I came in for a pedicure with existing gel polish on my toenails. Instead of properly soaking and removing the gel with the foil/removal method, the technician immediately began using the nail grinder on my nails. I told her multiple times that she was hurting me. When I looked down, my toenails had been grinded down so thin that they were cracking and breaking. I then noticed the same damage had already been done to several of my other toe nails as well. I brought this to the manager's attention, and the response I received was simply a smile and "sorry." No effort was made to properly address the situation or correct the damage. I left with my nails painfully over-filed, damaged, and unfinished. This was completely unacceptable and I will not be returning. I just got off work. Now I have to go trace down a nail shop at 4:45pm. Ridiculous. read more

They took forever to even ask what I was there for, then proceeded to give me the worst nails I've gotten. I asked for vanilla chrome and got chunky, could have been shaped better, barely sparkly, not even enough to qualify it as chrome nails that look like blobs on my nail. I try to refrain from writing reviews but this place is horrible. To start I called and made an appointment, I sat there for 40 minutes waiting for Someone to see me. Finally, it was my turn. The lady who helped me yanked my hands was so aggressive and rude the entire time honestly making me so uncomfortable. Finally the manicure is over, I pay in cash ($60, I asked for $10 back my manicure total was $40 and I gave her a $10 tip) she chased me out of the salon and started screaming at me that I didn't tip her enough?!? On her horrible service I tipped her 25%, it was unprofessional, unacceptable, and outrageous behavior. After all of this I go home and my nails look horrible, within a day they are all chipped and peeling, on a gel X set?? I have never experienced or heard of this before in my life. read more

She does a full set faster and better than anyone! Update: March, 2020! So I've been coming here since 7 months ago with Tina and she has never been anything less than extremely accommodating and kind! Today, I called at 5:30 pm (1 1/2 hours before closing) to see if maybe she could squeeze me in - I'm going out of town this weekend and wanted to hopefully get my acrylics filled. I would have been totally fine and okay had she said it was too last minute or to come in another day. She told me to come in at 6:40 and I felt SO BAD because I knew we'd go over 7:00 but I did my best to come in early, follow instructions, etc. etc. Not once did she complain or seem to rush through my nails just so she could go home. She took her time and shaped/painted my nails carefully while making conversation and I ended up finishing around 7:30 (I chose a single color w/ no design bc I also felt bad haha) LOVE HER! The other ladies at the salon are also extremely sweet and love to make you feel welcome so you can become a regular (I've met several regulars during my 7 months of going here).
