I been going here for almost two years, I left a dentist I was going to since I was kid due to customer service. I really did try to like this dentist I referred a friend my dad, daughter. I even got my braces here because the main guy said we he was going to give a good price. Anyways, the front desk lady is something else as soon as you come in the door she's already asking for a payment like dang can I sit down first. It's like it's her way or no way when trying to book an appointment time and the main guy heard probably saw my face expression and was able to accommodate the time I wanted. My dad was unhappy the last time he went and I don't think he's coming back, first of all we paid cash the first times we went since our dental insurance didn't cover what work we needed to be done and a few days later my dad was in teeth pain from a fill that was done incorrectly, comes to find out it was done to high smh. This last time he wasn't ready to pay and they already had him sat down with the paper work and the front desk lady was calling 20 mins before the appointment while he was driving on the way to the appointment, to try to verify his insurance. She said she was going to call him the next day and has she? Nope It seems like they are in rush to leave and go home too, last time I booked an appointment for my daughter and dad only one was seen, the time should be honored. Once I get my braces off we will not be returning to this dentist. read more

I can't thank Dr.Peykar enough for giving me my confidence back! I went in absolutely nervous, thinking I had a cavity that had been bothering me for over two years. To my surprise, it turned out to be just a stain on my tooth. He cleaned it up quickly and painlessly, and I left the office smiling bigger than I have in years. Had an amazing experience with Dr. Peykar! Went in there for the first time last year with an emergency service needed. He was able to take me in, do a great job, and then recommend me to a specialist. Specialist was a great recommendation. Came back to finish the job with Dr. Peykar, and had 0 issues since. Just came for a cleaning today, and while the procedure is intense, Dr. Peykar and his staff made it as quick, painless, and easy as possible. Making appointments is quick in easy at the front desk. Dr. Peykar cleaned my teeth better than they have ever been cleaned (over 30 years), spending an hour to do it right! The next visit, he filled two cavities and fitted a crown. I use to love coming here, but I'm not sure I'll be coming back. The lady using the sucker was constantly choking me or stabbing cheeks or gum or pinching my lips with the sucker. The dr kept telling me not to move my tongue (which I get it is annoying) but I was fighting for my life to breathe or not be in pain. I really do recommend this dentist office, starting off with all assistants and receptionist being very kind and welcoming. Dr. Peykar is wonderful, he cares about his patients makes them feel welcomed, comfortable. As someone who hasn't seen a dentist in 10+ years I was expecting to get judged about my teeth but it was nothing like that at all! Dr. Peykar encouraged me to finish getting all the work needed. we started off with tooth extraction +bone graft+stitching , it was painless and very fast, probably about 30 minutes. They also scheduled me for next week to see the healing process. Dr. Peykar is great, so kind and judgment free, he is there to help and it really does show. I'm so glad I found this dental office, I will continue to come and what is also nice is that they take Medical if you're eligible! I can't thank Dr. Omid and all his staff enough for coming to my rescue during an emergency while on vacation. I was extremely nervous to have to find a random dentist, but luckily I was referred to Dr. Omid. Despite being so last minute, he made time for me right away and treated me quickly and compassionately. He made my extremely nerve-wracking situation very calm. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood every step of the procedure. Not something you find with other dentists. If you're ever in need of a dentist, Dr. Omid is the one to see. Dr. Nattiv is absolutely amazing. One of the most thorough dentists I have ever seen. During my adult life the dentist that I have seen had made me feel like I was just another numbered client/person. Which can be ok for them, maybe they're "too busy" to bother. But Dr. Nattiv made me So comfortable and educated me on the longevity of my teeth with my preventative maintenance. I was extremely happy and satisfied when I left there. I really did appreciate the front office Leslie following up with me for my kids ortho appts coming up. Knowing the great care they gave me . I was satisfied with the dentist till she left the space and allowed the assistant to work on my mouth. It's not okay to place tools on my chest. It's also not okay to touch surfaces (cabinet handles) then go right back into my mouth. She also kept the bright light shining in my face the multiple times she stepped away. I was shocked as she began drilling on my temporary crown. But I thought as long as the doctor looks it over and approves it, it's okay. The doctor didn't do a final look, nor did she provide a farewell greeting. The doctor knew how to numb my mouth and she was very patient, had she finished what she started this would be a five star review. But, My bite is weird now. The dentist should have looked for what my numb mouth couldn't make sense of. Also The assistant was not okay with me disagreeing with the tooth shade for my crown. I don't care if the tooth is in the back, if given an option I should be allowed to match it with my front teeth. Hearing her say it's in the back, I then said why are you giving me an option then if my choice doesn't matter. After rinsing my mouth in the sink I decided to walk to the restroom to wash my face. The assistant then said "when you finish, you need to go back to the the front and leave." I thought why would I leave out the back door if I parked in the front. Then I realized she had to be questioning whether I'd leave without paying. Wow, I'm so irritated now. I remember the receptionist asking "will you pay before or after." I jokingly said I'll pay after because if I'm dead I don't think you deserve the money. I guess that hit a nerve. They taught me to let my HMO handle the bills moving forward. I could have used the $1400 to spoil myself. read more

Dr.Nattiv is the absolute best!!! I used to despise going to the dentist because of the bad experiences I've encountered. However Dr.Nattiv is so gentle and very welcoming, warming and kind!! You definitely do not feel like a number when being treated by her and her staff. My insurance switched from PPO to HMO about a year ago (accidentally) and I refused to go anywhere else, until I got it switched back over! read more

Dr. Nina Nattiv is the very best! I hate going to the dentist but with her it's like going to go catch up with a good friend. She's very attentive and detailed in her work. I actually went to her as a second opinion after going to my usual dentist and now she's become my primary dentist and I don't plan on leaving. She makes you feel very at ease and comfortable and as she's working she explains what she's doing and for what purpose all while asking if you are ok. The awesome part is that she has a tv ( in which she has Netflix) directly over the chair which helps with being more at ease during treatment. She has performed a wisdom tooth extraction on me (this was my 3rd one) and I had no after pain; wasn't on any pain meds, had very mild discomfort and almost no swelling which was amazing for me as I was able to return to work the next day, wish she had done my other two! She also treats my daughter and dr Nina Nattiv makes her feel at such ease that my daughter has been looking forward to her visits although she's getting treated, which I believe to be abnormal for an 8 year old. She no longer has a fear of going to the dentist. I have also referred my sister, who also has had a fear for dentist. since she's gone to dr Nina she feels at ease with the treatment she'll be needing.
