I definitely would stay away from here if I were you. I was a returning customer for months and my most recent experience has caused me to never return. For pedicures thy hand you the binder already on the 2nd page so you don't even know there is a $38 option. Well last time I decided on the "classic" pedicure with gel polish. The nail technician made a face, and tried to upsell me but I stood firm on my decision. I then decided to get a full set done and they came out horrible. The older woman who did my nails I genuinely think did her best but she was not understanding what I was saying or following the inspo picture I showed. At that point I had been there over 2 hours and wanted to leave. When it came time to pay, the nail technician that did my pedicure checked me out. The price seemed ridiculous for what I got. When she broke it down she said $63 for pedicure $75 for nails... how is it $63 for a classic gel pedicure? It wasn't. And now 2 weeks later my gel pedicure is lifting which has never happened before. I got my nails done at 6:41 PM Sunday, July 13 after my husband and I finished having dinner at the hibachi place right across the way in the mall. It was our last day in North Carolina and I wanted to get my nails done. This is how my nails looked three hours later and by that time the salon was closed. Since we left first thing Monday morning as soon as I got home, I called and asked for the manager and the person who answered, Bobby, said he was the manager. I got my nails done 5 days before Thanksgiving with a poly gel manicure. I got home, ate dinner and by the end of the night, 2 nails popped off. 2 days later I ubered back to the mall, got them fixed and by the end of the night another nail was gone. 2 days after Thanksgiving, they had all popped off except 2. I went back and asked them to redo them and they said no. Basically, I paid $80 for a manicure that lasted just barely over a week. The woman told me it should last 3-4 weeks. read more

This place is okay.....the good was I was walking around the mall and desperately needed my toes done and they were able to get me in for a gel pedicure with gel polish removal. The not so good was pretty much everything else lol. It didn't start off great because they didn't have the color I wanted. That was okay and I just picked another off white chrome color. The water wasn't as warm as I'd like, but it was okay. The pedicure itself wasn't bad! They put a clear coat under the color I chose, so I didn't even realize when they'd switched to the color because it was so sheer. I asked to switch to just white and they were accommodating. As they were finishing up, they switched technicians. Which I thought was odd since the man doing my toes didn't go anymore. The polish was a little thick and uneven. When I got done. They said the price was 53 even so I gave them my card. When I got My receipt I saw there was a 1.50ish fee for not paying in cash. I wish they would have told me or had a sign somewhere! If I could give a zero this place is horrible I just went to have a nail removal it took over an hour she cut my fails filed them all the way down did not buff or shape them and the owner knew that I was not satisfied came to the front never apologized . I will never go back here please stay away they are rude don't care about your nails and the service is horrible. The two ladies checking out behind me were also disappointed with their service. I just got my nails done tuesday Feb 28th around 4 something I am very disappointed and disgusted with how my nails came out yall they are so thick and uneven application of acrylic (color was fine ) but everything else was shit. My friend and I came here after shopping at the mall and we were able to make reservations for 5 PM. We came back and we were taken care of right away. The gentleman that did my pedicure was thorough. I would've liked a longer leg massage but it was OK. Being in the area for some errands we decided to get some cleanup work done on the nails. We were greeted immediately after walking in and they were able to accommodate us immediately. We sat in our massage chairs, while they prepped our feet for pedicures and asked if there was anything we wanted to drink. I started my massage chair, soaked my feet in the filling tub while I waited for my nail expert. The water filling the feet tub continued to run and begin to overfill due to it being left unattended. I yelled for someone to shut the water off and grabbed my shoes since it was beginning to overflow. My nail expert arrived and introduced herself, she was very friendly. She gave me a bottle of water and verified my preference for pedicure. I sat back while she took care of my feet very well. She did ask if I wanted a a manicure, I decided to go ahead with that as well, once she finished my feet we went into the nails. She did a very thorough job on the manicure and cleaned up my nails very well. I was very happy with the results and enjoyed my conversation with her as well. We will be returning here in the future. I gave them two chances the first time the experience was lackluster and my toe nail chipped (gel) polish after like 2 days. Thats completely unnaceptable. I stopped in today for a liquid gel fill. None of my mails are even. They're thick, clunky and almost all of my cuticles are torn up. Not to mention the lady grabbed my stroller with a sleeping baby in it and knocked him into the wall waking him up. The woman who did my nails "fixed" them 3 times. I called once I got home and explained I live a half hour away and couldn't just come back. They said that's my only option because the manager is on vacation for 2 weeks. I honestly think this is the worst shellac manicure I have ever had. I was in the area for work travel and stopped in during my down time. First, the gentleman that did my nails took forever! When I left the nail salon, I noticed my nails felt tacky still and looked uneven. I let it go but the very next day, they already started to chip. I'm only 3 days out from when they were done and I already feel like I need to remove the shellac. All of my nails are chipped. If I could give zero stars, I would. This has to be the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I travel for a living and I've been to several shops in several states. It started out great with my pedicure but the young lady who was assigned to my hands was extremely rude. She didn't want to add a tip on my mail that was broken. She filed them all much shorter than I asked. She was talking on the phone and not paying attention to what she was doing. I was getting two different colors and I had to stop her several times from dipping the wrong finger into the wrong color. One of the colors ended up being completely off so I asked her to find the right match. She kept saying that they don't have that color but I knew they did because it was just a natural color. She tells me to hurry up because she has another customer. The manager must have heard us because she finally came over, apologized and helped me find the correct color. I didn't get the girl's name because I was just trying to get out of there. She sat to the right as you walk in, right in front of the nail polish. You'll know her by the sour look on her face. Coming back to update my review for a third time. Only because I had thee absolute worst experience with a nail tech named Ben! I got married this past Saturday and schedule my mani and pedi for myself and 4 other ladies in my bridal party! We started with pedicures and everything went great. Time for our nails and the nail tech I wanted was unavailable so they told me to go to this guy named Ben. From the go you could absolutely tell that he was not trying to do my nails. But eventually he told me to come to his chair. The interaction starts very friendly, I'm sharing with him about my wedding plans and he's asking questions about the big day. As he's doing my nails, I'm noticing that he is rushing and my nails are crooked. I point it out to him and she says "after I finish it it with polish will straighten out." Now, I'm not geometry major but I do know adding polish does NOT make crooked lines straight. So I asked him to just redo that one nail. He instantly got annoyed but redid it. We loved on to my other hand and he asked me if everything was fine, I did a double check and another nail was obviously crooked again! Upon telling him that he drops my hand and says "I'm not doing your nails anymore! You wait for the next person"! At this point I'm SHOCKED!! 2 days before my wedding day and this nail tech literally leaves me with nails half finished and walks away with an attitude. Thankfully another nail tech named Noy was able to save the day. I wish I had taken pictures to show you how crooked and uneven my nails were and he was trying to convince me they weren't. Even the other ladies said it was terrible and Noy had to pretty much start over on my nails. Hate that I'm giving the shop a low score when it's really only Ben/Bihn that is a terrible and rude nail tech. I brought 4 new customers to that shop and I still can't believe he tested me that way! My heart dropped each time because I would be doing something that doesn't even require a lot of pressure like sending a text on my phone and they broke with just the simple tap on my screen Pic 3 As many times as they lined up my fingers they could not match lengths Lastly the nail shape I always asked for was coffin but it looked more almond or a wanna be coffin. I even pointed it out and the man took a nail file and started to file my already painted nails thus taking the nail polish of on the sides and making them rough. I didn't have time to look at the nails because I had to go to work right after (I work in the mall) otherwise I wouldn't have paid. Never ever go into a nail salon on a whim! I now have poorly painted gel coated fingernails that look like my grandchild applied the paint. The women who did the work did not speak enough English to discuss what she was doing. She chopped away at my cuticles in a way that made them ache for several days. Two weeks later they looked worse than when I went in because skin is peeling away. One nail looked so bad-it had a teardrop shaped bump on it, that I returned to have it fixed. After discussion with the manager where her first response was "there is nothing wrong with it" they did grind off the bump. Speaking of grandchildren, are these nail places employing slaves? It's a nice place BUT I've had better service. Dipping powder was not complete I had spots in my nails without the color and no edge cleaning. Never go here. They aren't licensed or know what they are doing. They couldn't get the gel off my nails because they put water in their remover. Manager should be fired. When I told him my issue he told me to leave and wouldn't give me the number of the owner. He wouldn't let me keep the nail file so I could fix the nails they broke Crabtree shut this business down. They are low class. I went home with half polish taken off and a severely broken nail. I had to cut all my nails off because of my experience and buy a kit at Sephora for $20. This was the only place I could find that was open after normal business hours. I knew it was not a good idea to go to unknown place. The lady that helped me couldn't get my gel off of my nails, used weirdest device, very little acetone, and no time was given to soak and soften the gel. She literally broke and scrape the gel together with my nails. I had to stop in the middle of this awful experience and leave. I don't recommend you get your nails done here. There is a ton of other places where you can get better value for less $. I went in there to do just a regular one color gel nails and as the lady was doing my nails I noticed the gel has started to peal off. I told her but she just shook me off and said it will be ok and just kinda pushed in the pealed off part. As soon as I left the salon the pealed off part fell off and another nail started pealing off. She also did a very sloppy job painting the nails - in short, it looked like a right handed person painted it with their left hand. Another thing that frustrates me about a lot of these nail places is that you go in there to get one thing for the price it says on the "menu" and when you're ready to pay its always somehow $10-$15 more! Is this just me getting ripped off or is this standard? I've been here many times, and Cindy is great. Last time, I took my 12-yr old daughter w me. The crabapple that sits at the counter in the middle of the room did her manicure while I got a pedicure. My daughter came over crying at the end of her manicure and told me that the woman said, "you sure got a lot of acne". I've had this miserable woman before, and she is unpleasant enough without INSULTING CHILDREN TO THEIR FACES AND CHARGING THEM FOR IT.
