Pricey point is pretty good. $40 for gel mani and regular pedi, which is the average. When you come in, this place looks very chic, I enjoyed their setup. I was offered something to drink and some pumpkin bread. Which was nice. I had my nails done by April. She was very gentle and did a really great job. I literally am sitting in front of the nail place in my car after leaving I am so annoyed. My original nail appt was with Yodalys for gel mani and pedicure. To start you have to make an appt and they take a while (next day) to get back to you- no harm no foul, it happens. The day before before my appt I called and no one answered, later I received a call back and asked if it was okay to change service to full set and pedicure- the receptionist informed she would find out and call me back. I never received a call back and was calling up until the business closed. I decided to still confirm my appt via text. Today, I arrive for my appt and ask the receptionist about the service and she calls Yodalys over and explains to her and Yodalys begins to go crazy talking to the receptionist flashing in hands, rolling her eyes- she clearly was pissed to be making such a big deal over being asked if I could possible alter my service. I had no clue why she began so annoyed over a question. To extend an olive branch (although I had done nothing wrong), I asked if I could cancel the pedicure and just have the nails done. She made such a big scene like she was mad at me even after I explained myself 2 or 3 times- the whole time she isn't even looking at me but speaking directly to the receptionist, she gets made...walks away then goes into the back of the nail salon (filled with customers) and starts talking about it loudly. Sooo effing rude! I asked what was her problem and the receptionist and another lady kept apologizing. Her attitude was so disrespectful especially that I am a new customer. She then stated, "I could do her nails but I can't do a design".... ummm no ma'am! you won't do anything after making such a scene. I graciously declined and left. The receptionist walked behind me... and I looked back and noticed Yodalys had stormed out as well. The nail quality looked great on pictures but her attitude was NOT worth it... this was Just plain ole nasty. I have been going to Nails and Wine for a few years now, but they are getting 2 star from me today for mixing up an appointment that I scheduled a MONTH AGO and putting me on the day of the event I was preparing for ( WEDDING). They did absolutely nothing to try to accommodate me especially when it was their fault. Similar situation happened to my friend. They need to better train their receptionists on scheduling appointments. Nail techs are GREAT however management/ receptionist UNPROFESSIONAL. read more

I love the technician I see but if you love OPI then this place might not be for you. In the last 4 visits the OPI selection gets smaller and smaller and it's for popular colors! You might find the regular paint but then when you look for the Gel they do not have it. (Yesterday was Lisbon and the time before it was for a color similar) you can tell the owner is cutting back in product by now using the DND brand and pushing dip. Update...i guess enough people have complained that they now have updated the colors and carry all the new brands! They just need to finish construction. read more

Had my eye on this place for while as I was intrigued by the name. I was very unimpressed to say the least. The place itself needs some work as it's a bit messy and looks like it's under construction. I won't give her name but the nail tech I had the appointment with did a not so great job. She filed my nails at an angle and the polish didn't even last 4 days. I was NOT offered wine once which is what I thought the vibe of this place was given the name. The pricing isn't bad but considering it wasn't a great experience and they did such a bad job on my nails I wouldn't go back. The first time I called I was able to get an appt. I usually go to Spatacular but they were booked. I decided to try it because of the gorgeous designs they have on Instagram. Basically, I was the nail tech's last appt so she rushed through the entire thing. They use buckets, NOT spa chairs. I don't like buckets. Then they didn't even offer me wine, everyone else around me was already on their 3rd glass. When I had a tiny bubble on one nail I waited to see if it would go away... It didn't. So I asked the tech to fix it, she seemed annoyed & put THREE coats of nail polish. Why is 3?! It is too messy and so thick it chipped within a few hours. Will never go back. & the receptionist... She was complaining that she had to wait for everyone to leave so she can leave. Come on, keep it professional. read more

I needed an appointment for that specific date and although they were fully booked, the receptionist did an amazing job at making sure we stayed in communication in order to put me in, in the event of a last minute cancellation. An opening eventually opened up that day and I ended up going with Stephanie. (1) She was so easy to talk to and super sweet! Loyal Instagram follower of 3 years or more, but between the distance, Covid, pregnancy etc I had no been able to do my nails. For my birthday, my husband gifted me the time and pampering. I made my appointment and one day before noticed via text that my appointment time had been changed. Now I want to emphasize that I chose my appointment around my baby's naps so it was very important to me for the appointment to be punctual. Naturally after receiving that text I called and no one answered. I texted the number, contacted the Instagram account and left a voicemail. Nothing. I hoped it was an error. The day of my appointment came and once again I called. No a no answer. So I went at the time I had scheduled and my appointment had been changed to accommodate another customer so I was unable to do my nails. So unprofessional. What the staff did was offer me a an appointment with a different tech at a later time. This is why my review is 3 stars vs 1. I decided to give this place a try last week. My nail lady was the sweetest but this place is terrible. They don't have pedicure chairs first of all. Second of all, they didn't have anyone to do a refill on my toe nail that broke so I had to put acrylic on. I literally had to beg one of the other girls to do it. They didn't have any dip matching colors other than white for hands and feet. Oh and the worst part is the materials have some shitty quality. I got dip powered and one of my nails literally just fell off the second day. I had to go back to fix it and they said "this happens all the time" well today is like day 4 and I have 5 nails that are literally falling off my nails .. never experienced such thing. Never ever going back there. The only reason for my two starts is because my nail tech was sweet. Go somewhere else!! read more

I noticed this tucked away location when I dropped off my son across the street to get his hair cut. There were 2 women sitting at the front. 1 was just sitting there while the woman next to her was on the phone. I waited a few minutes and she then asked do you have an appointment and I said no. She proceeded to talk on the phone. She got off the phone and apologized surprisingly but still didn't have the nicest tone. I ask ok so what services do you provide here and she answered. I stood there and said ok well can I have a list to take with me? They don't have any. She said nothing. I said ok well can I look around and at least see the shop. She obliged. She then proceeds to pick up the phone and confirm appointments for the next day. Apparently black people aren't welcomed here. I'm pretty sure if I spoke Spanish my experience would've been different. Getting her to tell me about this business was very hard. Like pulling teeth. Don't bother coming here. If it weren't for my nails lasting longer than other places, I'd never come to nails and wine again. The nail techs in the back room talk bad about all of the customers in front of others which is extremely rude and disrespectful. There is also this one nail tech that NEVER wants to at least try to do designs. She says it's too hard and doesn't do it. I asked for a simple design that I ended up doing myself because she didn't want to try. She told me I needed to practice my Spanish because I didn't remember how to say a certain word in Spanish. Again, rude and disrespectful. The receptionist was also speaking badly about these two girls in Spanish & they understood what she was saying. I love how nails and wine does my gel mani & it lasts a long time but their nail techs are extremely rude and talk bad about almost everyone that walks in. Recommended by a family friend of the owner. I called early on a Saturday morning and was able to snag an afternoon appointment. Salon is located in PSN in a shopping center/business complex. Salon is creatively decorated, theme rooms are adorable and i noticed it was very clean. Its a small space but they have it set up quite nice. A large wall in the hallway is where the salon has their huge selection of nail colors. I had a nice first experience and a well done manicure for the price. I will come back soon! read more

BUT, the receptionist SUCKS, she NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE, im always calling & texting to make an appointment & they never pick up. I have been going here for about 3 months now. I loved the way my nails always came out and they lasted two weeks. I get a powder gel dip and pedicure faithfully every two weeks. I did my nails last week, Wednesday and just a week later my nail polish is lifting, my nails weren't filed properly and I am super upset with how my nails came out. Pedicure wasn't great either she left cuticles and dead skin which i later had to remove myself at home. I am a loyal customer and tip very well I expect quality work. I don't think I will be returning anymore. Will try another place out. Will give my money and tip to a place who does quality work. Do not go here. Here is a easy breakdown why 1- I have a nail salon I love however I had a gift card here so I gave it a go. There is nothing relaxing about this salon from the blasting of bachata music on the radio to the fact that all they use for a pedicure is a plastic foot bucket that a 7 year old would use while playing salon at home. 2 - nail tech cut me like 4 times on my cuticles 3 - Gift cards are only valid for 3 months.
