Okay, to start I didn't personally contract this company. I worked with a realtor who recommended…read morethem. The initial quote was $250 for a deep clean of my house (excluding the garage and the basement). I'll note that my house is generally very clean; when the cleaners arrived, my house was not in bad shape at all. Initially, 3 women showed up. I let them in and they began do what they do, not long after another woman and the owner Sergio showed up. At no point did Sergio speak to me about the services or what they were doing; they just all seemed to be busy cleaning. My personal opinion is the service was okay, but they ended up charging me $407 for additional deep cleaning. This wasn't communicated to me, and to be honest, any additional time they spent cleaning was entirely due to their lack of urgency not what was actually needed. I called and complained; and they decreased the fee to $365. I have no problem paying for a service, however I think this interaction was a not very good, and I'm not happy with how it appeared they were just trying to take advantage of the situation. The costs of this service compared to the work I actually feel they did doesn't line up. If you charge for additional time, it should be very clear where or why that time is needed; I feel they (the cleaners) moved at a pace that didn't allow them to complete the service in a reasonable time.

I travel for work M-Th and it has been a huge relief to know that my home is in good, safe hands and that I can pick up the phone and ask for help at anytime (seriously, with anything - cleaning, dry cleaning, dog walking, bill pay, grocery shopping). My "partner" comes over every Thursday and cleans between 2-4 hours and helps take care of my pup and occasionally will do a grocery pick up. It is $36 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours - but no monthly/weekly minimum, so you could do once a month, every other week, once a quarter. For scope, they can do our living room, bathroom, and kitchen in two hours and in three hours she can do the bedrooms (including washing/changing sheets) and brush the dog. The owner is Kristin, came over to meet me and walk through the apartment with me before we started and she's come with my housekeeper a few times to check in and make sure she's being as efficient as possible with her time. She's always quick to respond to email or phone calls and has really gone above and beyond in all of my interactions with her.
