After my X-rays, I met Dr. Connor, who was extremely knowledgeable and understanding about my dental issue. He made the procedure completely painless and comfortable, and I really appreciated that he took photos during the process and explained everything he was doing. Never have I been to a dentist appointment where the dentist doesn't actually check your teeth. My 11 year old never even saw the dentist at our last visit. The strange "this is our policy" requirements around X-rays (more comprehensive and expensive ones) at your first visit feels predatory. They state that X-rays are required every 6 months though this has never been the case at any other dentist in my whole life and is not covered by insurance. Pearl dental is not trustworthy, just go somewhere else. read more

I came here because my regular Dentist was overbooked for the next 2 months for a complex issue that is not totally resolved yet but Pearl created a plan to try to help it that makes sense and I have had 3 fillings redone and a deep clean so far. The Dentist I was assigned to is Dr. Nick Zhang who is really top notch and A++ personality and experience. I would say he is one of the best Dentists I have ever seen so if you can ask for him. The place is immaculately clean, has all the very latest new technology and has very well trained and professional staff. You should be aware if you are paying out of pocket, they are not at all cheap compared to smaller offices. The way I look at it as a business person is this is understandable since i'm sure having all the latest tech, good locations, and plenty of staff requires significant overhead. If your priority is top notch service and a very good atmosphere with the best tech this is it. read more

I needed to get a lot of dental work done in the early part of this year (tooth extraction, cavity fills, replacements, caps, cleanings, night guard, the works) and Dr. Connor and Dr. Alex have been super helpful and took extra time to explain each process and each step to me to put me at ease. They were incredibly transparent through the whole process of what they thought was necessary, and never tried to push any unnecessary procedures. Julio was also very helpful and transparent on costs, and I thought the rates were very fair. I had bad experiences with previous dentists (hence the need for all this new dental work this year), and the difference in service at this office vs the last one has been night and day. After my initial visit and cleaning with Dr. Garrison, I received exceptional service, from scheduling an appointment with his administrative staff, to getting X-rays with a new machine with the technician, and cleaning service with the dental assistant - A++! Also, the office and enclosed patient rooms are aesthetically pleasing; it's calm, quiet and clean. I appreciate that they use new technology. You'll have to experience it for yourself. read more

BEWARE! Don't let the pearly appearance of this place fool you ... I switched to this office because their hours accommodated my schedule. Worst mistake ever!! After my initial checkup Dr. Garrison recommended several fillings. Trusting his advice I scheduled two appointments without realizing that he was inexperienced and heavy with the drill. He completely messed up the fillings and now I can't even chew fruit without feeling pain. If that wasn't enough, their office DOUBLE BILLED MY INSURANCES FOR THE SAME EXACT PROCEDURE AND WERE PAID TWICE (excess the quoted amount provided on my treatment plan). I finally found a great dentist who is going to fix the wreck Dr. Garrison caused. If you decide to take a chance with this dentist, GET A DETAILED TREATMENT PLAN AND AN ITEMIZED INVOICE BEFORE YOU GET ANY SORT OF TREATMENT HERE. Dealing with their finance team is like pulling teeth without tools ... nearly impossible. read more
