My husband and I both went to have haircuts. My husband needed to look professional for his medical school application picture, and Debbie certainly delivered. She was nice and personable, and listened to what we both wanted (for ourselves, and for each other). You can tell that the entire staff are doing everything they can to keep themselves and their customers safe, so we felt very comfortable during our time there. If I could give this place a 0 rating, I would definitely do it! So I walked in without an appointment and I waited a good hour before I was with a nail artist, but in the middle of her doing my nails she says she has an appointment with someone else so she stops doing my nails. Then this older lady starts doing my nails, and it's like a punishment for not coming in with appointment like they gave me the worst employee they had. She starts adding the acrylic to my nails, and she adds WAYYYY to much and my right thumb is HUGE compared to my left, and my other nails are sooo lumpy. The worst part was that she cut me!!!! And didn't even apologize or even acknowledge that she did. Then when she started painting my nails she didn't even tell me to wash my hands and I had left over shavings all over my hands, and I had residue all over my hands when I left. So I went and saw Tammi today who is my nail technician when I visit but today she poured some extra sugar into my nails for Christmas! I mean look at this artwork all hand painted! I love how this salon is clean and modern. Everyone here is very kind and friendly. Their prices are reasonable and the work is quality. Great service as they also offer drinks to customers.(water, juices or wines) My nail technician was Jean and she helped me decide on type of nails, color and did an amazing job! Megan also did dip powder for my first time and I loved it! Not forget to mention that Ryan did pretty good job at gel color on my nails. He was very patient and meticulous. After a long time of looking for the right nail salon to go to I finally found the one! The workers were all extremely welcoming from the second I walked in until I left. I was greeted by multiple people immediately and offered something to drink as well. Leo did my nails and did an amazing job and Debi did my eyebrows which turned out fantastic. I'm really picky with my eyebrows and nails and it made me very happy to get them both done well for the first time in awhile. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because it took two hours to do my nails (and it was just a fill) I didn't mind because I had time and he was also trying to teach someone how to do the dip powder but it did take a very long time and I had other errands to run as well. I ended up coming back an hour later to have them straightened out because some nails were a bit crooked. I am a really patient person but not when you sit me in a chair and have me waiting and someone comes over to start and walks away because another customer comes in after me. It's my first time in ten years getting my nails done, I called first to check availability in 2 hours or next week, the phone was answered fast. They said I could walk in at 5 and I came about 10 minutes early in case. I was sent to the next available tech and they gave me colors to choose from, but talking about the nail I wanted was difficult to establish with this person. I showed a photo of reference for the shape, and asked for gel nails. The nail tech sounded annoyed since my nails would need an extendor to get the almond shape with gel I asked for, so I relented and agreed on acrylic instead. the result is mixed. The nail color is fine but the overrall shape was not as flattering or professional. Modern acrylics blend well into the nail bed and have a sleek feminine look to them, these were more bulky .The nail tech mostly spoke to other technicians rather than asking how I wanted my nails done. First time here. They had us wait 30 mins, even though we had appointments. They took people without appointments before us. So that we wouldn't leave they started bringing people to the table to set up and then walk away only for another person to start filing a nail and switch up again, each time the person looked at our request and then would sit down and then change out this happened at least 3 times. We requested a simple heart design...man that was rough. My fingers were cut on the edges and she was filing my knuckles because she was so into the conversation with her friend she wasn't even looking. My first time at this establish - I loved it! After a 4-week recovery period for a knee replacement, i was ready for a pedi before returning to work. Polish had great reviews, so off i went. I called ahead of time to make sure I could be seen, and was assured that there would be no issue and to come on down. Upon arrival, i was greeted, then temperature scanned, prompted to use their hand sanitizer and asked to wait. After about 8 minutes I was ushered to my chair, which was enclosed, on the front & sides by plexi barriers. Once seated, sample nail color sheets were brought to me to select from (only after donning plastic gloves provided by the salon). My tech was Hellen (yep, 2 'L's) who was lovely, thorough and sensitive to my still-healing knee, taking care when taking my foot in and out of the bath. Once sugar scrub, massage and polish were completed, I had Emie (another tech w/artistic skills) create fall designs on my nails - beautiful work! Overall, this establish has their COVID game down pat - everyone masked, gloved, sanitized, etc., etc., and the service and staff were really excellent. I'll be back! read more

I had an amazing experience here today. I received a pedicure and brow wax by Cindy. They were busy, but she took her time and gave a very good massage with my pedicure. I could tell she knew what she was doing, I was right. She had been a massage therapist previously and knew how to do reflexology. I don't remember the last time I've been so satisfied with a pedi.
