You can also call or book appointments online. I filled out an intake form, and Leah gave me a hour long medical massage (the price point for a medical massage is between a swedish massage and a deep tissue massage). I tucked myself in between the sheets, and the sheets were heavenly. Some places you start face up, others you start face down. Here, we started face up. Leah asked me what type of pressure I liked. I like medium pressure to work out the knots. She gave me a fantastic massage with oils, and I asked for more time on my neck and shoulders, and she paid attention to those areas. I liked that afterward she explained to me the areas she found to be tight. Communication with a massage therapist is important to get what you're looking for. Also due to covid, we both wore masks. I felt comfortable that masks are required.

We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us. Plus the location is convenient to a lot of other sites and restaurants, and free parking is included. All in all, good facilities, good people, good price point. We will be back again for sure!

While I had hoped to start on time, you could tell the lateness was because the therapists were making sure their previous customers were taken care of. We got the couples hot stone massage and it was very relaxing. April and Joanne made sure we were comfortable and they were very professional at what they did. I had an injury that I wrote down on the paperwork, and I could tell they were careful with my injury area. There was no talking in the hour, just some background music which was very soothing. I wish I could say we got the same massage routine, but my boyfriend fell asleep and couldn't remember... Also just a fyi, the massage isn't very targeted. It's a very general massage that helps relax the body, but does not help as much with specific muscle aches. The whole experience was very relaxing.
