped to help! NO ONE grabbed a tissue. NO ONE grabbed a towel. NO ONE offered to help!! I had to yell at the lady to grab a bandaid just for her to do something more sanitary & less aggressive & intrusive. I literally yelled to all the people there WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!? Because they sat there, staring, not saying or doing anything! Luckily, the cut stopped bleeding by the time we got home & we were able to clean it & bandage her up properly. I have been told she may need a Tetanus shot bc of how unsanitary the conditions might be there. I've also now heard from numerous people the same or similar freak issues like this have occurred. One woman even said her daughter was cut and the nail tech told her daughter to stop being a baby when she cried about it. She too had to pull her daughter out of there. I have contacted the company, posted on all social media outlets & no one has responded. I need them to take action on this & will be filing complaints with the AZ Board of Cosmetology. So I'd recommend not ever going here unless you want to walk out looking like Edward Scissorhands gave you a manicure! read more

I just left the salon at 7:15p.m.and I arrived at 6:25p.m. The young lady waited for me to arrive and an older woman took care of me. I had liquid gel overlay on my own nails. She rushed on my hands. Her customer service was horrible. She consistently pulled my hands while working on my nails, and also moved the towel by pushing my hands aside ,instead of saying, "could you lift up your hands". The gel is thick on my thumbs and not smooth, I relocated to Phoenix and haven't been successful with locating a great nail technician. I only tried this location because of the positive review. I'm not pleased at all with the $30.00 that I paid for this. I don't mind paying more for quality service, however; this definitely wasn't it. I forgot to mention that she was mumbling to herself in her native language when she was almost done, and we were the only two in the front of the salon. read more
