After my husband told him we would have to cancel our appointment, he simply walked away saying okay. I thought I saw him smiling, my husband said he didn't see that. But, the guy didn't even bother to reschedule our appointment. We are NEVER coming back here or to any Wal Mart auto care centers because of this location. Every time we've came here they treat us like we are an inconvenience. I called the 800 number and I'm going to contact corporate as well. They need to know how they're being represented and why they are permanently losing customers. Although, from the Google reviews I've read, it appears management doesn't care because what was done to us today seems to be a recurring issue across the board to everyone. When i checked the dipstick it was dry. There was no oil in my car. I called the manager, who didn't seem to care too much, he said to bring it to a firestone I was closer to me. They put oil on. I have still yet to hear back from corporate, a week later. They also quoted me on services my car didn't need. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this location, but it will be my last.
