Anyways, waited 20 minutes for one of the mechanics to come out to tell us they're out of oil filters and we needed to go to autozone to buy one.... That was the end of his statement, he didn't follow up with come back with the filter and they'd do the oil change. After my husband told him we would have to cancel our appointment, he simply walked away saying okay. I thought I saw him smiling, my husband said he didn't see that. But, the guy didn't even bother to reschedule our appointment. We are NEVER coming back here or to any Wal Mart auto care centers because of this location. Every time we've came here they treat us like we are an inconvenience. I called the 800 number and I'm going to contact corporate as well. They need to know how they're being represented and why they are permanently losing customers. Although, from the Google reviews I've read, it appears management doesn't care because what was done to us today seems to be a recurring issue across the board to everyone. We ended up going around the corner to Take 5 and the mechanics there were more than happy to help us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! STAY AWAY!!!!
