    Dip nails with tips.

I have never had dip nails before, I haven't had my nails done in probably at least seven years. I was super nervous, but Jody did an amazing job. I am very pleased with my results.

I've been going to the salon for a year now. Tee Has been taking excellent care of my nails. She's normally booked, but if you can get in it's worth the wait ,before you leave make another appointment. If I had to go to another salon to get my nails done I would rather not get them done. I say that to say ,I've tried that before my nails were damaged and she worked really hard to repair them. Thanks Tee Vee

I want to start by saying any time I have had Tee, she has done an amazing job and has always been kind. If I could guarantee it was her every time (hasn't always been the case even with an appointment), I wouldn't ever look elsewhere. In December I went in for a fill and had a new tech at chair 7 or 8. I showed a photo of what I wanted, she consulted Andrew who said If she couldn't do it, he would. It took probably an hour and a half for the fill and my nails hurt. I mentioned this to her. They were literally bleeding. Once she finally was ready to add polish she told me they had decided (despite not speaking to anyone) they couldn't do what I asked for and I could come a different day. I just said scratch what I asked for and do a solid color with chrome. They were clumpy and misshapen and I was charged $60. I decided to give it another try, and had Tee twice so felt like that was a fluke. Then my sister and I went back right before Valentine's Day. Walked in and was greeted by Pam, who has always seriously lacked in the customer service dept imo. She always seems inconvenienced. I showed inspo of a double French tip and Andrew said he could do it. He finished and then said, he didn't like the way they turned out which I appreciated the honesty. I made it clear I was fine with a standard French tip but he wanted to try again. They turned out ok. Definitely not symmetrical with the red but after nearly 3 hours in the salon I was satisfied enough to leave. Meanwhile my sister only got pink French tips. The guy she had clearly struggled the whole time. Her nails were not even close to symmetrical. I was charged $70 for the picture below and she was charged $60. As soon as we left we realized he did not put a top coat on one of her nails and had To return. I am now 7 days out and four of my nails have fallen off. My sister had to go to another salon to fix one of hers as well. It's unfortunate the bad of this salon now outweighs the good. If you're going to charge that much for a less than mediocre job plus poor customer service, I don't think I'll be the first or last to leave.

I usually never leave a Yelp review unless I had the worst experience at a place. I definitely rely heavily on reviews when looking for places especially nail salons. This place was AMAZING! They were super friendly and the lady that did my nails (I don't know her name) took her time and made sure that I was happy. I got the dip on my natural nails and she asked me something that no one else ever has "do you like the thickness of the nails?" I've gone to salons where you walk out of there with mini balloons on your fingers, but not here!

I usually go to Tony who usually does my nails and does a good job to get my nails done but today I went to Tom, he was really nice and he actually talked to me. I got a no chip polish no acrylic or gel nails at all, so you can't mess up just polishing my real nails right? But he did and I'm so inattentive I didn't noticed how bad it was until I was in the car on the way home. They look nice but he didn't polish it all the way. Oh I got them done an hour ago

If i could put no stars I would. This was the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever received. I got gel on hands and feet and both were completely different colors. Paint job was terrible. There was also a huge chunk of my nail taken off on one of my toes. Staff was nice but service was AWFUL. Do not recommend.

Too rushed doesn't pay attention to the customer in front of them. Not taking the time to do a good job.

She gave me a quick tour of the spa and got me set up with a locker, robe, and sandals. The space was beautifully stocked with amenities--everything from shampoo and conditioner to bobby pins and hair ties, all in the shower and bathroom area. She explained how the spa experience works and what services they offer, which made me feel very welcomed and at ease. The waiting room was dimly lit and filled with cozy seating. There was calming music playing throughout the space, along with citrus water, cinnamon tea, and snack mixes to enjoy while waiting between services. It was already relaxing before anything even started! I booked the Woodhouse Signature Deep Tissue Transformation with Randy and the Woodhouse Signature Holistic Body Detox with Mary, and both were absolutely phenomenal. Randy was amazing--he asked what I wanted to focus on, and I mentioned my neck and shoulders. He worked with such intention and care that I nearly fell asleep (and yes, I definitely drooled a little--LOL!). He checked in on the pressure throughout and made sure I was comfortable and actually getting relief. You could tell he was focused and really present the whole time. Mary was equally wonderful. She was incredibly gentle and made sure I felt safe and secure at every step. She explained each part of the detox before doing it and was so respectful with every bit of consent. The detox treatment had five dreamy steps: dry brushing, exfoliation, a body mask, a luxurious soak in a clawfoot tub with complimentary arnica bath salts, and a body milk to finish. She even sent me home with the dry brush she used and gave me snacks and tea while I relaxed in the bath. I was truly in heaven. My skin and body feel amazing, and my heart feels so full. I can't recommend this place enough!

June 20, 2026 Savia Spa representations: "Savia Fishers…read moreprovides an unforgettable spa experience, with luxury in every detail . . . schedule your relaxation . . . [we] ensure each and every guest leaves our spa oasis feeling relaxed, recentered and renewed" NOT SO!! OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH SAVIA (a spa located at 8594 E. 116th Street, Fishers, IN) believed to be associated with Woodhouse Spa Earlier this month, my wife (Charlotte) purchased a full body (couples') massage from Savia Spa as a first year's wedding anniversary present for me. The Spa scheduled our joint massage for 2PM. June 10th, 2026. Our therapists' names were Katie and Kennedy. Kennedy was to do my massage and Katie was to do Charlotte's massage. Within minutes after our massages began, Katie began coughing. Katie's coughing continued for the next 23 minutes. I know this because I found it to be quite disturbing and therefore noted when her coughing began and when it ended. Her cough was very deep and I could hear what seemed to be the sound of phlegm in her cough. When our massages were through and I was leaving, I told the receptionist that I wanted to speak to a manager. I was told that there was no manager present. I then asked her to have the manager call me. When the manager called me back, I told her what had transpired during our massage and she told me that she had not noticed any signs of a cold or coughing from Katie. She told me she would check into this matter and call me back. When the manager called me back the next day, she informed me that she'd spoken with Katie and Katie told her that she had been sick but was no longer sick and had been given a note from her doctor saying she was able to go back to work. She said she was sorry this had happened. I told her that I should not have had to pay for this massage and was highly dissatisfied with her casual attitude that this had happened, but acknowledged nothing about how Katie's persistent coughing had interfered with the tranquility we should have received from of our massage but didn't. She then finished our conversation by saying she would "speak with someone higher up" and call me back by the end of the day. I never received any call back from anyone regarding this matter. From my point of view (and I speak for my wife, myself as well as [I believe] many others who give themselves the benefits expected from a good massage), a massage should not only work to relieve the body's muscles aches, pains and other medical issues, but also equally important, relieve the stressors of the day and help make one's mind calm and at peace. This certainly was not the outcome of our massage. Imagine yourself Charlotte settled in, awaiting your masseuse. The masseuse comes in, introduces herself; then asks a series of questions relating to your upcoming massage. After her questions have been answered, she then applies lotion all over your (Charlotte's) unclothed body, then begins the massage, rubbing lotion into your skin. No later than five (5) minutes from the time that she begins, she (Katie) starts coughing every 10 - 15 seconds. You begin to wonder about the level of sanitation of this masseuse' hands given this persistent coughing. The coughing shatters the peace and quiet of the room, making any peaceful rest as the time progresses difficult, if not impossible. More to the point (and even more alarming) a fear creeps into your mind that the lotion she is rubbing into the pores of your body may subject you to "catching" whatever she has. You are not only unsettled by the persistent coughing, but you then begin hearing phlegm in her cough. I, Charlotte's husband, being in the same room, was not only greatly unsettled by the persistent coughing, but also the possibility that Charlotte and/or I could catch whatever malady Katie was suffering from. Well, coming full circle, contrary to the last statement made by whomever called me twice (after we'd left the salon), no one has called us to discuss this matter further. The representations of what the person who called me after we'd left the salon were: 1. Katie had NOT been sick at the time Charlotte & I underwent our massages; 2. Katie had been to see the doctor recently with respect to her coughing issue and had not only told her she didn't have any health issue(s), but ON TOP OF THAT, the doctor had given Katie a note to take into work, stating that she (Katie) was NOT sick; was able to attend to her duties relating to lotioning & then massaging patrons, and 3. In support of the foregoing representations made by him to Katie, the doctor purportedly provided Katie with a written note memorializing his (the foregoing) representations. I, for one, would like to see that note. In closing, I'm not inclined to believe the veracity of what has been told to me by the manager (assuming she is a manager) of the salon located at 8594 E. 116th Street, Fishers. I'm pretty upset not only by the incident itself, but even more

The owners/staff are awesome people and work VERY hard to provide the best for their customers. Thank you Tiki Tan for being top notch!

A few years ago, I decided to revisit Tiki Tan Fishers after a long break after the new ownership…read more I believe in second chances! When I returned, the daughter "owner" confronted me as to why I was returning after my 2017 Google review (see attached for my original review.) Although I felt like this was an unwelcoming return, I explained to her that I was hoping that the kinks of the new ownership has been worked out and I was willing to give them another try. Her attititude didn't change...still unfriendly, unprofessional and unwelcoming. Being in a customer service role, a more appropriate reply would have been, "Welcome back, we hope to serve you better." Clearly, I was expecting too much. Several visits later, I was approached by the mother of this girl (I assume the owner of the salon) asking the same question. I explained the initial incident with her daughter from the years prior. She responded very apologetically for her daughter's behavior and explained that she was "young and immature with a mouth on her back then, but since then she became a mother and has matured." I responded that being a mother of a mouthy daughter myself, I can totally relate and we laughed it off. In my opinion, this was resolved and I accepted her apology on behalf of her daughter's behavior. This week, I went into the salon to purchase a month tanning package. As I was leaving the salon, I was approached by an old man sitting on a chair by the exit door (later to learn that he was the husband/father of the family that work at the salon). He asked me "Can I ask you something?" I responded cheerfully "sure". (Thinking that he was just a jolly old man going to ask me something about the area, tell me a joke, etc.) To my surprise, he said, "If you gave us a bad review, why are you coming here?" I was caught off guard, because I have never seen this man before today and thought that this issue was resolved. I explained to him that my previous review was written 5-6 years ago after a bad experience upon their new ownership, but that it was resolved. He began insisting that I take it down. Within minutes, all three (Mother, Daughter and Dad) were verbally attacking me in the lobby for giving the salon a "bad review" on socal media. I asked the purpose of this conversation, and the mom said "because the review still exist but I can't ask you to remove it." I explained that my review was an honest review, but if she was wanting me to remove it, then she could have simply asked me to do so or ask me to respond with an updated review with my current satisfaction. She stated that as a business owner that she isn't allowed to ask me to remove it, yet the husband was insisting that it be taken down or get a refund and go elsewhere. In my opinion, the effective way of asking me for a positive post would be "If you are happy with our services today, we would love to hear an update on Google." I refuse to be bullied to take down an honest review, especially after seeing nothing has changed with their customer service! I still remain honest and today's review is warranted. The customer service is extremely unfriendly and pricing is high! Ultimately, I took the offer from the old man to refund me my purchase today. My hard earned money will get spent elsewhere! I would drive to Florida to get a tan before I step a foot into this salon again. I highly recommend any other local salon to experience friendly and professional service. Specials are offered at other local salons..so, pricing is more reasonable too. To be honest, the ONLY reason I gave Tiki Tan Fishers another chance was because of convenience to the east side of Fishers. Let's face it, driving an extra 5 minutes for a relaxing tan is worth it! Enter Tiki Tan Fishers at your own risk...this family is brutal, yet cowardly to verbally attack one woman in their lobby. Intimidation didn't work on me...I will take my business elsewhere and conitnue to provide honest feedback to our community. Reading the other 1 Star Reviews on both Yelp and Google supports my opinion on this establishment.
