She is super sweet and kind and got excited when I showed her the design I wanted. She works quickly but with a purpose and her work is top notch. Her fills also last 3+ weeks. Today the music was on point and the vibe was super friendly, as usual. I decided to get my brows waxed because I was running out of time and the woman who did it did a great job. The salon is nice but I personally have little patience for a place with poor time management. On average you are seen about 15-20 mins later than your appt. I once saw a lady and her friend wait about 40 mins sitting in the chair waiting to be seen- I would have left if I were her. They expanded the place but it's constantly packed like sardines. I also felt they took long to do nails and they still turned out a little wonky. I prefer techs who can work at a faster pace with good attention to detail. My last visit the gal who did my nails gave me a nasty attitude asking about my fill (which was in great shape) -asking if I had gotten them done there or somewhere else (does it matter? just sand em down, it's all acrylic!) Anyway, nice looking place (always packed to the brim) but I prefer to be seen on time or within 10 mins of my scheduled appt, not 20-40 mins after. read more

I've given this place a chance multiple times and each time they get worse. This last time was the last straw for me. They burned me badly and they ripped me off by $32. The nails don't last two weeks and the designs are never what we ask for. The colors are always a shade off. They never want to make my nails shorter when I ask and they add their own designs without consent when doing pedicures. I came in Sunday because we were in the area and we both got our brows waxed I got my lip also. My daughter also got a fill. They have the fill priced at $40 for gel and the brows for $13, both brow and lip for $20. They charged us $105 total. So, if the brows and lip were supposed to be $33 you're telling me a gel fill with no design is $72???? On top of that, they burned the top half of my eyelids because the wax was way too hot. My eyelids got super swollen, red, and puffy. Now three days later they still hurt badly and they're peeling. read more

I thought this would be my new go to spot for all things nails It was not. Let me tell you WHY as this is just my opinion yours may differ. Upon entry to Polish Nails, I told the front person why I was here and that it was my first time. (also I drove thirty minutes) This would have been a good opportunity for her to have one of her better techs to assist me to ensure a good first time experience and for repeat business. Let me say she did not. Perhaps it was my fault not to request someone that has shown their work on social media like "Meghan"? Anyway she had two different techs to work on me at the same time. Nothing new there, however both were not great. I am a person of attention to details. Some of my gripes, not addressing the underside of my nails, cutting too short, cleanup of cuticles lacking, rushing and so on. In addition because one was trying to do my nails the foot massage was seriously lacking, she didn't even get my feet just my legs. I noticed the tech doing the massage on the customer next to me and I just shook my head in despair at my tech wishing I had her instead. I tried not to complain as they obviously wasn't going to be able to satisfy me at this point. They are quick to present that "up sell" card of services and it is apparent they need to update it with things like with gel the price is additional whatever. I was stunned when I was told $47 and the card was $32! Of course I paid it but still a heads up in small print would have been nice for this so called deluxe pedicure. Now the gel manicure was WAY over price for what I received. The tech was nice but creative she was not. These nails were not $57 worth. I had to ask for designs to take it from basic looking to better and still it was BASIC looking for what I paid. Even paying additional for design and another $5 for a silver glitter line that was half done and spotty looking. Not to mention a noticeable gap from the color on every nail. I asked for French and let's just say the tip was super thin and narrow. Another negative on this manicure was the one nail that had this over priced design of a basic flower the size of a few dots, should not had the tip across the top! It should had been just a nail of the design. Just so you know, she had a picture for reference. I could go on but you get the gist. It's unfortunate but I seen better gel manicure designs from the techs at Walmart nail salon. I tried this place because of the reviews and I'm in the market for a go to place and unfortunately this didn't make the cut for me. And I don't mind driving for good quality work. My hair stylist is two hours away in LA just so you know. After spending over $100+ for this service, it was an overpriced epic fail. I do not recommend this place for first timers unless you know who to go too and you have a picture with you of what you want, even then it's a hit or miss. read more

Ive gone to this salon several times but after my last pedicure, i don't think ill return. I usually go in for an underarm waxing with Megan whose also done my nails i believe twice. Shes very sweet and down to earth. My last visit, i walked in on a Wednesday actually waiting for Buffalo Wild Wings so I just got a pedicure done. The lady doing my nails was interacting with the other ladies, she was cutting my cuticles but it started hurting, i told her and had to yank my foot back twice. I don't know if im explaining this right but i got the peel in my package, the chemical she put on one of my foots, started to burn as she was scrubbing my foot and i told her. She continued scrubbing and said yeah alot of skin is coming off i told her i need my foot back in the water. She was very rushed, rough and it just wasnt comfortable for me. My big toe the next day still hurt and i ended up having it a bit infected. I don't like complaining abt this but this was just unpleasant and disappointing.
