All of their nail techs are very talented, kind, and thorough. I've had the pleasure of working with Amy and Titi. Amy is a dip powder pro. In addition to knowing how to apply dip powder so well, she's my favorite when it comes to nail prep and cleaning. I always appreciate the time she takes to properly clean and prep my nails before the dipping part begins. Titi is an artist. She's become my newer favorite tech when I want to get creative and add fun nail designs to my manicures. She specializes in recreating the most beautiful designs--Pinterest is no match for her. I truly appreciate the time and dedication Titi puts into her nail art, always making sure I'm happy with the final result. I also love the pedicures here, primarily due to how extremely relaxing they are. There are plenty of options and enhancements to turn your pedicure into a complete spa experience for your feet, but I really appreciate never feeling pushed to choose a specific upgrade--just whatever feels right that day. Whether it's gel or dip powder, my manicures typically last ~4 weeks, and my pedicures almost always last 5-6 weeks before looking like they need a touch-up. Excellent value. I decided to give builder gel a try. So I go and get them done , within two days the first nail had popped off like a sticker and then the following two days I had two more nails come off. I went back and asked for a reimbursement. Since I knew more were going to come off and they were not done correctly, meaning that I'd need to either damage my nails further with either a full set or gel. Either option they have to buff my nails again. The lady came around the glass asap, she was so quiet and she'd done this ~Duh, on purpose. Then she grabbed my hands so she could see without asking and holding g hard enough I had to yank my hands away, reporting that I just want a reimbursement. She said she would help me and asked me to sign in. So I signed in at the Little kiosk thinking my profile was needed to get a reimbursement. Nope. She was trying to get me to sit down so she could redo the nails that were missing. I told her I did not want to do that and wanted a refund. She stood up and went closer to me whispering again that she would fix it for me. I said great. She walked to the chair gesturing me to sit. Dude no. Come on. I asked her, that since she said she would fix it if she knew how to reimburse me. Whispering she said no and pointed towards a loose-leaf taped paper near the register that said they were not obligated to provide any services or returns per establishment discretion. She even takes these cute pics for me when a set goes extra well :) The salon is always clean, welcoming and decked out in decor for whatever season we're in.
