DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR "HAPPY HOUR", DO NOT TRY TO SAVE MONEY HERE! I decided to give this salon a try because of their Happy Hour special ($25 gel manicure and $20 pedicure), but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue for me was sanitation. As someone who takes cleanliness seriously, especially when trying a new salon, I brought a brand-new cuticle trimmer and my own personal nail kit that was still sealed in its original packaging. I only asked the technician to use it after I observed him preparing to use tools that appeared to have just been used on the customer immediately before me. The service itself felt extremely rushed. I had gone in with my mom and we were both going to get the same thing, yet while she was still receiving her pedicure, the technician had already completed BOTH my pedicure and manicure. I had not had my nails done in 3-4 months, so there was plenty of cuticle and nail maintenance that needed attention. Instead, he barely touched my cuticles, did not properly shape or file my nails straight, and made no effort to trim or clean them up. The polish application was sloppy, uneven, and looked rushed. To make matters worse, he accidentally messed up my thumbnail while applying the top coat. Rather than properly fixing it, he simply painted over the damaged area and sent me on my way. When I politely expressed my concerns, another employee dismissed them and claimed my cuticle trimmer was "old," even though the technician had opened it from its sealed packaging himself. When I explained that my concern was sanitation and that I had seen tools being reused between customers, my concerns were brushed aside. The technician's attempt to "fix" the manicure only made it look worse. As if that wasn't enough, I nearly slipped on a puddle of water on the floor while leaving. Only after I almost fell did staff warn me to be careful. A wet floor in a customer area is a serious safety hazard and should not have been left unattended. I own a business myself and understand that mistakes happen. I remained polite throughout the entire visit and simply expected basic cleanliness, quality workmanship, and professional customer service. Instead, I felt rushed, dismissed, and disappointed. If sanitation, customer service, and quality matter to you, I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

I'm honestly so disappointed with my experience here. I came in really looking forward to getting a gel builder manicure, but the service I received felt rushed and careless from the start. The technician barely paid attention to what he was doing, and when he said my nails were "finished," I immediately noticed that the sides of several nails weren't even covered with polish. It was disheartening to point it out and have him simply buff the surface and add one quick coat instead of actually fixing the issue. What upset me even more was that just three days later, the gel on my right thumb peeled off completely in one piece. After spending money and trusting a professional, this was extremely frustrating and honestly made me feel like my time and expectations didn't matter. I left feeling let down, and unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I came in as a walk in when the shop had techs without customers and yet when the lady started on my dip she was very rushed and like another review said, minimal prep... dip in less than 30 mins. Okay efficiency but the quality didn't follow. Didn't even realize she was done, until she got up and left. I looked at my nails and told her it doesn't look right on the edges (lack of filing and uneven dip technique), she then came over and filed one nail of many and said it'll wash off. Waited a few days, It didn't... I liked my gel pedi, short service compared to other salons but his work was great. Maybe you'll have a better experience but I will not be back.

I've come here twice now for their amazing gelx prices. Compared to other places, the quality and swiftness of the service exceeds everywhere else. I've only gotten simple designs so far, and from my experience, it only takes max 40 minutes for them to be done. The only downside is that there's no extensive cuticle prep, but I personally don't mind considering how quick and efficient they are. My sets have lasted for up to 4 weeks, with little to no lifting! The nails are quite strong and sturdy as well. Definitely check them out if you can, because it's worth it. Make sure to have an appointment so they can prioritize you because they get quite a lot of walk-ins.

I decided to try this nail salon because it had great reviews and nice photos online, but my experience was very different. The location is next to a smoke shop, and when I first walked in, there was an unpleasant smell...almost like urine or an old nursing home. The atmosphere didn't feel clean or welcoming. My nail tech rushed through the service instead of taking the time to do it right. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. On a good note: They did have the most comfortable chairs I've experienced in a nail salon.

I was looking for a decent priced nail salon before going on vacation. I found this place as a sponsored ad on Yelp and also went to their instagram page. I saw they offer a happy hour - $45 gel x set with one color and a $30 gel pedicure! Such a steal with how priced all other salons are. It was $10 extra for the ombré on the hands and $5 extra for the french tip on the toes. I was way more willing to pay the extra and tip more with the cost being where it was. The girl who did my pedicure was so precise and did one of the best jobs I've had in 10 years. The guy who did my nails did well, a little rough at times. My nails have stayed well and no issues with the paint or integrity of the Gel X. I liked the vibe of the place - mellow and used their TV for music instead of cable with subtitles on.

This is my go-to nail salon! The prices are very reasonable, which is why I don't mind making the drive out here. Yen is my go-to nail tech and she's amazing and always gets my nails done within 30 minutes. I've never had any issues with her work. I've paid over $120 at other salons for Gel-X with designs, but here I usually spend around $50-$60. I switch it up depending on my mood: tip and dip, Gel-X with designs, cat eye, or gel and the pricing is always fair for the quality. Definitely try to go on a weekday during their happy hour specials for even better deals! Also, don't skip the pedicure especially the deluxe pedicure. It's such a nice treat. You get a 10-minute leg massage, hot wax treatment on your feet, and everything is cleaned off with a hot towel. Super relaxing and worth it. Great service, great prices, and consistent quality. Highly recommend!

1. The salon was not clean.. I saw cob webs on the wall, dirty countertops, dirty floors, stained chairs. During down time with no other clients no one was cleaning or sanitizing, just sitting and talking and eating. 2. The service was so fast, I asked for a new set of gel-x nails and the tech was so fast with it, didn't properly shape the nails, I had asked for a design but just 5 minutes in I knew I had to get out of there. I had him do a base coat and leave it there. 3. $55 and a $2 service fee for card. I know I should have said something but being 8 months pregnant and tired and shy I said thank you, paid and left. This was not the place for me, I had to drive 30 minutes away to another salon to fix my nails. When I got there, the nail tech said "oh no, nails are bumpy and uneven" I didn't even notice bc of how badly I just wanted them off and to leave this place. Used a drill to take of gel and sliced my skin a couple times above the nail on one finger and ignored it. After asking her to at least smooth out her abrasions she left me, she denied doing it in broken English and said I needed to pay for a manicure to fix it. Not the best experience. read more

Not sure if we went on a bad day but I had the worst experience here than at any other nail salon I have been to. I called in advance and scheduled for two gel manicures with nail art. I made sure to emphasize that I wanted nail art before coming in and they assured they can do it without asking for any picture beforehand so I was skeptical. When I arrived, the nail lady that was assigned to me who was the older lady did not speak to me at all regarding the design that I wanted. I had to speak to the guy worker who was a lot nicer and is the reason why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. I knew it was a red flag when she started and was rushing through the manicure. She didn't even look to make sure that all of my natural nails were evenly cut. When she started the top coat, she did it super fast and it was obvious that she was rushing me out of the chair. Even after the appointment, she left my nails and cuticles a mess. When it got to the design, she didn't bother trying to execute my design I chose, which in my opinion seemed very simple as they were star designs. Instead of doing actual nail art, they slapped stickers on the nail and painted over it. She was struggling to pull the stickers out and damaged one of the star stickers and still slapped it on and left it there. When the other worker told her that she messed it up in Vietnamese, she replied that as long as there are five corners it's fine. I almost let it slide until I looked at it and it was so obviously messed up. Also, they didn't have the color I wanted so I had to opt for something else and the lady still had the audacity to talk trash in Vietnamese saying I should have chosen a different color. FYI, I speak and understand Vietnamese fluently (which they probably were not aware) and the older lady was consistently making snarky rude comments throughout my time there. Towards the end, the guy worker had to step in and fix her sloppy work. She was complaining that my nails were too small yet he was able to try his best to execute the design I wanted and took his time to fix it, which I appreciated. Overall, I tend to give people grace but this lady's behavior was completely unacceptable in any professional setting and she was so unpleasant and aggressive. I also understand nail art can be difficult but I was falsely assured that it was doable. Unfortunately due to how bad my experience was with the older lady, in addition to the poor quality of the gel, we will not be returning and I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

(I just found out I have Covid). I attempted to reschedule through Vagaro, but because my appointment was less than six hours away, the system would not allow me to do so. I called the salon and was informed by a staff member that I would be charged a $10 cancellation fee despite being sick and wanting to reschedule rather than cancel outright. Since my service was only an underarm wax, the fee amounted to approximately 40% of the total service cost. I asked whether an exception could be made given the circumstances, but was told it was the "manager's policy." The response felt very scripted and lacked any empathy for the situation. I ultimately agreed to pay the fee, but asked that the manager be informed they had lost a customer over $10. Unfortunately, the experience became even more disappointing. The manager, Sarah, called me after I had already explained that I was sick and wanted to discuss the situation. I was really not feeling well and did not appreciate receiving a call to discuss this further. I told the manager that, because I wasn't feeling well, the only discussion I was interested in having was whether the cancellation fee would be refunded. Instead of addressing my concern, Sarah ended the call abruptly by HANGING UP ON ME. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but customer service and compassion matter. A little flexibility for a client who woke up sick and was trying to reschedule, not avoid paying, would have gone a long way. Instead, I was charged a fee that represented a significant portion of the service cost and was treated in a way that ensured I won't be returning. If you book here, just be aware that if you wake up sick on the day of your appointment, you should expect the cancellation fee to be enforced regardless of the circumstances.

THEN I drove to the Santa Ana location. Thank goodness she said 1245pm because I got there at 1230 driving around looking for parking. I had never been in that area before. ***The door is unlocked and I go in and I am greeted by Lesly. She told me where to go and to prep myself. Now, I will say the room I was in had a weird smell. Not a nasty smell but like an old building smell. Lesly gets to sugaring me and honestly the pain level was 2-3/10. Also, Lesly is so cool. Professional and flexible. It really felt like a friend was servicing me. We talked about the world cup, Love Island, and others things I can't remember because I took too long to write this review! I was out of there within 15 minutes. She also recommended me a coffee shop as I asked her what was good in that area. This location is really out of the way but honestly I would probably come here again just because of the service!

I hope management addresses these concerns to ensure future customers have a better experience.

She uses a European extraction technique that is not very common because it can be difficult to do, however I only trust Satik. She's been doing this for so long and knows what she is doing. What's worked for me and my boyfriend with our acne is not only the facials but also the products we use on our skin. Diet helped me initially with calming my acne but everyone is different. My boyfriend has never changed his diet he just has been coming here for treatments and it's reversed the texture he's had on his cheeks and helped minimize fine lines.

I initially started going to this nail salon because of a young lady who I believe might be the business owner. She is incredibly talented, professional, and a true artist when it comes to nail design. She did my nails twice, delivering exceptional results with stunning designs and a flawless finish. She works quickly without compromising quality, and her skills are easily 5-star worthy. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the rest of the staff. While the young lady is often booked and busy, the other technicians who have worked on my nails have consistently delivered subpar results. On two occasions, my nails were so poorly done that they had to clean up and redo them entirely. It became frustrating and disappointing, to the point where I eventually stopped going after losing my nails to their unprofessional work. The salon itself isn't particularly clean or modern. It's evident that they don't clean thoroughly after each customer. You have to remind them to open new packages in front of you, and worse, they reuse the same drills on everyone, which is concerning and unsanitary. While I kept returning because of the exceptional work of the young lady, my last visit was the final straw. She was busy, and although she saw how uneven and poorly done my nails were, she didn't step in to fix them as she had done before. Whether she didn't have the time or simply didn't care that day, it left me feeling let down. If you decide to visit this salon, make sure to book an appointment specifically with her. She is the only reason I ever went there, and her work is truly outstanding, but beware of the rest of the staff and the salon's hygiene practices. read more

However, the absence of warm pleasantries and a rushed atmosphere from the start left me disappointed. Despite the positive reputation, the unfriendly greeting and disinterested demeanor of the workers overshadowed my visit. The swift completion of my service, followed by Yen immediately shifting to eating, raised concerns about the rushed nature, especially with no other clients present. External distractions and drama in the parking lot seemed to divert the staff's attention, but as a customer, I find this doesn't excuse the apparent lack of service. Additionally, when requesting a cat-eye pink color, I was only shown a single reddish option, being told no pinks were available. For those seeking a cat-eye look, this salon falls short. I was looking for a new nail salon and had called to see if they were busy and the lady said no, so I went in. She was nice, the place is pretty, but I ended up realizing she squeezed me in before her 4pm appointment arrived. (Because she later arrived and she waited like an extra 15mins herself) She did a very cheap set in under 20 mins. The acrylic base was SO thin! She also painted them quick and in natural light you were able to see how uneven the color was applied. Unfortunately, I didn't walk out happy and I will not be returning. Also, I'm not sure if it's the man who works here doing all the pretty nails in most of the the pictures, but the younger lady was the one who did mine. Finally, a place where a Polish girl can go and get her game on! To say this was the experience of a lifetime would be an achievement of epic proportions, not to be taken lightly. I have never felt so welcomed in all my life. Friendly staff and an unlocked front door were some of the highlights of the day. It was such a waste of money, the discount isn't even worth it I'd rather go to herbal nails down the street where you pay the same price but your nails last a month.
