My friend and I got in fairly quick, we both got a gel acrylic and a pedicure. However the two younger ones Yen & a man were running around. The young man started it but Yen was the only one doing the heavy lifting for the finish. She was very sweet but very rushed. As well, the man was nowhere social and as my friend showed him a reference picture, he acted totally clueless. And for the finishing touch, there was 10-15 minutes period where we didn't have a person working on us. This was my second time coming to this location, the first time I was very happy with the service and quality. This time I was less satisfied unfortunately. I had acrylics and wanted them removed and then got a gel mani, at first he tried to just simply pry the acrylics off and if you've had acrylics you know that HURTS, additionally it takes chunks of your natural nail off with it, so he took 2 nails off that way, which left divot in my nail bed. After that I asked him to use the nail drill to take them off instead, he was not happy I asked that. After that he intermittently threw backhanded comments at me about how long it was taking to soak my nails and file them down, how thin they were due to the acrylics, etc. We got them off then moved onto shaping, he ran a file over the edge of each finger maybe 4 times in total before moving on, so they weren't even. When polishing he was rushing so they're bumpy and my cuticles are flooded too. If you come here ask for one of the girls as I think the guy's quality of work is lower and he obviously does not care about the customer's comfort or the health of their nails. The first time I came in I was super satisfied so I'm a bit disappointed now with the drastic quality decrease. read more

This place is not it, my friend and I had an appointment for 1:30 and didn't get serviced until 2. 30 minute wait no problem, they had other clients there before us. However, the service we got after was horrible. I asked for a Gel X manicure and when I showed my design I was asked to change it 3 times to something very basic and easy...Then, I wasn't even given the proper nail prep care, I did not get my cuticles pushed back or cut, or even filled or cut down! Then, my polish was applied unevenly on MULTIPLE fingers. I honestly just gave up because I knew the price I was paying would be discounted from their Yelp promo anyways. My finished nails were sloppy, crooked, and overall I'm super unsatisfied. To top it all off they tried to charge me full price until I showed them their OWN yelp promo.... Don't go to this place unless you want to rip your next set off. read more

Yen was so helpful and got my chrome nails ready for my tulum vacay. I even had a last minute change on my pedicure and she kindly made the change for me. This place was not what I expected. Me and my friend saw the wonderful reviews so we decided to try it. It was a total joke. We had an appointment at 5:30 for 2 new sets on our hands and gel pedicure. We didn't get out of there until 8pm. I was not happy that they told us they could do the design we wanted and in the middle of doing my friends nails they told her they couldn't do it. If they couldn't do it why didn't they say so in the beginning. She wouldn't have picked that design or color.My friends nails were also rushed by the owner because she was backed up with people waiting from telling them oh just 30 mins. She even cut her cuticle and blamed it on my friend. I love the colors on my nails but the shaping is all over the place. They are think I'm random places and bumpyI got almond shaped and was not impressed for $50+ dollars on toes and another $50+ on nails. My nails should have looked way better then they did especially if they have years of experience. My pedicure was amazing though. She did a wonderful job!!! Such an amazing little spot ! This review is two weeks after I got my nails and toes done , I wanted to make sure that I was giving an honest review ! My nails still look great , No lifting, no chipping! Not even on my toes and I got Regular polish on my toes ! The gentleman was very patient and gentle with my ingrowns ( I get them regularly because of the shape of my nail ) super clean and sanitized ! Overall great experience, I had to refrain from falling asleep because of how relaxed I was ! I recommend the stress reliever pedicure! Also one last thing , I appreciate their honesty! Sometimes my anxiety can keep me from making decisions and then I regret them later ! I genuinely did not know what color to go with for my toes as I get over the color very quickly and then it throws me off ! This was an extremely disappointing experience. I had made an appointment for noon but called earlier in the day to see if I could come in at a later time. The manager asked me to arrive at 2 pm, but while I was en route, the he texted me asking to come in at 2:30pm instead. Unfortunately, when I arrived at 1:45pm, I was told that there was no appointment and that I would have to wait for an additional hour. Feeling frustrated and tired of waiting, I decided to leave and find another nail salon. Although I found a replacement, my manicure did not turn out as well as I had hoped, and I ended up spending my entire trip in Europe with unsatisfactory nails. I am always hesitant to doing designs because they never then out the way I want them to but they helped me pick out the color and the marble came out beautiful.
