Not only are there ample amounts of beds, bulbs are always bright/maintained, always full of product, and the wait times are minimal or non-existence, but what sets it a part is the customer service. Ryan is an absolutely wonderful human! Recently taking over the operation fall of 2021, Ryan connects with customers and has excellent recommendation on products and which beds to use when! Also, Wendy is such a gem - she is so bubbly and friendly - it feels like 15 minutes spent relaxed and being greeted by your friends! There is no monthly contract you must sign. There are plenty of options with payment (monthly), or by the bed/single use. There's super great lotion options from super affordable to higher end. I drive from NW West Nashville over to Goodlettsville (25 min. journey), even though there are a ton of tanning salons closer in proximity due to the wonderful service. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Do yourself a favor - go in there and say hello to Ryan. You won't be sorry.

After a 20-minute drive to the salon, I realized I had forgotten a hair tie--something crucial for my spray tan process given my long hair. Instead of helping me find a solution, the staff looked at me like deer caught in headlights. Their response? "All our hair ties are sold out." Really? In a tanning salon, you can't have any spare hair ties or even a rubber band on hand for customers? It's incredibly disheartening to think that after being a dedicated customer, I left feeling completely disregarded because the staff couldn't assist with something so simple. If I owned this salon, I would be mortified that a loyal customer walked out merely due to a lack of basic customer service. I told them we didn't have a preference on who we saw, we just wanted to go in together. We were able to get in within a couple hours. Parking is right out front in the lot, so it's super easy. I asked for babylights through the transition part of my hair, a silver gloss, and a layered haircut. After 4 hours and this putrid color, the stylist hadn't even gotten to the cut yet. I left without the cut or blow-dry/style. Anyone who has ever gone through the process of trying to grow color out of hair knows this isn't just about getting a one time bad color. Even if I was refunded my money, I'd still need the fix for the immediate hair plus 2 years of ongoing maintenance color. This is literally a cost to me of over $1k plus the hours and hours I will have to commit to it again. My hair feels like straw, when it was very healthy going in. Plus, there's just the fact that I'm old. 2 years is significant. I am furious. More so at the management than the stylist. This was her first day...part of the reason for 4 hours. She had to continually leave me to go consult with others. Somebody that new, that timid, and with that many questions needed someone with her, assisting. I deserved that. She deserved that. Appointment suggested. They have the nail tables in the middle of the salon. They have a cute waiting room area. Their prices are very good. I only had a pedicure today and it was very good. I decided to go for the "Indulgent" $47 it come with all the cut and nail cuticles clean up and the callus treatment but it also includes a sugar scrub and a mud mask. I like they show what products they are using and not a random scrub/lotion coming on a plate. Not sure if the prices right now are including the 30% off discount they are claiming they are giving or that's the normal price. But that's what I paid today. The chairs are new and working well. Lisa did a great job, the massage was good. I have to come back to get my nails done as I am currently looking for a place to call home Come check them out!
