The WORST place ever. The owner is a witch. She rushed through my pedicure and manicure, barely filed or did anything for me. She then charged me for the gentleman's pedicure and was absolutely nasty when I argued that it was an express pedicure that I had received. She is self righteous and has no respect for her clients. I was in and out in under a half hour getting both my nails and toes done. She then was impossibly rude and criticized my tip amount asking me for my name. She is a horrible person and it is appalling that she is a business owner. I will never go there again. read more

Felt hurried... poor quality work, no hand massage... all polish was old , thick which made polish come off quickly. I have been 2 times , first time I felt hurried but gave them another chance , same thing this time. Nail salons are everywhere... go somewhere else , you will be happier . This is by far the cleanest salon I have been to! They have multiple types of pedicures to chose from. I got one of the cheaper ones, "honey", for $45 and it was worth every penny! They seriously get every inch of dead skin off your feet (kinda gross to see, but felt so smooth after!) they also follow up with a shoulder massage as your toes are drying! read more

The owner/manager of this place is simply a beast. I've given her a few extra opportunities to redeem herself because I like the extraordinary cleanliness of the facility and her staff, but she has no respect for her clientele. I've seen her yell in front of my daughter and other children and then turn around moments later and pretend to be kind as can be to other clients. It's all over money, scheduling and add-on fees. She's a nightmare. Plus, I think they "water" down their polish because it doesn't last like other places. Today, I had a clear appointment for my daughter and I. They were overbooked and started us 25 minutes late. Furthermore, she said I booked an "express" for myself when I didn't. I honestly wouldn't even know to use the terminology "express." I ordered a mini mani/pedi for my daughter and a regular pedicure for myself. She argued with me that I had to do an express because she had other clients scheduled that same day to get to and couldn't do a regular pedicure for me. So I did the "express." She turned around and massaged her existing client and offered her a free manicure for being such a good customer right there in front of us. Um; hello- I've been there at least a dozen times solo or with my daughter and she doesn't treat us with any respect. The woman who was doing my pedi apologized on her behalf and said one their nail techs called in sick. My daughter was horrified as was I. Don't go there. She's cruel and the bad energy isn't worth your relaxation time even if they offer a clean space and paraffin wax dips. Plenty of competition in the area. Go to LV in Andover for best in class or Sisters in N Reading for a more affordable experience. read more

This nail salon was better when it first opened. I am not a systematic regular, but don't book a late appointment, they rush and cut corners on the quality of the manicure/pedicure. Also I don't see a huge differebce between a regular pedicure and an express other than the hot rocks and very brief leg exfoliation (?) Scrub. Not worth the extra ten dollars. I do like the plastic liners in the foot baths and the technicians are all very nice and profrssional. But a little disappointed in the slip in quality I seem to get since first going. read more

I wish I could give this place no stars.. We've been in before.. I called yesterday, made 2 pedicure appointments for today. Gave my lady my name and number which she repeated back to me with the time. We showed up today and the lady at the desk, older short dark hair informed us that we didn't have an appointment in the book. I said I called and spoke with someone yesterday, confirmed the number I dialed and time and she said no you're not in the book. Never offered another time or even a simple apology. It was like they were too good. They just lost 2 customers.. We left and called sister's down the St, they took us and did a great job. This is my favorite nail place around. I especially LOVE the fact that there are NO televisions airing awful shows while I'm trying to relax. The shop is clean, and the staff is kind and polite. If I could give this place negative stars I would. This is the third time I have gone here and every time it gets worse. I went for a pedicure with my daughter today. We were immediately settled into two pedicure chairs but after that it was all downhill. A young woman started my pedicure, and shortly after another woman took over. My pedicure was interrupted several times by the technician who was also running the appointment desk/ cashing people out. Several parts of the pedicure were eliminated as the technician was distracted and indifferent. It took over 1 1/2 hours although it was the worst pedicure I have ever received.This salon includes several "extras " with a pedicure like an aloe rub, hot stone rub and a brief shoulder massage at the end, but none of these are done well...perhaps they should stick to the basics of a good pedicure. Never again. Worst mani pedi I've received in 15yrs. If you can't accommodate a party of 3 including a bride to be then you should cancel the appointment. Also, if you can only accommodate half a the party, do a good job and don't accept walk ins to half ass the people who made an appt. Very disappointed and will never return! read more

I've been to this salon more than a dozen times & always paid an extra $5 for the OPI silver topped infinite shine that is NOT a gel. Today Anne, the owner charged me $15 for just a polish change, I gave her $20, including a $5 tip as I always do. Then, she said AFTER she started polishing my nails that the OPI infinite shine is $20 not $15, so I simply said "No other salon charges anymore for this polish because it's NOT a gel. The woman next to me agreed that it's the same price as any other OPI polish & that it's not a gel. Anne snapped in an angry voice at me, saying it lasts a week & it's a gel & no one else has complained, so why was I. I simply stayed calm while knowing I had to sit there for the rest of my polish. I was not rude back to her & just said, I've been confused why you charge an extra $5 for a non gel polish, I didn't mean to upset you. And she continued to raise her voice, being very rude with her temper to me & when she finished my polish, she didn't even walk me to dryer or turn it on for me. I always knew she was gruff but I learned today she's much worse than that! Of course I will never go back & I wish I could get the many tips I have given her back! A solid nail salon with many nice touches that made my visit feel special, including a paraffin hand-dip and wonderful shoulder massage, and a discount coupon for a return visit. A beautiful salon with modern decor, friendly staff, great color selection and - most important - an obvious attention to hygiene and cleanliness. Prices are average for the area. ($30 for gel manicure and $30 for a pedicure). I would have given this a five-star review but I was kept waiting over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment without explanation or apology. Still, the experience overall warrants a return visit and I will definitely be back, and would recommend to others. read more

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I have been here before and had overall good experiences. However, today I arrived right at 9am. All of the lights were off, the blinds were closed and the door was locked. I then looked online and the stated opening time was 9:30 so I thought maybe I had the 9am appointment time wrong. So, I left at 9:05 and came back at 9:25. The owner was extremely rude and started lecturing me loudly about how I shouldn't have been late. Another customer told the owner that she wasn't there on time (in my defense). However, the owner continued on telling me how I should have just waited. Really?? She couldn't have been more condescending and rude. Then she said she couldn't take me. I will NEVER go back. The owner has no concept of how to run a business and has NO customer service skills. I ended up going across the street to Luxor Nails and they were amazing!! read more

I will start by saying I love the nail tech I book with Kim. Kim is very creative and artistic. If you are looking for a design, she's the one you want to book with. She is also excellent at applying the difficult to paint colors, that some can't seem to apply evenly. I hesitate though everytime I pick up the phone to book my appointment; the owner cannot keep the appointment book straight and is CONSTANTLY making scheduling errors....worse, she NEVER takes responsibility and blames the customer! This happened twice to me in December. I was not happy and, to make matters worse, after accusing me of "no showing" on two appointments, when I tried to reschedule, she implied denying me for not making my last two appointments that, remember - she messed up! When I did get my appointment and was in the salon, there were two people who walked in with appointments who were told no, they were wrong they had their time wrong. I guess my plan will be to call the day before to make sure that I am on the books. I don't want to give up Kim because the owner can't keep the books straight. If I ever hit the lotto, I am investing in Kim to open her own salon!! read more
