I took my daughters to get 1 full set (gel), one basic pedicure (gel), and one manicure (kids/gel). I had my baby with me so i sat in the car after giving them the instructions of what i agreed to paying for. I walked in after some time and i see the little one getting a pedicure (gel)... I didn't ask for!!! to make matters worse the price was $196.00 total!!! Then they filed my daughter's toes until it bled and offered her a lollipop and 50% off her $47.00 pedicure...Never again. Your business took advantage of me after I left and asked my child if she wanted a pedicure... I was literally right outside and if you had questions as the "owner/manager" you've could've asked my oldest 17 year old that was there, and not the 6 year old. We will never be back. Subpar work done that is already peeling... This place must be under new management because I've never experienced this kind of customer service, let alone being taken advantage of for a "kids" gel basic pedicure i didn't ask for. $47 for a gel mani for kids and $47 for gel pedicure for kids... just in case anyone wants to pay $94 dollars for the 6 year old mani/pedi. Amazing! My second time here in the past few months. They have new spa seats which are sooooooo nice! They have a cover table top thingy while you seat so you can rest more comfortable or put your phone on it easier. AND the seats warm!!!! I'm using it now and am in HEAVEN!! There wasn't much wait for my walk in today and everyone is so nice! Parking is also plentiful and prices are pretty good! Might be my new favorite salon! And you get a free drink too. I came here with my friend prior to her bachelorette party-- although the wait was long (which was on us, as we did not make a reservation ahead of time), they made up for it with the quality and speed of their customer service. The woman who did my pedicure was efficient, personable, and gave great advice when I asked for color recommendations. A few weeks later, I returned for my friend's wedding, and received what I would consider my favorite acrylic set so far-- and for a very affordable price. Not only was the shape perfect, but the acrylic nails, gel, and chrome powder lasted for well over a month. I could not be happier with my experience! I couldn't help but notice the regular customers coming in, who many of the staff knew by name. been my go to nail salon for pedicures since 2024 ! I usually come in as a walk in and get taken right away and opt for a regular gel pedicure . I've gotten a handful for nail tech but unfortunately never got any of their names . The salon itself is pretty spacious and clean ! Each time I'm left satisfied and relaxed n never had a moment where I felt they trimming my nails too short or scrubbing too hard . Although I will say I always ask for a milky white color , and with that color it often requires multiple top coats . But on multiple occurrences I've had the nail tech visibly get annoyed / try to get me to do a more harsh white , which can get kind of frustrating. Some nail techs are more willing to go that extra step , which I do appreciate. Other than that , I'll be a returning customer . read more

I have been here many times for a pedicure and they did a great job, today I came in for a basic manicure and it was not the same experience. My manicure was horrible. It was a basic manicure with clear polish. My nails are uneven and rough, they don't even have a shine. She only applied one coat. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this establishment. I also felt that the station was not very clean in sanitary. I found another place that does an amazing job for basic manicure for only $15 so that is definitely going to be my go to. read more

The first thing I noticed as a first time client was the pricing. There were no clear prices posted, and it felt like the cost was being decided as they went. Salons should have visible pricing so customers know what they're paying before the service begins. If the salon wasn't able to do the service I was asking for, I wish someone had simply told me. I would have completely understood and gone somewhere else. I would rather hear, "We don't offer that," than pay for something that wasn't what I wanted. Instead, I left feeling like getting my payment was more important than making sure I had a positive experience. To me, self care isn't just about getting my nails done, it's about feeling comfortable, listened to, and leaving happy with the service. Unfortunately, that wasn't how I felt when I walked out. My experience didn't improve from there. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I asked for an acrylic overlay on my natural toenails, but a fake nail was put on my big toe without asking me first. The acrylic was also much thicker than I wanted, making my toenails look bulky instead of natural. During the service, my index finger and two of my toes were cut and started bleeding. What upset me the most was the customer service. The woman doing nails on the left side of the salon was rude and made me feel uncomfortable for simply explaining what I wanted. I didn't feel welcomed or listened to. I also noticed other customers were greeted much more warmly, which made me feel even more uncomfortable. I paid $135 for my hands and feet, and for that price I expected better communication and more RESPECT.I hope the salon improves its customer service, posts clear pricing, and pays closer attention to each client's requests. read more

Came here on a whim. I wanted to get a spa pedicure with my mom. So I went on my handy dandy Yelp to look up new spots in the area. I called a few places but they didn't take walk-ins & were booked. This spot set up an appt for us within an hour from when I called? Never been to this location, it was a first for us. It's in the same shopping plaza as Tokyo Sushi. Went in & everything looked clean & luxurious. Everything looked upscale & up to date. Of course the prices are going to match the vibes. Lol. We got seated & was offered drinks. The ladies were nice & friendly. Interacted with my son & even let him dip his feet in the water. Anyone or any business that is kind/patient/interactive with my toddler child will always win brownie points!! Kind of on the expensive side. But definitely worth it. I used to be a satisfied customer at UT Nails, but unfortunately, the quality of service has gone completely downhill. I booked their most expensive manicure and pedicure package before my wedding, expecting top-tier service, but what I got was rushed, careless, and disappointing. My cuticles weren't properly cleaned, the attention to detail was nonexistent, and the whole experience felt like they just wanted to get me in and out as quickly as possible. For the price I paid, I expected professionalism and care--but instead, it felt like an afterthought. Additionally, we were contacted afterward and offered a refund in exchange for taking down my original review. I agreed and removed it--but we never received the refund. A good friend whose birthday is a couple of days before mine introduced me to UT Nails a few years ago and I have not found a better place to get a relaxing spa mani and pedi! I appreciate the comfortable massage chairs for pedicures, pleasant ambience (no fluorescent lighting or overpoweringly strong smell of nail products) and that there is plenty of spots in the parking lot even on a weekend. I have felt especially taken care of by a couple of the nail techs. Walk-ins are welcome, which is nice! I like that I can look for the perfect nail color by looking through the plethora of plastic nail swatches rather than indecisively staring at bottles of nail polish. I wanted to try a local place for my daughter. I called this place a day in advance to ask about the prices and then took my daughter in the next day. They were charging $90 for real basic job ( 55 base acrylics, 15 almond shape [10 over the phone], 10 for long, 5 for the heart. They were unapologetic with their lack of customer service and said they would give me $10 off to be $80, but still charged me $85 plus $2 CC fee pass on to the customer. If you look at the nails, they are not well shaped or smooth for an almond shape. They are lumpy. When they said $55 and UP I guess it allows them to open interpret that as they feel and charge extra for whatever they feel. The nails were not extra or that complicated to be charging $90 but since they are too hidden they have to make up for the lack of customers. . . I got my nails done there 6 or 7 times. Mani & pedicure. I always do American White powder dip on my natural nails however, this time one of the ladies decided to dip them in clear powder first. After two extra dips my nails turned out really thick & fake looking! Like im having acrylic nails on. I asked her to file them down and she did but, the color started to fade out! I asked her to redo them so we can rid of the main problem ( the clear layer of powder dip that has no benefits to me here at all but unnecessary thickness) she didn't understand what I meant, grabbed my nails filed them more and re-dipped them! Worse gel pedicure I have ever gotten and I have had too many to count. I am from the Bay Area but am visiting my daughter for parents' weekend at her college. My daughter has gone here before and wanted me to go with her. She liked her gel pedicure but her technician was different than mine. Mine did not do a good job and she only threw on a warm towel for a few seconds after she finished said she massaged my feet and legs. I was sitting next to my daughter and her technician was massaging her legs and my tech was already finished so I asked her why didn't I get that treatment and a massage? The tech lied and said she gave me a massage. The manager said she would check the cameras (as if i would not know if my legs and feet were massaged). She said it did not cover my area but would discount the pedicure the price of a massage. For her to question me, say she'd have to check the camera, and then not find anything but still no apology, and then the pedicure itself was and also so awful!
